First off I called for some fuel guy was cool about it. I show up to purchase the fuel and has me fill out the sheet to buy fuel and so I fill it out as much as i can and he said there can't be any no's there has to be something a name or anything and I said well i don't know man this is all I can fill out and he then becomes rude and shows me a paper saying that this needs to be filled out correctly and I said okay sorry I can't buy this fuel then he just acts like a complete a hole. I have called them and bugged them with tons of random questions, made some of the dumbest mistakes working on my cars and these guys not only have the things I need to fix what I'm doing, but will also talk with you to try and understand what you need and point you in the right direction. Also l, when I made my first an lines, I screwed one end up and split the hose, leading to a massive leak, I brought the line back in and they repaired it for me for free. One of the last brick and mortar places you can walk into and get parts. There's lots of parts I want to be hands on before buying and I want to actually talk to the guy selling them. DMP (Derek) usually has the odd bits you need to finish a job. However his mood goes whichever way the wind is blowing and has he no patience whatsoever, which get real old real quick! And his Condescending attitude and talk in front of Customers gets old as well. Its kinda like a Restaurant, the food can be great, but if the service is shit and you feel you are walking on eggshells all the time., what is the point? Joel at Orme Brothers on the other hand is fantastic, they have everything you need and if not, he doesn't have a Conniption Fit or make you feel stupid in the process of getting it. Very helpful staff. The lady in the front was very friendly and helped me look for the metric bolts I needed for my Ducati. They also sell different kinds of hoses and fluids for race applications. I will be coming back here for all my bolt needs. Just an FYI. Bring cash if you're planning on spending less than $10 because they will charge you $20 if the subtotal is less than $10. Derek, the owner, was incredibly helpful. I had called earlier in the day looking for some bolts and he told me he had them in stock. I told he I MIGHT stop by later on. Inventory of fittings and bolts: Great Prices: expensive, shop around, you'll see. But convenient, close by, and I like supporting local small businesses. Lady up front is super nice & helpful. Guy at store: sometimes friendly, rest of the time, pretty arrogant. Ordered a part on Monday, told me it would arrive Friday, Go there Friday, says he never ordered the part because he thought I would think that its too expensive! Seriously? Couldn't call me? Year later, bought AN nuts and sleeves, ask owner if he can flare some tubing, I leave my hardware, says it'll be done tomorrow. Next day: nothing's done. I ask for my hardware I left him yesterday, parts are back on shelf (for sale)! Those parts are MINE! Customer service: Owner doesn't hesitate to waste a customers time, TWICE. Blanks out, forgets you personally handed him hardware day before. read more

They are always adding new things to the inventory and have so may things I would need to order online. I can always count on Derek for great advice and insight regarding ideas I have for my build. They do have a vast variety of everything you need. However read their finePrint. There is a 25% restocking fee on all return items. Does not matter whether it's a special ordered or in-store. If you bought it you own it. Between that and derricks aggressive behavior there's money better spent elsewhere. Would not recommend. read more

DMP has been my go to fitting spot for more than a decade. I remember when they moved to their current location since they outgrew the old. They have the expertise, inventory and the knowledge to help me complete projects (for my customers and myself). Sure you can order online, but good luck getting what you need correctly the first time. It's worth it for to me drop by, show them what i need to do, get their recommendation on the best way to do it and then pick up or order the parts right there.
