They dont know what they are doing with anything machine shop related, they destroyed 1set of bushings and tried again and failed they said "well sh#% happens" then tried to tell some bs they made up on how bushings work. I am a 30+ yr mechanic and machinist, once I explained this they listened and learned something but I would not trust in any of their abilities or very limited knowledge . Go to a shop specializing in what you need unless you want it done wrong. read more

Ordered a pair of break pads and was told they would arrive at a specific Time. Waited for approximately 50 minutes and nothing. I understand things don't alway arrive in time but When your trying to explain to the associated that you have to go and pick up your kids but he can't comprehend, it can really be irritating. I stated I that O'reiley had the part I was looking for but I had chosen to order it from them. Their response " yes just to get them from them". You have got to be kidding me. Hi everyone! We bought a battery from this place 8 months ago... the battery DIED. Today my husband went to exchange it because when we bought it the guy said that it had a warranty.. dude said he would not exchange it because we didn't have the receipt with us (we just had AAA jump the car and drove straight there). We asked "is that it then? U cant do anything!?" He said "yes, nothing to do". We will not go here anymore. Your "customer skills" SUCK. When we told him that we will not go there anymore. This store is well stocked, affordably priced, and the staff are extremely helpful knowledgeable. I was able to get a battery for my minivan for $35 less than Pep Boys charges, and I did not have to deal with some apathetic teenager. Parking is dicey. If you've tried to find a machine shop near Woodland Hills/in the valley with decent reviews and had trouble you're not alone. I called so many places trying to find somewhere that would resurface a flywheel with no suitable luck (Albert's Auto Transmission $75?!) Finally found Tampa Auto Parts - Flywheel resurfacing here is $18 - $25! Freaking awesome! The guys there were friendly and helpful, and they did the resurfacing work in an hour. Go there and you'll save yourself time and money. read more

This place is great. I've been here twice. Omar helped me find the right spark plugs for my car and gave me an unbeatable price for oem parts. Small shop , but it has a machine shop to turn rotors. Turned two rotors from 06 F-250 pick-up, and pads( not the cheap ones) out the door $85.00 and 35 mins later. You can't beat that since most of the other chain auto shops don't even have a machine shop . read more
