Got here right when they opened on a Friday and it was chill. Only 5 patients (including me). I came for a pre employment screening with my water bottle and a quarter full bladder. By the time I got my text to fill out the pre-registration online and completed it, I was ready to give a urine sample. I got drug screen, physical and fit test in 1hr:15 min. Everyone was SO NICE!! They failed to send my drug screen test results to the employer. Said I was a no show. I have the chain of custody document in hand. Of course they cannot answer any questions or check into it and update the employer. This is 4 out of four times I've been to a concentra location and have had to go Back and redo something every time. Consistently probably worst Concentra in the area. Every time I have used this location for my DOT renewal they have found something to nit pick to make me do more work. Despite my numbers being compliant year round. He nit pick one month of the whole year to claim I was not using my sleep apnea machine. I will not recommend this place, worst service ever, I had a urine test and it's been a month now, no provider called me yet about the result, i literally have to remind them this and that, did it twice because the first time they didn't able to send it to the lab, didn't explain why they just said they're not able to test it, this has been the most frustrating thing I've ever experienced, the bill already showed up without getting answers. The front desk was nice but the doctor literally said I was fine after a car accident without even doing a physical exam, I never stood up, nothing. Just sat on a chair the entire time. After I'm pointed out the lack of exam and that I had been in an accident, was experiencing discomfort in my neck, tightness, stiffness, etc. he had me raise only one arm and turn my head sideways, that was apparently the most comprehensive exam he felt was necessary to fully determine I'm okay...... read more

I walked in feeling terrible and walked out feeling worse. The smell of urine hits you like a wave as you walk in the door. The restroom was out of order with caution tape and signs and it looked like it had been that way for quite awhile. The walls were all scuffed up and the TVs were either broken or off. My first job in healthcare was front desk. I did it for years, I even supervised patient registration in an ER for one of the busiest hospitals here in the area. DO NOT GO HERE! Go to Indigo Urgent Care. The doctors here will gaslight you, tell you to go home and take basic pain meds without even thoroughly examining you. We got a second opinion from Indigo, where they took our medical issue seriously and immediately identified the problem that Concentra couldn't, without even needing an x-ray, which we had to virtually beg for. We came back five days later as advised to Concentra and were told, "What do you want us to do?" YOUR JOB, LOL. I mean, the incompetence! Indigo identified our medical issue within three minutes of hands-on testing and gave us a quick two-day treatment plan. Concentra will waste your time and money. I arrived on a Thursday morning (05/11/2023) around 9:30AM for a pre-enployment drug screen. Front desk people were surprisingly super cool to check in with. Usually, it's a pair of miserable clerks at these type of places that want to make everybody else's day just as miserable. Very refreshing to experience for once. I got checked in and waited no longer than 10 minutes until my name was called. Again, SURPRISING. There were about 5 other people in the clinic. The "collector" was also pretty cool. She didn't act like an empty husk like I typically experience, and we talked like how regular people are supposed to talk. I was leaving when I walked past the front desk guy, and he told me to have a good day. Small thing, but it meant a lot to me in that setting. This place is dope lol. I've been to urgent-care clinics for a pre-employment drug screening about 5 times in my life, and this was, I repeat, a refreshing experience. Zero attitude. Rose - very rude. We walked up and she snapped at us to sign a form. No hello, no how can I help you. Just "fill out here" and turned her back to us. I tried to ask if we were even in the right place and she gave me some sass pointing out the paper in my bfs hand, saying it was some type of form that's for them like if I was supposed to know. She was very short and snippy with her answers and we sat down. After about 20min she called us up and asked my bf for his number again, misplacing the sheet she read his name from. She signed him in and sent a text a while later to officially sign in. In the meantime we heard Kat apologize to another client because a student worker misplaced the clients personal items. Kat raised her voice at a client repeating "I already told you that. I told you that!" A colored male calling clients in for their tests came out and kept calling a name. He tried having me go to the back. I told him I wasn't there for a test and he said "I'm pretty sure it's you" Then he spoke to kat and she didn't know what he was doing or what files he was pulling from. Files were being misplaced. It was very chaotic. When they finally had some down time we could hear Kat and Rose gossiping about a client saying some very judgmental comments. I asked for their names and they started speaking to people with more respect. I also noticed another staff member came out from the back to gossip with the girls up front who kept telling everyone that this place was busy and understaffed. This place needs a staff check. They have the longest wait time, disorganized. I think there's only one person at the back processing and doing everything. Staff were very slow. They had a bad reputation regarding the waiting time. Prepare to wait 2 hrs or more if you come here. Needed a pre-employment physical, which included a blood draw. Showed up at 10am and waited until about noon. The physical was fine and the staff were all very nice (The 2 stars was only earned by the staff being polite and pleasant). They unfortunately were not able to draw my blood (4 different people looked for a vein), which has never been an issue for me before. After a solid hour of them looking for my veins, I was sent over to the Quest lab itself for a phlebotomist to draw my blood, but the order they gave me from the clinic didn't have a patient label with my information on it. The phlebotomist at Quest tried several times to reach the clinic over the phone without success. I ended up driving back to the clinic for them to slap a label on it and returning to the Quest lab for the blood draw. They said I had two huge veins and weren't sure why there were not able to find them at the clinic. The drew the blood with one stick and I was finally able to end my day at 4pm, 6 hrs after it began. read more

