We have had three instances where a chain fix it shop could not repair our phones. Some of that was…read moredue to a lack of parts, others were due to long delays. These guys came through every time. Service was completed within hours of walk-in. There were three cases involved. One was a cell phone that partially drowned in water that they took care of right away. Another was a cracked display. Finally, one phone lost its power up button. Cost of repair was reasonable. It was good value given the speed and quality of service. Whenever anyone asks for a recommendation for repair, we send them here. Bye-bye corporate shop with restrictive contracts for limited companies.

Guy said the 'Mac' technician had quit without notice. Guy then said he was looking up on the internet how to replace the part since he wasn't familiar with Macs. He also stated the owner regularly orders the wrong parts. I told him I was holding them responsible for their repairs, and he then referred me to their waiver statement I signed.
