This is my second Workmen's Comp. claim in as many years (ugh), and so the second round of needing to make multiple visits to this office. Dr. Corson and his staff are attentive, kind, encouraging. Corson is compassionate and clearly explains everything - he won't let you leave unless you feel like you are completely satisfied/understand all information. It's funny, I see a lot of negative reviews about this location, which doesn't make sense. I can only think it's because they are limited to one doctor and in our high-speed society, we don't have the patience to wait. I have a feeling that people who are, by the nature of their need to visit, in pain are struggling and looking to strike out. My heart goes out to them, but I think it's misplaced anger. i couldn't get into see my regular doctor until next week, so I went into Concentrata. I suspected I had an ear infection, that hurting and impacting my hearing. When I called them, they said they don't see folks with respiratory issues. Wow! I thought urgent care see you for anything. I'm now off to OnPoint, Urgent Care where they will people with respiratory infections. read more

I took my daughter to this location and was told because she had a fever, we would need to obtain a negative Covid test before we could be seen. What? It's June 2023. If they suspect she has Covid, couldn't they test her for it?? read more

My husband was hurt on the job and this was the location we were asked to take him to, as we walked we were greeted by being told it was going to be a 2.5 hour wait. My husband responds ok i'll wait then we still get an attitude. We see the dr and his nurse Monique and they were amazing. Returned the next day and Monique greets us with a smile, a new nurse comes to get my husband and she tells me that I am not allowed to go back with my husband! Since when? She is nothing but rude and the Dr doesn't allow me back either. This is my husband and he wanted me with him or else i would of never drive him he would of came by himself. Do not go to this "Urgent" care office if you are looking for anything remotely urgent. I wish we would have checked Yelp reviews of this place before we came. If you decide to ignore the one star reviews, be aware that you will wait and wait and wait and wait some more. We checked in at 2:33 on a Wednesday. My son finally got called back at 4:05. There were never more than 4 people in the waiting room at a time and I am assuming they all had appointments because as people came in over the hour and a half we sat there, they all went back before us. And the staff seemed to know these people from previous visits. ***This place seems to focus on employment physicals and worker's comp situations, not Urgent nor Walk In situations for the true walk in patient. Just as I was getting ready to ask for a refund, (the waiting room is empty now), of my copay, they called my son's name. We'll see how long it takes for them to diagnose what he did to his knee. Either way, we will never come back. There simply has to be a better, more efficient clinic that can really handle walk in/urgent care. This is not the place for that type of care, unless you have hours to sit and wait. 4:23...still here and a guy that just checked in at 4:20 was told he would be in and out in about 30 minutes. Dr. Corson is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. He has the ability to really listen and hear you. He is comforting and I really appreciate that. I never feel rushed when meeting with him and his clinical staff is friendly and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Corson. read more