DON'T come here! This clinic is a mess. I made an appointment and still had to wait almost 2 hours. At that point, what's the point of having an appointment? I finally asked the front desk what was taking so long and apparently they mixed up some of my paperwork? I didn't really understand. Once I got taken back I was helped by a nurse who administered a TB for me and didn't do it properly the first time so it had to be done a second time. Luckily I'm not too phased by needles, but for someone who is this could have been a really horrible experience. When the physician came in the room to give me a physical exam he was having issues with the computer, he seemed flustered and rushed. Errors happen when you are rushing and unorganized, and this time it was at the patients expense (me). Honestly this place seems understaffed. The front desk staff were running around like crazy. I went here 3x's. First was on a Saturday to get a TB done they said some BS after I had been waiting over an hour that they didn't do blood work on weekends right? Ok so I went on a Monday then they say after I waited over 1 hour that they didn't have the kit to do a TB test. So I left I returned a 3rd time for a TB test on a Friday I waited for over 2hours until they decided it was time to let me know they had no carrier to pick up the kit after 3pm I told that (I guess manager) I had been waiting since 2:28pm it just takes 5 minutes for a blood test for a TB test. Fast forward I had to go out of my way to Bellevue and the lady their said you don't need a kit it's just two tubes of blood. So the Takwila location just didn't want to do it. They lied from day one. So never go to this location it's not fit to even be up and running. They have no common curtesy for our (time spent) there waiting and waiting without so much as anyone stepping forward to keep us informed about how long of a wait time will it take? Would give 0 stars is it was an option. Literally this place is a joke. Showed up for treatment for a sinus infection that I'm prone to getting after a cold due to a deviated septum. The not so bright receptionist checked with the provider to see if they would see me. The provider said of course. She comes back to ask if i had any on the following symptoms on the list she said. One of which is stuffy nose. She said that i could not be seen due to that. Well genius what do you think accompanies a sinus infection? I have a negative covid test from 3 days ago. Xuan, the front desk receptionist, is incredibly rude. I walked in to have a drug screen done, and she immediately began telling me they couldn't do it. I pointed to the paperwork, and showed her the test I needed and she became incredibly hostile. Xuan never gave me a wait time although she did tell the person next to me that for the same thing he would wait 30 minutes. So I asked, about my wait time and she began yelling at me about how she never told me that. Concentra in general sucks, but this location in particular, I would NOT recommend. I chose to come to US Healthworks because I need to get TB shots for my CNA class. I did a two-step process, so with my student discount (Bellevue College) the first shot was $25 & my second shot was $18. This is the cheapest place I could find. Without a student discount the first shot would have been $45. One thing to REALLY understand about US Healthworks is that its a first come, first serve type of place. They don't make appointments so you absolutely MUST be prepared to wait. When I got my first shot, I waited for one hour for a 10 second shot.. I noticed that the patients waiting in the lobby kept asking the receptionist "how much longer do I have to wait?" Since I only had a TB shot, I was definitely helped out quicker than the others waiting for drug tests or whatever condition they needed treatment for. although the wait time is terrible, the staff, both nurses and receptionist, were helpful and answered the questions I needed. The nurse (Filipino man, sorry don't know your name!) who gave me my TB shot both times, a week apart, remembered who i was from the first time and that was really personable. He sees tons of ppl everyday and for him to remember me was awesome!! So final thoughts, be prepared to wait. Otherwise, I got what I needed at a decent price! read more

Came here for a routine physical for a new employer. Its been over two hours wait and am seeing people that came in after me get called. The people behind the desk are nice at least when they tell you your coming up next. Then two more people get called and I'm still here. Its like waiting at disneyland only no ride at the end. Made it in finally after 3 hours. All the equipment in the exam rooms is old and out dated. Looks like a 1990's medical office. Obviously all about the money in the pocket here. read more

So, school had required a bunch of vaccines by a time frame for medical field purposes and my doctor wasn't available, so this was my last resort. I'd say maybe this was cheaper than going to my private doctor to do it. I had 5 vaccines and a blood draw done and it totaled out to about $418. I went for 2 visits because some shots were required to be done days apart and I had to pick up papers. The same medical assistant had done the procedures and I totally forgot his name but he was a filipino guy! Pretty funny and held a conversation. He earned the 3 stars for the place! As for the front desk staff, they were rude and very rushy. Chill out guys. The wait gets pretty long even though no one is there and sometimes when there are more people, I get called up earlier than most. Idk how that goes. read more

I had to give a star but if I could I would give them NO stars. They ask you for your co-pay before you go in so you cannot see the doctor before you pay. That is what I was told by the front desk. I paid in cash and went into see the doctor. I no longer have the receipt and now they are trying to charge me for it again. This place is immoral and pretends you never paid for their services.
