Also, their delivery people are always courteous and respectful - in particular Patricia has been so kind to make sure not to ring the doorbell late in case our kids are already in bed. I started ordering from the company…read moreagain about a month ago and have noticed a few things have changed: -There seems to be more sauces I'm not really a fan of. -My fridge smells like whatever sauces or seasonings being used and I'm not a fan of that either. -The containers seem to have a lot more grease at the bottom when the food is gone than before. -The delivery person used to let you know when they were on their way to your house, now they just show up. Even though there's a delivery period of 5.5 hours listed when you order, yes...the old notice that someone was actually on their way was appreciated. -There used to be more vegetables. In one of the meals this week, there were only 6 pieces of vegetables (in the large portion). A week or two ago I complained the potatoes were burned. The company responded to my complaint. This week, there were potatoes in the green chili chicken that weren't cooked thoroughly. I didn't complain this week, because I complained the last time I ordered. But if you can't cook the potatoes without overcooking them or undercooking them, maybe you shouldn't offer them as an option. This week, I sent a message asking what the macros for the steak meal were, but I never received a response. I also included a picture of container not having a label. Their website says "Each meal varies in the number of carbs/protein/macros but are guaranteed to be healthy options. Each meal prep has labels to provided detailed description of the serving size." Aside from the errors in those sentences lol...this is the second time I've had to email the company to get the macros for the labels that weren't on the container...but this time, no one responded. I use this meal service because I used to enjoy the food, the macro labels and to make my life easier. But it doesn't seem like that's the case anymore.

Best: the sesame balls - not too sweet, very soft, fresh, and flavorable! followed by the Meatballs and the chicken satay bowl - wow, flavorful, fresh, fantastic. Next: cha lua minh. Bread was fantastic. Beware the jalapeños- they are definitely small but mighty! (Put on side for couple things) Saved the coffee for the morning. We ordered it online - the pickup is interesting. Nice big parking lot, 3 picnic tables outside - very clean and nice. Clear signage. You walk into a tiny lobby - two electronic kiosks to order onsite if you want, and two little kiosks for order pickup. Held up my phone with the order # on it and it told us which bin had our order and it popped open. Nice woman behind a small counter window helped us very nicely as we were a bit confused about how to do the pickup. This little "lobby" is tiny - maybe room for 8 people total? Not sure how it would be during a busy time, but it's a quick and easy process. Overall, highly recommended! We will be back, if nothing else than for the sesame balls and some meatballs!

The bread is good and has a nice crunch on the outside, the beef had good flavor and they put a good amount in the sandwich and the pickled veggies were nice and crunchy! However where the sandwich was lacking was the pate, it had no flavor or salt whatsoever and just tasted like a thick flavorless paste in my sandwich. I'm not sure if it was a one off and it's usually better but if I were to get it again I definitely wouldn't get the added pate.

Their "Conventional" basket was $21 and I possibly got my money's worth there, but certainly no bargain. But the 40 pounds of oranges I ordered are green (unripe by any definition), smooshed, and moldy. I've no idea why these weren't rejected as well, but as it was pouring buckets during pickup and they only allowed you to drive up while they put the stuff in your car -and then you have to leave, you don't get to inspect anything before leaving, which means if there is a problem you're just out the money. - There's a new twist to their rules of having to inspect your baskets before you leave or you're just out the money. Lucky me, I got to spend $27 on moldy beans and $29 on unripe nasty oranges. I tried to email the "owners" (Tanya and Sally) but guess what! The email address is INVALID and there is absolutely no way to contact the people who took your money. There is no number to call and no recourse. DO NOT buy into this scam. I'm just glad I didn't throw away more money with them. I remember going in on baskets with a friend 10 years ago and the stuff was great. No so anymore. Welcome to 2025; all scam, all garbage, all the time. I'm so angry! Groceries are already outrageous but this is absolutely criminal!

My partner and I have been using Nature's purpose for 7 months and I'll tell you why I love it. Natures purpose has been the first service that I have had absolutely no issues with. First, they don't require a subscription, I simply order the meals I want each week and that's what I get. Such a simple concept, yet hardly anyone does it. Second, since they're local the food is always a fresh and has good quality ingredients. Third, the website actually gives you all the nutrition information you need. I tried so many places that would leave that out and only give you calories. Being able to see how much protein is in a dish is so important to me. Also, they have different sizes and tell the nutrition of each size. Fourth, the variety of food is great, I never get bored of the meals because there are so many to choose from and they add new ones all the time. Fifth, is the support. Delivery is always on time, and I've had a broken container every once in a while, and I've gotten refunds each time as well as an offer for a replacement. 6th and final, it's tasty and affordable. The prices are what made me check them out in the first place, but the flavor is what made me stay. All of these things rolled up helped me lose 45 pounds in the last 7 months. I started at medium sizes and worked my way down to small sizes while focusing on high protein meals.
