An hour before the scheduled move I was told the owner could not be contacted however he (Brett Kennedy) insisted on charging me for three movers hence the inflated price. I explained from the onset that only two movers were necessary with a liftgate. This appliance was previously moved twice with two movers and no problems. The owner insisted on charging me for three people which is nothing more than a way to make more money and has nothing to do with safety. They left me hanging all weekend thinking I had a move scheduled for a price that they increased without explanation. This company is not professional and employes the same shady bait and switch tactics many unscrupulous movers use. I'd avoid. They have hundreds of terrible reviews. UPDATE: The owner has decided to act nasty which doesn't surprise me at all. The unit was not as heavy as they claim, was on casters and there were no stairs. The company I ended up hiring had a very easy time moving it with two men - not a single issue. This business just wanted to jack up the price by adding a third mover which is very scammy. Look at all of their bad reviews - the Google ones are even worse. Other complaints are being left and they are being put on every scammer page out there.

The movers were friendly. Nothing was damaged. They even had to move our stuff past another truck that was in our loading dock of my building during our scheduled time. I was moving out of a high rise with max 2 bedroom apartments, so I can say they likely didn't have much more stuff than I did.