I came here after having a bad experience waiting forever to get a UA test done over at on point(do not go there or else you'll be waiting the entire day away...they called me back after 3 hours when I checked in over there online for appt). Concentra got me right in and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Professional and caring staff. I have nothing but good things to say about this business. I'm a registered nurse who needed a UA done before I left for a travel assignment the next day and they were proficient and quick to get me tested and treated. The doctors and medical techs are caring, compassionate and on the ball with everything. Concentra is now my new go to if I need to go to urgent care for anything. I checked in at 1:15 PM. I was told we would be out by 2:45 PM. We sit here at 2:55 and still haven't seen anyone. There is no sense of urgency here. Update: We spent 3 hours here. The doctor never came to see us--just his assistant. We were told strep throat and left with 2 scrips. 15 minutes later the PA called me and told me, "Actually the tests are inconclusive so the doctor says you should go to ER." When I asked why the doctor never came to see us when we were there, the phone went silent. I asked Paula for a call back from the doctor but he never rang back. The location also posts patients' information including tests done, initials and prognosis. This information is written outside the rooms on a giant, erasable whiteboard. I have serious privacy concerns!! So I found out they tested my 15 year old for pregnancy off that board, the gal in the waiting room had a UTI and the guy next door had chronic coughing and the flu. Initial visit that I had required stitches, and all of that went well. However, a week later my stitches came out on their own and I woke up with the wound gaping again.... I called to ask if the wound could be restitched as part of a maintenance of sorts and I was told it would be as if I walked in off the street and would have to repay a copay and start from scratch. The ladies who took care of me here were amazing!! The price isn't insane for a walk in urgent care for someone in between insurances. 170.00 regular visit, more if you need X-rays or lab work. Had an ear ache. Saw the doc and determined it was an ear infection. I was able to get the diagnosis, prescription and reasonable $$. I was in and out in 1 hour. This is a great alternative with menu pricing compared to the emergency room for not an emergency room condition - ie. It's the weekend or off hours you can see regular family doc in time. The urgent care that was here before was so much better! This place is clearly only good if you're getting a drug screen and not much else. I went in for a standard test for a very common infection that is extremely treatable but is time dependent, needs to be treated quickly. While the nurse and all were nice people, but whoever is in charge of telling us test results needs to be re-trained. I waited a week just to call them to get an update, but there was nothing. Then now, a month later they tell me that my results were positive after we questioned even paying them. Of course what they didn't tell me was that the antibiotics they prescribed me weren't very effective for the infection I had. Gee, perhaps you should have told me that when I was still sick! Arrived at 10:20. Filled out forms, and was "guaranteed" to be out by 12:00 p.m. Wasn't in triage until 11:15. Sat in room until 12:10 p.m. Was out by 12:30. 2 hours! The Dr. was great... let's get that straight. However, the name of the place should be called "Concentra - minimum 90-min. wait". Because, A) even though you have been there numerous times, they have you refill the patient information and insurance form EVERY time, B) even though there are only 1-2 other patients in queue you WILL wait a minimum of 30 minutes to get into triage, and C) there is NOTHING "urgent" about their service. If you know that from 11am-1pm is when a majority of your "urgent" care customers try to squeeze in a visit, why do you schedule half your Dr. staff off during that time? Hmmm? I could go on, but I can tell you I will never be going back. Used to be able to get in and out in 30 minutes when this place was actually an urgent-care facility (before 2010...maybe Aff-Care Act has something to do with it?). Not any longer... now they tailor their services to workers comp, drug testing, etc. read more

The doctor I saw was great. The receptionists were friendly. The x-Ray tech was a total jerk, and the woman who did my drug test was rude. I only came here on a workers comp case as I was in a car accident on the job, and never want to go back. I spent about 5 hours waiting to be seen and to go through the whole visit. read more

This place absolutely is terrible! I did not do my homework by reviewing Yelp and am I sorry. 1 1/2 HR to get a simply steroid shot for an allergic reaction to a bee sting. One other person in waiting room when I arrived. Never saw an MD. Completely disorganized and lethargic crew. BTW staff, your patients can hear every word you say through your paper thin doors. Doesn't instill a lot of confidence when you overhear one staff ask another if they know how to do an injection, only to be asked later " what size needle should I use"? Nothing "urgent" about this urgent care facility, at least not on their behalf. Always, always a wait (usually between 1-2 hours, sometimes longer) even when not busy. Had to wait over 1.5 hours with an appointment and was on my feet to walk out when PA (not doctor) finally came in. This past week, wrote script for antibiotic tabs even after ascertaining that my child can't swallow large pills yet. Six phone calls and five hours later, I still don't have a replacement script. They are the closest immediate care facility but I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. read more

We visited on 3/18/18 for an ankle injury. We were told it would be a minimum two-hour wait but decided to wait. I clearly had an ankle injury but the rude front desk woman made no effort to allow me to complete the papers near her, give me ice, or a wheelchair to make it easier to return the papers to her. I returned the papers and she asked for my insurance and id. THIRTY MINUTES LATER she informed me that I would owe $125 (my co-pay is $50). I said forget it and left. I am so disappointed with not only the intake worker's lack of empathy but also the fact that she waited that long to inform me of the cost. We went to a nearby clinic and the intake worker gave me an icepack and the wait was 20 minutes. Take your business elsewhere this place is a JOKE. read more

