Saw all the great reviews on this place. What really hooked me in was this "100% satisfaction guaranteed" that they have on their site so I decided to go and check them out. Came in and he told me that it would be $130 to fix the screen. At first I didn't want to pay it but he assured me that I was in safe hands with his 90 day money back guarantee on the receipt. I was still unsure but I decided to pay it because I needed my phone for my business. Instantly I noticed the cheaper material that they use. The color was different and I was having trouble getting it to work properly. About a month and a half later my phone randomly shuts off while on a zoom call. -No physical damage -No water damage Just cheap material. It would not turn on. I come back to the store the following day and explain to him my situation and show him my receipt. At first he tells me that I must've damaged it or dropped it but I told him that it wasn't possible. I have a case and it's always on me. I would know if I dropped it. He then tells me that replacing the LCD is not apart of the money back guarantee policy and that if I wanted to fix my phone I would have to make another purchase of $130! Wow great job on creating relationships with your customers. I didn't pay it, left and just used my backup phone. Makes you think what their 100% satisfaction guarantee on their site really means... Everyone has their own opinion but I wouldn't put too much stock into complaints about the two day wait.
