I was having trouble with my laptop keyboard and was on vacation so I thought I would get the keyboard fixed. Chase was great - he thought he would need to charge a fee for figuring out what is going on. But he did not charge the fee as he was able to figure out it was a hardware issue. I was visiting from out of town so he ordered parts that arrived within the week. He installed the new keyboard and suggested ways to protect the keyboard so that this would not happen again. Excellent service by Chase! My Razer laptop had several problems such as a bloating battery causing my palm rest to bloat up, a crack on the side of my screen, and trackpad not working. Other places did not offer services for Razer, so I'm glad I got service here. Very transparent and detailed oriented. My laptop came out good as new. This place is amazing, I've had two gaming pcs built here this year. I started with one myself and couldn't get it to work properly so after two days of having no luck I decided to bring it here. As soon as I brought it in and Chase (who is very helpful and takes his time to explain everything) looked at it he immediately knew what the problem was. Told me everything is connected right, I just didn't have a power supply strong enough. So I left it with him so he could install a better power supply, lo and behold it worked! I then got to talking about another pc for gaming that I was thinking of building for my girlfriend and he told me he could build one for me and save me the headache. Of course I said yes! Haha! Especially when the cost was totally in my budget! To this day both computers are running smooth with zero problems and I've actually brought mine in for upgrades such as adding more ram and upgrading graphics cards.
