Called for information regarding a possible long term stay. Cindy was rude, didn't return calls, and I had to ask repeated questions to even determine if the park could accommodate my vehicle. She was only quick to offer that applications could only be obtained in person along with a $35 dollar application fee. In short after not returning my call for several days and not answering my questions she was rude on the phone and the wanted me to come there and give her $35 when she had no space available. read more

Sites are arranged diagonally for easy entry and exit. 30 amp electrical service, sewer, and water. Near to Hwy 50 so some traffic noise. Would stop again. read more

This is one of the worst places to stay in, I have traveled all over most states in America and I have never experienced such bad service and rude staff. When I asked the staff about information they were very unprofessional, rude and racist. We couldn't take it anymore and left a few days before we had to check out and we only got two dollars back from our 70 dollar deposit because apparently we stayed two extra days. And it was very unsanitary, where the water faucet is is filled with uncovered glass fibers, and trash. Only the ladies bathroom works but they don't give you the code to go in, and the laundry machines were absolutely disgusting, they look like they haven't been cleaned in ages, and the water came out rusty, filled with dirt and with a reddish tint. This was the worst RV park we have ever been in! You are on a main road. We were placed next to a family living in their RV permanently. Their bathrooms/showers I don't think could be any worse, and I am not picky. I actually felt dirtier after my shower! I honestly don't know if they ever clean them. The bathmat for sure hadn't been cleaned in months, and I wouldn't even touch their toilets. We learned a good lesson. Check out the facilities before signing if you are planning to use them. Dive Alert! - backs up to a mobile home park with dogs barking all night and running freely into the RV park. Most occupants are full time tenants who let their dogs bark and run around too. Water hook ups are buried in wet exposed fiberglass insulation, not acceptable. Bathrooms and showers are CLOSED overnight and are supposed to open at 9 am, but when we went back to desk at 9:15 am it was closed with a cleaning bathroom sign taped to door. Also the water is well water and tinged yellow. Between being tired from lack of sleep and not being able to wash the road grime off so we could get an early start exploring the area I was dissatisfied with this place. We decided to forfeit our second night at a loss to move further down the road. The under new management announcement means nothing as the new managers are failing. read more

We stayed here on our way to Burning Man in 2014. Burner friendly for sure. Easy in and out. Showers not so big. Didn't use the laundry. Low branches to watch out for when pulling into site. They even let us borrow a ladder so we could tape up the A/C on our trailer before hitting the Playa. Would stay here again. read more

I stayed here in the first few months I was in town because it was the most affordable place to stay. I have almost nothing bad to say about this place. In the three months I lived here I never got treated with disrespect, my trailer started leaking water and they turned it off which saved my trailer, all of the staff was friendly enough, and the manager of the RV park even invited me to start attending church with her. My only complaint is that it smelled sometimes. Otherwise it was a great place to stay. read more

I called ahead (without reading the reviews) and asked the woman who answered how she was doing - she replies, fine. Ok... (I'm fine too, thanks for asking) then told her my plans; I was coming in, here was the length of my rig to which she responds, cutting me off, 'you have been given some misinformation' - I said 'excuse me?' She repeated herself and I said I didn't know what she was saying. Then she says she didn't have spots that long. I said I didn't necessarily need something that long, I could un-hook. She got madder for no reason. This was the most classless, tactless person I have spoken to in a long time. She then literally hung up on me! It was like the twilight zone! Once we got here and rode by this rv park, she certainly fits the bill of how someone who talks like that would work at a place like that. And had we actually had reservations there and gotten to this place, we would absolutely NOT have ended up staying there. It is disgusting. I don't know who is writing their Google reviews for them (but hopefully they're being paid well!) but save yourselves and do not stay at that scummy place! When using the washer or shower the water ran brown, did not wash clothes. When the sun went down the cockroaches came out in droves. Near to Hwy 50 so constant traffic noise. I had to be in Fallon on Business a few weeks ago. I brought my small trailer to stay in and chose the Sage Valley RV Park because of its proximity to where I needed to be. I didn't know how many nights I would need to stay so I paid up front for two nights. The woman in the office charged my credit card for three nights by accident. When I went to the office to straighten this out, she went ballistic on me telling me that she couldn't "refund" my money; she was really irrational - screaming and yelling at me. I told her that I wasn't asking for a "refund", I just didn't know how many nights I would stay and it was likely two nights instead of three - which is what I had asked her to charge me for - so I didn't want to pay for a night before I used it - this is very common practice in the RV world and there is a system of trust; one doesn't always need to pay upfront. Her behavior towards me was irrational, unprofessional and, frankly, scary. The morning after my second night there, I went to the office to pay - in advance - for my third night because I had decided to stay. There was no one in the office. And, I couldn't reach anyone by phone. So, I had appointments and needed to leave for the day. When I came back at about 5 pm, the office was still closed. I had just settled in for dinner and a knock came on my door - it was the Sheriff. The woman at the RV park told them that "they"- I don't know who "they" were - did not want me to stay there. What was SO odd about this was that the reason the Sheriff gave me for their visit was not because "I hadn't paid for the third night - the night I had not spent yet - but that simply the person who called them "did not want me there". As a world travel ling professional, I have NEVER been treated like this anywhere before in my life. It was truly a scene out of Deliverance. I spent the night in the WalMart parking lot without water or electricity - which was not what I needed after a long day of work. This is a place that no one should EVER stay - there is something VERY wrong there and I think they might be in danger there. read more