Please be warned that this Urgent Care will NOT tell you that you are out of network. They said that there is a Co payment but failed to say it was out of network even after I told them we had met our out-of-pocket deductible (ie. Questioned her). Luckily we called our insurance company and found out that it was not a co-pay but actually out of network. Also the lady at the front is probably one of the rudest and uncaring individuals I've come across lately. If you can get back to the doctors, they are great but not the front staff. I visited this office yesterday but it was a BIG mistake. The physician Mary Nolan that saw me was very rude and very racist. She told me that I needed additional paperwork and I was trying to ask her to explain what those forms were and she was just upset hitting the computer screen and throwing my files on the chair. All patients have the right to ask for information about things being done and needed but she was just plain rude maybe because she was older, a doctor who works with patients should be open and friendly and caring but she was not. She should not be working for patients if she has this bad attitude. I don't understand how she is in this profession with an rude attitude like her especially in the new year! read more

This place is awful!!! The woman who was I guess my nurse was very Rude! She had no compassion and I got the feeling she hated her job! The P.A that I saw was a little better still not very caring at all sent me away with a diagnosis of vertigo. That was not at all what I had? After going to my primary Dr I found out I had a double ear infection upper respiratory infection. I went there because I was feeling so bad on a Sunday never expected to get treated so awful. This is not a great facility for urgent care if you're sick. They do occupational therapy, drug testing, etc. Docs and staff are friendly but don't have all the supplies needed to care for patients with smaller veins for IVs, etc. The front office leaves a lot to be desired. Not friendly, don't pay attention to insurance card co-pay instructions and don't properly record payments, which results in double billing. I'm currently being billed for visits I can prove I paid a month ago. When I called to verify that they posted my payments, they put me on hold and never returned. read more

I strongly discourage anybody from going to this urgent care. I just took both of my grown children there and arrived well before the posted closing time on their sign and the doors were locked. There were 3 people in the waiting area (2 were together) and the woman at the front desk blatantly ignored us standing at the door so I started knocking on it. It took one of the ladies waiting to be seen to come open the door for us to even get in. When I told them that I had 2 sick people to be seen I was told that they only had 1 provider there and they were about to close. My response was "So you're telling me that you are turning sick people away?" At that she went and got another person who told me they were slammed and we would have a 3-3 1/2 hour wait which was a complete load of crap. It was painfully obvious that they really just wanted to deal with the remaining 2 people to be seen and get out as fast as they could. We went 2 miles away to CareNow Urgent Care on County Line and were advised by the extremely nice front desk person that under no circumstances are they allowed to turn anybody away that arrives prior to closing nor are they allowed to lock their doors prior to the posted closing time. The also advised that there could potentially be a lawsuit had the situation been more dire. Rest assured we will never set foot in Concentra again! read more

I went in and told them I thought I had bronchitis or pneumonia - they wrote on my chart that I had exceptional health for someone my age...didn't take an x-ray and agreed that I had a bad cold. Spent three days in bed and thought I was dying. I went into a different physician who took one look at me and immediately ordered a chest x-ray. She indicated a had a severe case of bronchitis! Concentra didn't listen and had no qualms about doing what they thought best despite the fact that I pleaded with them that I had to have more than a bad cold. Avoid this place. Saw a young PA not a Physician. Was there for 2.5 hours despite not being busy. Must be understaffed. She said she would not prescribe antibiotics until I got sicker and was miserable for the whole week. I called back to get prescription since I was not getting better and had to wait on phone. They said they would get back to me when the "morning rush" was over. Haven't heard back, and don't know if I will. Go somewhere else. Waste of time and money. read more

extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. i went in because i had an awful sinus infection and possibly ear infection. the doctor that asked for my symptoms was completely rude to me when i start fully explaining everything, didn't seem to care what i had to say or that i was really sick. she just wanted to hear certain things to get me out of there fast. i couldn't explain myself but she expected me to listen to her babble on about what she thinks would help when she didn't even do a proper diagnosis. disgusting how fast they got me in and out and did so without even telling me what was wrong with me. gave me prescriptions and sent me on my way without me actually knowing what just happened. your job is to take care of the patient and make them feel good about why they are there. there's no point to have a doctor that is showing A. they don't want to be there B. could care less about the patient. i get she's old and in a bad mood but i don't feel good about the experience whatsoever. hire real doctors that care about taking care of the patient. she needs to lose her job. read more

I wanted give 0 star if I can. I went to this place this morning and the NP saw me was unprofessional. I am Asian but I speak English and can understand but she treated me like stupid. She must assumed I do not speak English at all. As soon as she found that I had herpes on my one side of eye, she pushed me away and she sat the corner of the room. Then after she left the room, I could hear she said "I had a herpes patient! sigh" Also, she told me that she will prepare the documents to my employer, and bring it to me so I can wait at the waiting room. I waited for 15min and asked receptionist, she brought the paper work and told me that it was on the desk and no one know what they need to do. Also, the nurse she escorted me was bossy. My physical therapist recommended I go because she thinks my shoulder may be infected plus I believe I have a sinus infection (I know how they feel). I have to travel next day for work and my regular doctor can't see me on same day. This place was my last resort, trust me. I was told that Dr. Montana would be in shortly. Soon the PA Nicole walked in and told me that they don't have time to look at both things because they only allot 15 minutes per patient. Very insulting. Worst bedside manner of any doctor I've ever been around. She gave me the ultimatum of which ailment to look at first. So I chose shoulder. She looked at it and said let's draw blood. What the hell. Over the years we have used this Highlands Ranch Concentra facility when it was under different names and have never had a complaint. But, based on our experience tonight, we will never use this place again. The entire staff was clearly irritated that we came in close to their closing time and made it very obvious. I was trying to confirm insurance details with them so we didn't have any surprises and they were zero help, so I had to make a call to my insurance company and while I was on the phone with them to make sure the provider who would be seeing me would be contracted with my insurance, they shouted across the waiting room that I needed to make a decision about whether I wanted to receive treatment there or not because they were closing soon. To that I said forget it and went to After Hours where we were treated like human beings by people who were knowledgeable and acted like they were interested in doing their jobs and helping. Concentra didn't have a doctor or P.A. on staff. There was an N.P. only. One staff member giggled and said they'd be getting a doctor in December. Never again will I set foot in there. The staff was practically running out the door after we left so they could go home. Not impressed with their rudeness and lack of professionalism. If they don't want to see anyone close to the closing time, they need to post that they will only take patients 15 or 30 minutes or whenever they want to quit before closing, so they have enough time to see everyone by the time of their posted closing. Personally I think this would be ridiculous, but based on the way we were treated, it is exactly what they need to do so they can run out the door when the clock strikes 6pm. read more

I brought my daughter to this urgent care last week for back pain from a fall last spring that we hoped would get better on its own. We have visited this site before and the staff is always friendly. After wating almost 2 hours to see the physician (which I understand happens), he abruptly threw open the door and with a scowl of his face and hands on his hips asked what we were there for. My daughter explained that she fell last spring and her back still periodically hurts her. He asked (it was more of a statement) "and you decided tonight to come here", rolled his eyes back and threw his arms up. When he asked where the pain was, he fliped her shirt up. I just sat there in total shock. Had I not been so tired and waited for so long, I would have walked out. I have worked with physicians for over 40 years and have encountered all types, but this physician was the most unprofessional, sarcastic, rude, and downright mean one I have come across. I have never left a physician's office without saying thank you, but I did this time. I only wish I had turned around and said the above words to him. You should be ashamed, Dr R Dickson. read more
