I asked if there can be any compensation for the inconvenience, since this was an error on the company's behalf. He responded, as he sat behind the desk tapping away at the computer, that there could be none. He stated that he bore no responsibility, and claimed responsibility lay with corporate , in effect, their inefficiency. As if he the employee and the company were a separate entity. Absurd! I never received any cancellation email or notice. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. Yet, my experience may not be your experience. Still, customer service goes a long way in my book.
