I never write reviews but this place was awful. I had a drug test and physical test for my new job. I was there for 3+ hours and they had no urgency at all. The care was below par, they lost the second half of the exam my job sent in and I had to wait for them to find it they almost sent me away with only completing half of the exam. I was kept saying I have to do a physical exam aswell. I will not be returning to this place ever. The front desk is slow and look very un happy to be there. read more

It is a long wait for everything I was there for two hours for a pre employment screening. I'm not sure why employers are even still using this place. There was a lady there that I think was QA. She had the worst attitude of all and she was redirecting the workers in a very rude way and standing over them. I'm thinking while you standing over them please do some work!! I started a new job and was sent to this location for a drug screen. Due to COVID, when you walk in, they have chairs forming a line to the bathroom and a sign that indicates that you need to wash your hands before approaching the front desk. Guys, this bathroom has one urinal and an actual toilet bowl in there, and it is DISGUSTING. Trash everywhere, splatters of god knows what on the wall. Awful. Then they have you sign in and use the pen that every person that walked through that location has already used, and then you are finally allowed to walk up front. I signed in, got my paperwork together, and was sent to my car so they could call me when they were ready for me. An hour and a half later. Restroom where you give your sample was just as bad as the first restroom. Lady that was taking the sample had the wrong paperwork. Places like this just don't try because they don't feel that they have to try because they are 'necessary'. read more

While in the room, we asked for an update and were told we were next and continued to wait over another hour. I used a form last time and they said it wasn't valid for a TB shot...even though it stated just that...and my co workers came in with the EXACT FORM and had no problems... Came in a month later WITH THE SAME FORM (just a different date) and no questions asked...so why was this a problem last time? Waste of time since I live an hour away. I went here for a DOT physical for my employer. Very unprofessional. Waited for 1 hour to be called in, then back to the waiting area because I did not fill out the form on my phone. Trouble was, I never got an email or text from them. Then after another hour, was called in to begin he process. I asked to have my BP taken manually, but they denied this request. Then was brought into another exam room and waited another 3 hours to be seen. The girl kept coming in to tell me I was next, but that did not happen for a long while. After the exam I was told to have my doctor fax them some test results which I did. My doctors office faxed it at least 5 times and mailed a hord copy. Concentra claims they never received it. I also emailed the required documents and now they don't even answer the phone. Very poor service. Go elsewhere if you can. These people don't care. read more

My employer sent me here for physical and other testing, the staff working here seems to be confused most of the time, disorganized, cranky, and slow. They are unprepared to handle a small quantity of people with a wait time if 4+ hours, if you need a physical, or a consult do yourself a favor and do not come to this facility, you'll be wasting your time, they get paid by the hour so they won't care whether you waste your whole day, I gave it a 1 start because that's the lowest you can go, I wish I could go negative numbers. read more

If I could give zero stars I most definitely would have. This place is horrible! I went yesterday for a urine drug screen for a new job. When I got there, the staff were talking amongst themselves. No one greeted me, asked me why I was there, told me to sign in....NOTHING! So I asked if I should sign in and one of the ladies said "what do you need". I need better customer service and a urine drug screen! She then proceeds to tell me that their system was down and they didn't know how long it would be down for. I returned today and some of the same... packed house and a 1.5hr wait for a drug test!!! This is unreal!!! read more

I came in very late thinking I wouldn't be able to be seen, but Tara at the front desk and Deon Jacob the team lead were so kind, understanding, and helped me in a hard situation get seen quickly and efficiently (when a lot of other places would have just told me no). I was not looking forward to coming here for a pre-employment drug test, based on all the 1-star reviews. But I was pleasantly surprised. The office is bright and clean, and everyone was very nice and friendly. I did have to wait about 40 minutes to get called back, but it's a walk-in situation, so that's to be expected. The lady tech who handled my test was nice to talk to, and it all went very well. I'm not sure why others have had so many problems. Maybe this location saw all the negative reviews and did something about it. But I have to call it like I experienced it, and my experience was fine. read more

Front desk nurses are extremely rude. The first day I went to get a physical for my new job, I arrived at 3:30. They told me that I could not get my physical because it was too late, I live an hour away. I came back that Monday and had to sit in my car for an hour due to COVID. When going back the nurse was very kind and helpful. After waiting an hour in the room, the doctor finally came in. She was very disrespectful and judgmental. I had the worst experiences here after a work-related injury to my spine and knee. I was given a knee brace, no meds for pain or muscle spasms. Advised I'd be receiving physical therapy (PT) even though no xray or other imaging done. The PT would've compounded and made worse the serious problems that Duke Raleigh found showing 2 tears in my meniscus and a tear in my back. They DON'T advocate for the injured, but do everything they can to save employers $ in trying to send injured workers back to work. I've zero confidence in Concentra. Their delays, conflicting diagnoses, non-treatment and attempt to send me back to work injured are a medical malpractice attorney's dream. However, it's a nightmare for me knowing that I need at least 2 surgeries in my back and 1 on my knee. Sadly, I'll more likely than not become disabled. read more

Today, after the initial check in process, the new doctor who was not knowledgeable about Medical Examiner's Certificate requirements and its processes, denied the certificate due to her baseless belief and expectation. Its a Walk-In Medical Clinic, 5 stars is a lot but I have no reason to complain about my experiences here. I went twice last week; the first trip for vaccinations, and the second trip to have the TB Test read. The Staff was friendly, inviting, and they even have a basket of granola bars and what-not in case you get the munchies while you're waiting. I was in and out in a fair amount of time on both trips and everyone was super nice. read more
