I took my Hyundai Genesis Coupe in to get an engine swap, transmission swap, and brakes. I texted them July 30th about this project (no response), and then again on August 7th. I asked if it was possible to be done by the last week of August and they said yes. Then I got the estimate invoice, and I texted them again August 13th with no response, then again on August 26th saying that I need this car to be done before August like they said they could do. Did not get the car in until SEPTEMBER 4th. I also called them in between while I was waiting for a response but no call back month and some days after I initially texted them. Plus they added 2 new things to the invoice that they originally forgot to add when I took in the car.... I take my car in, engine swap was surprisingly done in 1 day (which was a good thing). Sadly, there was a leak in a hvac heater hose so they had to order it. The next day on Friday, they called to tell me the part was not in stock and had to be speciality ordered by Hyundai. They said it would take 1-2 days for shipping and the car would be done the following week Monday/Tuesday. I waited on Monday for an update and they told me they were still waiting for the part to arrive. Come Wednesday, I still hadn't heard back so I called. They told me the part still hadn't arrived but they would follow up with the company about shipment status. Then they wait to tell me Thursday that they DONT EVEN HAVE A SHIPPING NUMBER... they can't even track the shipment (after telling me that the shipment was delayed). A shipment can't be "delayed" if you don't even have a shipping number to start with. Fast forward to Friday, 9 days after dropping off my car initially, it's ready for pick up. When I picked up my car, they made me pay, and told me my keys were in my car, with my car unlocked parked outside. They didn't even turn in my keys in my hand or the owner didn't even come out to apologize for the delays and lack of communication. I've taken my car here multiple times before, giving them a chance each time to better their customer service. I'm sad to say, I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from this company and the owner. I am honest about my feedback, I will not be taking my car here again. I hope if you're reading this and you take your car, the same thing won't happen to you! Very sad to be writing this review, because this company is a good company but sadly their professionalism and lack of communication don't make up for it. read more

One stop shop, came here with my F10 for an oil change, and was out within 45 mins. Booked an appointment through their IG, and jazmin replied within 24 hours and got me setup quickly. I see a lot reviews on her about booking and replies. I highly suggest booking through their IG and sending them the info directly (and when jazmin follows up) the 45 mins i was there in the waiting room, jazmin was on the phone the whole time. I believe shes one of the few who is handling the text/calls, try to be patient. Again easiest way to get a response is booking an appointment, and you can add notes on your appointment. Overall i had a great experience, it was fast, pricing was good esp they use all OEM oil/filters/etc, better than paying over $250 at bmw. read more

They don't give a s*** about customers here. All I wanted was to talk to Will who inspected my vehicle and ask a few questions but didn't get to do that. What's really sad is I followed and liked all their videos thinking they were for sure gonna be helpful. They seemed like genuine people. Boy was I was wrong. They don't care. Came here to get a front lip installed on my car. This is hands down the most professional, cleanest, and friendly automotive shop I've ever been to. Everything was organized too. All started with my interaction with Will on an initial call. Will was very courteous, and answered all my questions. Upon arrival, I was amazed at how clean and tidy his shop is. A very slight area of my front bumper needed to be shaved off due to prior damage before the lip could be installed. Once the lip is on, you wouldnt even see that area. Will told me this had to be done, as opposed to just shaving it. I believe most shops would have just shaved it and not told me about it. I would definitely recommend Concept 3 for your automotive needs. read more

Took my car to Concept3 thinking they would be good and honest on servicing my vehicle. Took in in December of last year got a lot of service done to it. Shocks, brakes, rotors, oil and trans tune up, and valve gasket done. When I got my car light engine turn on told them about first they said it was like that when they got it, I told the assistant bullshit if it was I would've mentioned it to them. So he reset the light so next day it turns on again I called and told them about it they said get a diagnostic see what came out which I did at AutoZone got the report saying it was valve gasket. So I called concept 3 told them what diagnostic said they said they'll get back to me in couple days to set up a appointment to take it back. Well two days went by and nothing I called them the secretary said she'll call me back at end of day which she never did. I called back third day secretary said she'll get back again so I sent a money IG and that email on there site and didn't hear from them at all. Took it to another mechanic he showed me the diaphragm from valve cover broken that Concept3 did that's probably why they didn't answer me back knowing they screwed it up. I thought they be good honest people but there not. People be aware they will not get back to you when they screw and break stuff on your vehicle I would not recommend this place and never again taking any of my cars there This place just will take your money and not fix the screw ups they do and will not tell you what they did wrong. Took my hyundai genesis coupe for an alignment at a tire place and when I got it back it was having several problems. Dealer couldn't figure it out. Took it here and i was helped in 5 minutes. I think the guy was the owner he was very helpful and I am so relieved to finally have my car working and in good condition. Will's the owner and super knowledgable particularly about korean cars, but they service all kinds of cars here - german, japanese, domestic, etc! front lobby waiting area has sofa and magazines to wait, or you can check out their customized cars in the garage, there are chairs to watch while you wait too. call or text for quotes, don't dm their instagram they don't check that, or you can book an appointment from their IG directly. you can get almost anything car related done here, performance upgrades, media/head unit, coils/springs, airbags, wheels & tires, etc. (i say almost because it's not an autobody shop, so they can't do paint/bodywork. it's an auto repair shop). deposit for parts first to get things ordered, pay for balance once service is completed. they also do basic services like oil changes and maintenance services. :) since my car is well past warranty, i'd only go to concept 3 going forward. read more

