I have incurance on my s23 ultra it took me all day just to put a claim in i was then scheduled at this location 2 hours from me. Okay no problem, I walk in hand them my phone they tell me its going to be a 2 hour wait oh well im getting my battery fixed technically for free right, I pick it up i asked if the phone was still water resistant i was told yes they have to follow samsungs protocol and it has to pass tests before the device is handed back over. I get home notice the back corner of the backing is lifted now im mad, I walk in where my phone is propped up and the whole back of my phone had come off like it wasnt even secured properly there is absolutely no way it passed any test im livid I pay for incurance this phone wasn't cheap and I wasted my gas for a very sub par job. read more

*This review is for the Asurion Home+ program sold at this location* THE TECHS ARE NOT THE ISSUE. Asurion Home+ is a SCAM. I have submitted more than four claims this past week, and I have NO recourse, but to write this review until Asurion takes my complaint seriously. I purchased the Home+ policy to cover my electronic devices, and it has been a NIGHTMARE attempting to get my laptop screen repaired. It is my belief that Asurion intentionally denies claims hoping to frustrate and exhaust policy holders. I AM LIVID. I am losing time and money because of the fraudulent program. I have been made to jump through hoops attempting to get my laptop fixed, and I am at my wits end. Asurion claimed my address did not match my account several times. Despite the fact that my address matched the address on my Driver License. The representatives on the initial calls (not in the U.S.) all claimed my address didn't match. Finally, getting a U.S based representative, I was told my address is a pattern office, which it is. Because the USPS allows me to use the physical address for mailing and shipping (for a fee, of course). In any case, this could have been resolved on a first call. HOWEVER, Asurion deletes all claims after they deny them (no doubt to delete evidence of 6). Each time Asurion deletes evidence, I have to resubmit a new claim (I believe I am on my 5th claim today). Each time they deny the claim for address issues, EVENTHOUGH each representative, including those escalated in the U.S. have assured me the address issue was resolved now that I was forced to give out my home address. Now, the claim form is the issue. I SWEAR I AM NOT MAKING THIS UP. This morning, the issue is that the claim form that I signed the first time on June 10th that matched my Driver License and the Asurion account database (and was deemed unusable) No longer matches the address that was updated to my home address on June 15th. So now I have to fill out a new claim form with my home address [which is not on my Driver license] and hope that this claim will be approved. All this and my laptop is still broken. I am losing days toward repair when I have a trip imminent. THIS IS AN ABUSIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE. I am livid, to say the very least. The Home+ program is a DEFINITE SCAM. I have simultaneously filed a complaint with the BBB and will be posting the same review on Google, and everywhere complaints are logged. read more

Although the desk agent was nice it is frustrating to schedule an appointment days in advance and receive confirmation of appointment from store to arrive and be told they don't have charger ports in stock despite booking an appointment for charger port replacement. It ended up being a good thing though as they wanted $199 and was able to go to Lifeline Repairs for $60 cheaper in Green Hills. read more

On this trip I needed a new battery for my laptop, Stopped by to make sure they could get the one I needed and was told it might take a day or two to have it shipped in. True to their word, it arrived within 2 days. Stopped by (after they called to say it had arrived) to have it installed. Kenny, the congenial and competent service tech who waited on me, suggested I might wait if I wanted. Within 10-12 minutes it was done. And the price was absolutely competitive. Recently, my sister cracked her iPhone XR screen. She didn't have the option to give it to the apple store because they are closed in Cool Springs. She opted for this option and it turned out to be the worst decision. She ended up paying MORE to get the screen fixed here and ended up with an unresponsive screen that has yet another crack. One month ago, I had a repair to my back glass on a Samsung phone. They did not have the part and they sourced it, completed the repair, and returned the phone to me. One month later, the back glass has cracked. I called them to inquire as to how my first back glass lasted 2.5 years and my second less than a month, without any drops or accidental damage. I have since come to learn that they completed the repair to my Samsung device without using Samsung parts, in violation of their own company policy and advertising. They offered no solution to this clear violation, and the employee I spoke to admitted they were shocked another employee completed the repair. I'm dumbfounded. It's unethical to the extreme to complete that repair in the first place (without Samsung authorized parts while claiming to be a Samsung authorized repair facility) and outrageous that no effort was made to rectify the situation once I became aware of it. I'll continue to contact corporate offices, Samsung, and the local store management until someone provides an acceptable solution. read more

Kyle (Belle Meade location) was awesome! I had a failing hard drive on my 2012 MacBook Pro and I got in and out of the store, with it replaced with a SSD drive (in stock) for under $200! My computer is running like a brand new Mac and I got it all done the same day as diagnostics! Kyle was wonderful and communicated clearly and had a conversation without "man-plaining" or treating me like I was dumb (unfortunately this is pretty common as a woman). I make an appointment online. Arriving I was treated with "what do you want", my back glass is Cracked, I have insurance. "I ain't touching that" called and talked to Verizon for 30 minutes and he said the ubrealifix does fix the. After calling 3 stores the you g man in Spring Hill that knows his stuff said no because they whole phone must be take. Apart and he did I not have the tools. Version was so nice and without discussion signed me up for a $25 home device protection. I call and has to tell the lady 4 times to remove it, it was added without my permission. She wanted to argue about me needing this and I said no. She finally said ok, two days later it was on my account and had to navigate through my account and turn this charge off. Getting a phone replace was not easy and had to make 5 phone calls to finally get the right answer and charges added without permission ans was horrible getting them removed. I gave them my phone number and waited for calls for my 2ds xl to be fixed. I recently cracked the lcd screen on my 2ds and dropped it off 2 months ago. They never messaged me or called, and I come back 2 months later, and they say that they sent my 2ds xl to the recycler, where they recycle your device for parts, and they they never called, texted, or attempted to contact us. We basically had no idea if they fixed it or not, and they threw my 2ds away for parts, when I could have paid them and gotten a new lcd screen for my ds. The first time I came in was to get a new battery for my phone that doesn't hold a charge for very long. The battery that was in the store was at the time was defective which is understandable it does happen, however it was the only battery in the store. They asked me to make a second appointment. I made the second appointment and when they called to confirm the appointment I told them what had happened in the previous weekend. They promised two batteries would be in the store for the time slot I signed up to be at the store. When I showed up to the store they told me they had no batteries in the store. The information on the battery holds did not get to the all the workers. I will not make a third appointment I will look at going Best Buy for this battery swap. read more

Called to get a quote to replace a charging port on both an iPad and iPhone that would not longer charge. My kids had broken off cheap chargers in the ports. The rep told me the cost but suggested I to come in and see if they could fix it without the need to replace the part. I stopped by and within 2 minutes the local rep had removed both of the broken pieces. When I asked how much I owed him, and offered money he actually refused it and told me "telling your friends about us is more valuable". They were more than fair and helped me out.
