I rarely give reviews, but CPOC has earned my review. CPOC's team is a rare blend of thoughtful, meticulous, creative, able, and knowledgeable computer solution professionals. For our corp, CPOC proposed an implementation of 4 virtual servers with mixed server platforms that met our needs to run multiple businesses as well as business-specific accounting and construction software. We were impressed with their ability to synchronize all of that. CPOC set up our domain and brought everyone's computer online. They did it in 2-days with minimal disruption. We liked that. They added a state-of-the-art back-up system for our corp data. We have mirrored backups that will allow us to recover our systems in a matter of hours, if need be. We want and need that functional capability. CPOC helped various office staff with other problems like slow computers, programs not running correctly, email issues, and network problems. They did it all seamlessly, quietly, ..... and then they left. When we need their help - they call us back. We pay them on time. It works! We do not require a full-time IT pro on staff. CPOC had to bid against 4 other companies, whose higher bids would have cost our corp. thousands more in capital expense. On a day-to-day basis CPOC has the lowest per hour rates on call. One of the very best retail experiences ever! David Madison showed up at my office exactly as scheduled. The hour he spent with me amounted to the best education I have received relating to understanding, maintaining, utilizing and maximizing effectiveness with my business system. As important as reliability and effectiveness was his attitude and character. I am wide open about my inadequacies in the tech department and he could not possibly have been kinder or more patient. More to the point, he seemed to take pride in and enjoy the process of leaving me in better shape and much more knowledgeable than I was when he showed up. I'm moving my whole system 40 feet from where it is right now and I just hired them again to do a job I can probably figure out but I'd rather place my trust in people who earn it. These guys are great!!!! I have had Wes and Jim out 3 times over a year. I have a MacBook Pro and they are well versed in Mac computers. For some reason, my time capsule has not been backing up for quite some time. I called them and Jim came out and investigated some settings and reset some parameters. 15min later, good old time capsule was busy backing up data working away! I had several questions about iPhoto and Finder as well as E-Mail. I seized the opportunity to turn my time into a computer class. Jim was very patient and kind. He told me to feel free to practice the things he had just explained over and over before he left. I got so much valuable info while he was here. He never acted rushed or like he needed to get to the next appt. They charge ~$89.00 per hour and Jim was at my house for 1.5 hrs. I got so many questions answered! Before he left, he double checked my time capsule to make sure it was still continuing to back up data. Jim with Computer Pros just left my house and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. They responded the same day, rescued my "lost" files and transferred them to my new laptop. I am surprised to read the previous reviewers comments about the dispatcher/front desk receptionist, Kristin. I spoke to her by phone a couple of weeks ago and again today and she couldn't have been nicer. She is very knowledgeable, which is unusual for someone who answers the phone. Even though Computer Pros came highly recommended by a friend, you never know how you will be treated.
