I've never encountered such a staff of unqualified people. Actually, the doctor was nice, he was the only redeeming factor! All of the office staff are blatantly rude and incompetent. A gentleman came in with his finger actively bleeding and the large Indian lady told him that it was going to be a three hour wait, other lady disagreed (rightfully so) (maybe her name was Tu) and said that he should go back to a room right now. Then the large Indian lady slam down her paperwork and sighed as if she were annoyed. This is not my first encounter with the large Indian lady, but I guarantee you it will be my last. I was having an issue on Saturday so visited this location as I have used them in the past prior to finding a primary Dr. Did I wait yes, did I expect to wait yes. Did they help me, absolutely! My husband just went here for a drug test for a job he got. He was told that they would need about six strands of hair for the test. My husband has very fine, long hair. It sounds like they let a trainee take care of this part - they shaved two massive chunks off the back of his head so now he has two weird bald spots. We're pissed. It is unfortunate that I have to write a negative review but my experience has been less than pleasant. The people are nice and understanding but my frustration is with the amount of time I had to wait to be seen. I made an appointment and still sat in the lobby waiting for an hour 1/2. Once the nurse took me back, took my vitals and asked a few questions he let me know they were waiting for a room to open for the doctor to see me. So naturally I asked, excuse me, I have to wait some more? For how long? He then tells me he is thinking about 30 more mins (to see the doctor). I'm sure he senses my frustration so offers me something to eat or drink. No thank you. I JUST want to see a doctor and head home. If you are looking for a quick trip to the doctor, you might want to consider finding somewhere else to go. read more

(After a horrible experience here, even after I called later on to discuss my concerns, I'm doing my part to make sure no one else has to go through this) I went to this clinic because it was under my insurance network and it was close to my work and I couldn't get an appointment with Swedish. I origionally went in because I had severe headaches and after some testing at US Healthworks, the doctor decided to do a flu test because of my high temp. in combo with the headaches and other symptoms. After a negative result, she told me I needed to go to the ER because she thought it might be menangitis. After having many tests done at Swedish, the doctor inquired about the flu test I had done at US Healthworks and told me that she did not even do the test correctly and that I would need to retake the test to actually confirm that. Turns out, I was positive for the flu. Now I have a $1,000 portion out of my 6,000 bill that I need to pay for, because of one doctors mistake. I tried to call US Healthworks to let them know they should tell this doctor my concern about how she wasn't doing the test correctly and the receptionist just gave me attitude about it and said she'd tell her. She should be grateful that someone else isn't sueing them for their incompetancy. And it's not just about the money, because of the doctors mistake, I had to get fluid taken out of my spine. I've never been through anything like this, and this one facility has taken away my faith that I would seriously reconsider going anywhere for medial attention unless I physically could tell I was in danger. read more

I called my local clinic to see if they did immunizations and they said they did. I told them specifically which ones my daughter needed and the lady checked and said they didn't have those in stock but to check with Tukwila and see if they had it because they hold a higher level of supply. I called Tukwila and the lady on the phone confirmed they do it and confirmed they had the ones we needed for school. I showed up later that afternoon and was told that they don't do it at all. I explained that I had called and was told otherwise so the lady went into the back and came back out and said they don't do it at all for kids. Had to take a drug screening. The process took just less than 10 mins, but waited for over 2 and a 1/2 hours. They said they only have one person that can administered the drug test. I don't know what the hell that person was doing, but waited 2 1/2 hours for 10 min procedure? That is totally ridiculous. I'm surprised they have such bad reviews here! I was recently seen here for a work injury and i am so pleased with the visit. Yes the apt took 2 1/2 hrs but I was just a walk in and the drs and staff were all very friendly and knowledgable. They took their time with me and didn't rush the apt at All They also answered all my question. Great team! read more

I went here do to the fact I was passing a kidney stone last month. The doctor whom I saw did not know what to do cause she admitted she had no prior experiences with them. I walked her through it; I should do a urine sample and she did x-rays. Being a kidney stone they cause pain yet she said he could not give pain meds instead I got anti-nausea pills to stop me from feeling like I needed to vomit. I called back asking to speak with another doctor when I got home and asked for some pain meds because I was in a lot of pain and they said I should just go to the emergency room. Thanks for nothing US Healthworks! Worst clinic experience I have never had. I will happily drive to another location before I return to my local US Healthworks. read more

I arrived at 9:15 AM for my 9:30 AM appointment for a physical exam. After sitting there in the waiting room for over 2 -1/2 hours I finally gave up at noon and left, without being seen by a doctor. Read Robert J's review and others. SAVE YOURSELF. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. When you walk in you enter a time warp. There is no sense of urgency or customer service. 30 minutes actually means 90+. I have a policy to leave 10 positive reviews for every single negative review. I'll need to leave 30 positive after this experience. It doesn't get any worse than this if your time is valuable. You could wait 60 minutes, or 180. It simply isn't a good experience. And I'm here for a basic pre-employment UA. I had to return a 2nd day because I couldn't wait any longer on the first day. I arrived when the doors opened at 7 am, hoping that might expedite the process. I've noticed on other negative reviews, this company offers a 'canned' response on how they will make it a better experience for others in the future. Don't believe it. And don't visit this location if you have ANY other options. A basic UA should take 5-15 minutes. I've lost over 3 hours of my life that I'll never get back, waiting for them to call my name. Save yourself, and others you know, from suffering this same experience. I certainly wish I had other options. I would have driven 60+ miles to another facility just to avoid the wait. The people who work here are polite and courteous. Apparently they work long hours. Similar to the Post Office. Think of this place like waiting at the DMV. Had an appointment at 1pm so I was told to show up at 12:30 to fill out forms. Turned them in and waited another 15mins to pay for tests. So last month I took my toddler into the hospital emergency room for what I feared was pneumonia and the docs couldn't give me any diagnosis but charged me over $700 after insurance for the exam (I discovered the next morning on my own he had hand, foot, mouth disease). A month later my teenager managed to get a wire into his foot and got a 3" gash and bone fracture and instead of rushing him to the ER we went to US Healthworks and were so pleased with the care we received. Super friendly staff, the doc put in 13 stitches did x-rays, did a referral for an orthopedic doc at Swedish and the nurse told me just who to talk to and all were outstandingly friendly, calm, and helpful. Just a really wonderful experience. They got us in right away (no wait what so ever) and treated us like family. I am so glad I went here instead of our local emergency room. I would totally go here again. They weren't as well appointed as many hospitals (no fish tanks in the waiting room, kinda no frills but that's fine. The staff even stayed an hour and a half after close to get my poor boy all stitched up and on our way. Still too soon to tell what the bill will be, maybe I'll up the stars to 5 if the bill doesn't make me cry like a baby. read more
