While vacationing in Positano we took a private all day boat tour from Positano to Capri and our captain recommended this restaurant for lunch since we were getting hungry. Once he pulled closer to the restaurant we knew immediately that we will love it. The views are breathtaking. The private beach is beautiful and yes we did swim after lunch for about an hour. But really one can spend the whole day at this beach. The food was delicious but the service was slow. Getting the attention of the waiter was a bit challenging. We went on a busy Saturday so that was kind of expected. The only bad thing about our experience was that they were rushing us to leave so they can seat another party. But overall we had an awesome time, enjoyed the beautiful views. We will be back for sure. I Highly recommend it.

Absolutely incredible! You have to take a big boat, to a smaller boat, to get here! We went on the return trip from Capri. Drivers organized a family style lunch (ended up being $40US/PP) for some delicious wine, unreal tomato and mozz, crispy zucchini and some other yummy things. Staff is great- it's connected to the beach where you can dunk in by the rocks and also cliff dive if you're feeling adventurous!

Just incredible-- that's all I can say. We were recommended here by our boat tour guide and it was not only the best part of the day but my husband and I agree it was one of the best parts of our entire Italy trip! The wine selection was impeccable and the food delicious. The views though are just breathtaking. Do yourself a favor and schedule a full afternoon here, you won't be disappointed!

The local favorite dish. Little raviolis stuffed with cheese, lobster, and lemon.

We took a private boat tour to Capri and the captain recommended this place in the way back. I couldn't tell if he was pushing it because maybe he would get a kick back or if it really was as good as you said it would be. They ferry you to and from your boat on a little boat and then you climb a few stairs before driving at your table with a killer view overlooking the bay. The service was great and the prices were not obnoxiously high for the location and views. Of all the meals we had in Italy over 10 days this place by far was the best. The olive oil and balsamic dressing on the table we're amazing. The balsamic was an age balsamic which cost $20 to $40 in stores and tasted like nothing I've had before. Soooo good. Our meals literally came out in less than 10 minutes right off the pan and were delicious. Really glad or Captain recommended this place. Would go back. Spent around $200 for 6 people to eat and enjoy a bottle of perseco.

The days I had lunch at La Conca del Sogno were some of my favorite days of the entire summer! Most people arrive to this restaurant by boat. You'll pull into the cove and the tender comes to collect you and bring you into lunch. You walk up a beautiful concrete path with ocean coming in and out and arrive to this seaside restaurant. As soon as we were seated, a waiter arrived with fried and stuffed zucchinis. It was the perfect thing to whet my appetite. The dish to order here is the zucchini spaghetti. This is one of my favorite pasta dishes of all time and I am going to try to replicate it. It is so simple and so unbelievable. The spaghetti with clams was not as good, so really just stick to the zucchini spaghetti. Calamari to start was excellent as were the giant scampi as a main! Definitely a place to sea (get it?!) and been seen!

We had our wedding here this past September and the staff went above and beyond! The food was incredible, the views breathtaking and drinks were perfection. The staff were extremely attentive to the flow of the evening and to all of our guests needs. We can't recommend this place enough!!

Views are amazing and the food was very fresh and tasty

Food was amazing. Very friendly staff. Beautiful location and sitting areas after dining. A little pricey but definitely worth it! I'd revisit!

    Octopus was top notch !!!

Very fun place. Food and service are great. Octopus is amazing. Sangria is packed with fruits to the point I would go with it even if you are not a sangria person. Hope to go back some day.

Best caprese salad I've ever had. Got zucchini spaghetti and gnocchi and those were good. The restaurant is situated right on the water with wonderful views.

In love! Casa e Bottega is gorgeous, both for its decor and…read morefood. Would come back in a heartbeat! Stomach growling as I was walking down Viale Pasitea (the main thoroughfare in town), multiple good options caught my eye. After some Gmaps searching (sorry Yelp, again limited and some outdated data in Europe!) their beautiful IG-able interior + stellar reviews cinched the decision for me. It's both a restaurant and retail store--the latter carries local ceramics, kitchenware and home decor, many with botanical designs--capturing that quintessential coastal vibe--colors back to white. The former takes up the remaining three-quarters of the white-washed space with about two dozen tables seating about 40-50 people. Live vines hang from parts of the ceiling, pendant lighting fixtures printed with leaf patterns echo the botanical theme from the retail displays. The aesthetic rounds out with tiled floors, light wood furniture, and pillowed banquette seating mixed with individual tables, tying in designs from the home goods store. Food is new Italian--they do carry some traditional dishes though they also have a modern Mediterranean section of the menu that adds non-traditional ingredients or techniques. They also serve a variety of cocktails, fresh-squeezed or blended juices and smoothies, and coffee drinks. Lunch with an entree and drink will run you about €35-40, which is on the higher side though par for the course compared to other similar restaurants along the Amalfi Coast. I ordered the traditional fagioli cannellini, scarola, capperi, olive e calamari gratinati €26 (cannellini beans, escarole, capers, olives and gratinated calamari). This was creamy and tasty even though it had no cheese or cream, the calamari was cooked well, just tender enough, and coated with light breadcrumbs, which I appreciated as it was baked and not deep-fried. Having minimal familiarity with dish, I can only say I thought it was outstanding, good textural contrast, not too salty. Staff was the right amount of attentive without being overbearing, and though their English was limited, they strove to answer my questions on ingredients in a few of the dishes. The restaurant was pretty busy during lunch, but I never felt rushed. Loved the atmosphere and food here, would certainly recommend!

I preferred the red. My husband was discussing his meatball recipe with one of the sons before we were leaving and mentioned he couldn't find parsley in our garden or at the store. He went and got us parsley to take home. The waiters, owners, cooks... are all amazing. They went above and beyond. We ended up going back for our final meal here on the last night and it didn't disappoint. Foods that I tried and loved: ravioli in corgette sauce, filet wrapped in lemon leaves, antipasti, tomato salad, grilled vegetables, beef carpaccio, bresaola. Definitely worth the visit and priced appropriately/ not too expensive. They also have parking.
