Ok guys/gals, workers comp claims blow from the get go, especially when you have a legitimate injury. I've been here several times, no wait other than a few minutes after you fill out your pain chart. Dr Wresch has been my primary Dr on my injuries. He's a great Dr, yes, he is great. I had went to this facility for an EMG. Right from the beginning I felt that Dr. Lin was so rude! I had asked him if the needles were going to hurt and he just answered with quick response and no type of comforting words. Very poor bedside manners! He told me that the results were going to go straight to my doctor and walked out of the room! Mind you this was my first time at this facility. I was not sure where to exit and I had blood dripping down my arm. I had walk out and ask someone where the restroom was so I can clean up my arm from the blood! Concentra team members did a wonderful job assisting me with X-rays. Rebecca Ware was an amazing doctor! She took her time explaining the process and the results. Yessenia and Izzy showed me kindness and care. Yessenia was honest and helpful, she demonstrated genuine care at a time when I needed it most. On my second visit, Izzy was relatable and knowledgeable. She has a way of calming patients. Tiffany was exceptional throughout each visit. She demonstrates knowledge and professionalism. If you need to see a "Specialist", do not come here, i recommend going to a different Concentra. Dr.Liu was the worst doctor I've ever had, disregarded everything I said about my injury, had snide remarks to say about my injury, wouldn't listen to a word I said. If you want a human doctor with basic empathy, do not see Dr.Liu. She will NOT help you. Everyone else in the clinic is extremely kind but this lady was the worst and I hope I never see her again! read more

They have the utmost care for the people walking in. They give attention to detail, empathy and truly listen. From the office staff to the doctors it's absolutely brilliant. I can not recommend Dr. Rahman enough, his care was top notch despite workers comp trying to slam every road block at him Sylvia in the office always makes the visit a joy from start to finish. Worse place to go. Do yourself a favor look at a different urgent care. Receptionist absolutely rude. I was there just to make an appointment. I still had to sign in and waited 1 hour to schedule an appointment. I attempted to call to schedule an appointment previously but I was not successful due to their long waiting times on the phone. This location does not let you make appointments to do a DOT physical and it is very hard to be waiting, for people to have awkward schedules and waiting for long periods of time to do a dot physical where it could be so much easier with an appointment you know what time you get there and there's no waste of time. read more

Went in for a pre work authorization, physical and drug screening. Very quick, in and out in an hour because I was there right when they opened and the first to sign in. Doctor nurses and admin were all very friendly and helpful. read more

CONCENTRA REVIEW: New insurance and in need of Urgent Care in network. Had an amazing experience despite the wait time for walk in. Made a call to ensure a pediatric urgent visit was an option. Cynthia the medical assistant was professional and showed empathy. The waiting room was clean and neat. Receptionist was exceptional. I had visited before for workers compensation and had such a great experience at this location I decided to give it a try for urgent care needs. Everyone is professional and compared to my previous visits with Optum this was definitely a patient experience. Dr. Martinez was warm, inviting it was like talking to your family member with their medical degree. She asked questions and listened to my concerns. Again quality of care is hard to find and despite the wait I'd rather have quality of care than feel like I'm just a number on an insurance claim for billing. Definitely recommend for adult and pediatric care. I can't express how grateful I am and what a blessing it was like to be seen and heard by the staff. Thank you! Lastly, you get a print out of your visit and Dr. Martinez went over it. Impressive. Sometime when you leave the office so much information so it's nice to have a summary visit. How are you required to give this joke of a place a star when their service is so bad they don't want you to come in to be treated. I called in to see if they took X-Rays and they told me they did, but what was the problem. I told the lady on the phone, I've been having some pain in my knee, and had a little lump on it. She told me to hold on and wanted to ask the provider if he would see me. She came back on and said the provider said to go to the hospital and get an MRI. First off, there's no guarantee the hospital will preform an MRI and second, hospitals are for emergencies not minor knee injuries. I told her look, I have a prescription from my doctor to get an X-Ray but the facility he sent me to is not covered by my insurance. She said, oh okay, in that case come in we can do an X-Ray. Well, I went to the wrong location, and called back asking where they were located, she recognized my voice and said I talked to the provider again and he said he can't treat you. If you have a prescription to have an X-Ray done go to the facility to get it done. I said, okay if I have knee pain can I come in as a walk in and be treated, and she said no sorry. So, I was basically denied service over the phone. I will be making phone calls and pursue this matter further. read more

You would think a place like this gets millions of dollars from workers comp claims. I mean an abundant amount of company's send their employees here so, why the bad service? Actually its not the services but its the lack of staff. Must be the ladder system god forbid the owner or manager needs a workers comp claim would ever go here themselves. They would rather pocket the money than add more staffing. Waited about 2 hours to get seen by a P.A sat there and agreed with me the whole time, with my injury and the work that i do a splint is annoying.. so much so he even said as I quote (I had someone here with me to affidavit) "I wouldn't even advise to use that" then on the follow up paper work it clearly says in highlight to use the splint. LOL really? so this P.A goes on and says sure, yes, head over to physical therapy that wasn't initially scheduled but was told I was scheduled.... 3 hours in, mind you the older Asian lady refuses to allow someone with me and states can you please wait outside. We are a bit crowded. There was not one person around. Another joke? This place is a joke and management needs to take their patients seriously.. sending the same response to each yelper doesn't do anything because for over a year now even dating back to 2015 people have been commenting on the wait times.. the response is the same and nothing has changed. #dobetter Us health works! read more

Never enough staff! Even if you're the first in line right when they open they still tell you to expect to wait about 3-4 hours just to have your physical and blood work. I think the lady in the front is so used to turning down people down that she fails to assess how long the wait really can be. This place is a joke. Lack of staff. Poor time management. Anette is very unprofessional, was here to get a physical for employment and she came in, leaning against the wall with her head thrown back. She was talking to the physician assistant telling him how she can't stand the other doctor and hates working with him, can't wait to go home (moaning and groaning) etc. Mind you I'm in the room and they are having a personal conversation with each other and haven't even acknowledged me yet. As a travel nurse, I am required to complete drug screens, physicals, and a large quantity of compliance requirements. I have used LabCorp, US Healthworks, Concentra, and many other facilities from Florida to California. Never have I experienced a facility as poorly run as this Ontario, Ca location of US Healthworks. Extremely slow services and the staff talk about patients in front of other patients. Can we say Hippa violations. read more

This place is the worst! Came in to get a scheduled physical at 10am and didn't get seen or called in until about 2 hours later. Didn't finish my entire appointment until 4 hours later. On top of that staff was rude and don't communicate well toward people coming in. Unbelievable that this place is still even open. Hope to never have to come back here. And to my new job you guys need to contract a new place to do business with because the people who work here are unprofessional and don't care to waste everyone else's time. This is the second location I've been to and it is a night and day difference. This location is clean. Office staff is friendly and professional. I was originally seen in El Segundo which was a nightmare. I appreciate the effort and professionalism that THIS locstion offers. This place was a joke.... The only reason I came here is because my nursing school required that everyone take their drug tests at a specific location. I called ahead of time to see if I would be able to make an appointment but they don't let you make appointments. I went in there at 12pm during the week and had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes just to spend 3 minutes peeing in a cup and signing a couple papers.... I was FULLY annoyed! The receptions/front desk staff are not welcoming nor nice. Waited about 3 hours from the time of arrival just for a simple physical exam. One I hour I spent just waiting for the doctor to see me once I got assigned to a room.
