I left a review here about a year ago maybe more. They fix computers fast and perfect but after I returned home. I found that I was missing a stick of ram and my i7 was replaced with a i5 but I like these guys they are pretty cool. read more

Took my desktop unit here to resolve an issue regarding freezing. I had three drives on this PC. Two SSD (250GB and 750GB) and one HDD (2TB). Told them I had tried installing it onto each drive without success. Eventually they fixed the issue and told me they had replaced some cables. They installed Windows onto the 750GB SSD and hooked up the HDD. I never worried that my smaller SSD was not showing up because it was just extra and figured I'd take care of that later. Time went by and I popped open my case for some maintenance and discovered that the 250GB SSD was actually no longer there. The SATA cables were just hanging there and the 2.5" to 3.5" mount with my 250GB SSD was gone. Tried contacting them to resolve the issue, but they were unwilling to help. Other than one of my components going missing, they seem knowledgeable and the prices are fair. read more

Thieves and Crooks! Do NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT use them for anything! If you don't read any more reviews PLEASE read this one. They DO NOT even deserve a star rating at all. We purchased a new Asus Gaming Computer for my son for Christmas. It was over $2,000. Something happened and the wires at the power outlet were shorting out. Took it in to get it repaired was returned with wires dangling out and the power outlet hanging out of the computer. It was very delicate but worked to get power to it. Less than 2 weeks later could not get it to respond or display anything. Took it back for a diagnostic to see what was wrong. They said a teenager that they had working for them had take it apart and it would be finished by someone else. Eventually we were told that it was the mother board was bad and he was looking into the cost of a replacement that was less than $600. Over the next SEVERAL months staying in constant contact with them they were still looking for the replacement part cheaper than $600. Eventually tired of them stalling we just decided that we would get it back and take it somewhere else that would know what they were doing. So we asked for the computer back, several stalls later and with still no return of the computer, I guess we kind of forgot about it because we were still waiting for it to be put back together and returned. My guess is that they completely destroyed it and that there was no way to put it back together and return it to us. Fast forward to today, we went to pick it up only to be told that it was no longer there. My husband asked where it was and he was told that it had been repossessed. When asked by whom, they responded them, that if they were there for certain amount of time that they had the right to sell them, piece them out and sell for parts, etc. When asked where our computer was now and what had they done with ours....we got an I don't know and was told that there was no way of telling. When asked where this information was that stated that they had the right to do that and my husband had "supposedly" signed it, they handed him a blank paper and said this would be like the one he signed. Demanding the one he supposedly actually signed, they could not produce it and said all paperwork like that had been moved to their Greenville office. Now tons of red flags are going up. They have walked away with an over $2,000. gaming computer that probably had little to nothing wrong with it originally and would have been an easy, cheap fix....until they destroyed it. Or they saw an opportunity to scam us and re-sell a computer making a HUGE profit. It also had tons of expensive games installed on it and irreplaceable pictures. Now most establishments would be scurrying around to make everything right. Hey let me track down what happened to your actual computer? Hey we don't have your computer but have this one that we can replace it with? Hey we messed up, we will fix it by purchasing a computer the exact same as yours? What they did say...Oh well, that is our policy. Well it is my policy to try to recover my stolen property and to expose criminals for what they are. I am making that my policy with/against them and I am demanding answers. My son is devastated and heartbroken. He said the other night you know that they have either sold it as parts or sold it completely. He was absolutely correct! PLEASE take heed and DO NOT give these criminals your business. My computer needed a new operating system installed on it. Not a big deal. So I took it in a they said it would take about 3 days before it would be fixed. It took an entire week for me to finally get the phone call saying the computer was ready. So I go in to get the computer and he tells me also removed the wifi card from the computer because it was "broken", and then told me I needed a micro sd wifi adapter in order for me to be able to pick up wifi anymore. That was an extra $35 for the micro sd. When I got home the computer would. Ot pick up wifi with the adapter that I purchased from them. So I removed the device from the computer and suddenly it is getting full signal from the wifi. The micro sd actually caused my computer to not pick up wifi. When I tried to return the device, they told me they could only give me store credit.... They ripped me off like a crooked mechanic. Terrible service and experience. Took much longer than they orginally told us it would take to get the screen fixed. The screen was then "fixed" but 2 weeks later it started to come unglued and crack. Asked them to replace it at no cost but they refused to do it and advised they could fix it for less money but not for free. Horrible service even worse customer service. read more

Beware of NO REFUNDS sign...this should be your first clue as a red flag to this business's dishonesty. After I bought what I thought was a "new" computer (they tout that they can "build" computers) I found out that it was a floor model that had been sitting out for others to use for no telling how long, scratched, smelled of smoke, and cheap speakers that wouldn't reach my outlet. When I tried to return it, I went through hell and in the end not only was I forced to keep it but was told that when I took my old computer in for diagnosis that I'd traded it in, which was a lie; I'd never agreed to that. I suppose they were going to use my old parts for the "new" computers they build? Save yourself the headache and buy online from DELL.com...cheaper, easier, NEW, and great tech help. Super easy to set up, too. This guy, Shawn, the owner, didn't even bother to tell me the monitor cord, which was blue on the end and usually connects to a color-coded blue inlet on the tower, was supposed to be connected to the yellow one.