These guys are honest, upstanding people and they explain things in ways even the dumbest of people can understand, and I really appreciate that. They don't try to nickel and dime their customers and when someone else says that the car needs something that it doesn't, they're honest enough to say "yeah you really don't need that please don't waste your money on that" and it seems that their prices are much more affordable than other places and they care about the quality of work they do. You can tell they're passionate about the work they do and providing a great service to their customer base. Please don't listen to any of the negative reviews from people or at least take those with a grain of salt, these guys are very transparent about everything they do and will tell you honestly if they cannot do something or if they don't know something. The owner doesn't let his pride get in the way of doing a good job and delivering the best service he can to his customers. I wish Will had a shop in Houston because I would have all my auto work done at his shop, as a woman it is hard to find trustworthy automotive care shops and I would feel very comfortable trusting any diagnosis Will or his guys told me about my car, I don't feel like they'd ever try to take advantage of my lack of car knowledge just because of me being a woman. I can't say the same about 99.9% of the other car shops out there. If you live anywhere near Will's shop, definitely check it out, I'm sure they will take very good care of you and your car or truck. read more

Brought my car here with lower control arm damage(bent). After they fixed it, all my warning signal on dashboard come out the next day.. So I called them to let them know what happened. I was talking to Andrew and he just told me that "boss said he can't do nothing about it because the car is breaking.." I'm like how the f*ck the car is breaking if it's NEW?? IN ADDITION, I also provide the NEW Lower Control Arm that I ordered from HONDA because that's the one they recommend. Also, when I brought my car here, there was no any warning lights on my dashboard even though my lower control arm was damage(bent) and Andrew knows that because he drove my car to the back and now they saying that the car is breaking down. I came here to get brake rotors, pads, and transmission fluid replaced on my 2012 Acura TL. Will gave me a time to bring my car. When I showed up, he took care of me quickly and for an awesome price. Definitely recommend this place. Side note: First thing I saw when I walked in this shop was a wide body Kia Optima. Then I saw a bunch of other customized vehicles. We don't take our car's to the dealer for service, because William also takes care of all our routine maintenance. We are very happy with his service and attention to detail in all he does. Not usually one for reviews especially long ones but if I can save at least 1 person from dealing with this guy than I've succeeded. My 82 year old dad brought his Tuned Kia Stinger to Will who had performed several performance mods in the past. This time he needed to have an O2 sensor replaced and a Factory Turbo. Car came in beginning of September 2023. Sat for a month while waiting for parts. Parts arrived Oct. 7. Come Nov 9th my father had passed away with no communication up to that point from Will about the car. Me and my brother show up to the shop to talk to Will and figure out the next steps. We sat for 3 hours completly being Ignored. Nobody there to answer phones nothing. Then Will comes out to talk to us and promises the Car to be done the following week. They complete the install but then the car is having issues. So instead of troubleshooting the issue and resolving it so we can be done with this, they put the car back in the corner with no communication of what the next steps are or when we can expect it to be finished. This guy is to busy making social media content instead of taking care of paying customers. No customer service, Super Rude, and to this day we still have a car that we had to tow out of this BS shop that is not fixed properly. This Dudes a joke. I would'nt let this HACK wash my Dog. Great service and very knowledgeable staff! So I like fast cars! I love the adrenaline rush when try to break the speed of sound, ok maybe not. So recently got a little 2 door "speed racer", and the 1st week I got the car, I got a speeding ticket in it. Obviously I figured out that I NEED to get a radar detector installed, so I called these guys. The guy that picked up my call was super nice, and super knowledgeable and spent quite some time on the phone with me explaining to me what kind of radar detector I needed an how much they cost and what accessories I also need to purchase. He also told me they are able and willing to hardwire it into the car for me and place it so the cops wont see them. They are legal to have by the way! I ended up giving the car to another family member due to the seats being uncomfortable but will be purchasing another "speed racer" soon, and when I get it, I will definitely take it to these guys to get my "cop detector" installed! read more

Honest polite guys that provide free estimates and fair prices. The only reason that Concept 3 gets 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that they don't check their answering machine very often.
