My father was in hospice and I was so so worried about getting the proper medicine and the right dosages for my father as he was leaving this mortal coil. Livingston hospice in combination with concierge pharmacy was a godsend. It meant so much more than anyone can imagine unless you've been there to not have to worry and get the quickest and best medicine delivery of narcotics to a dying person. My father really did get his wish , which was to not be in anymore pain. It went so so fast and I am sorry it's taken me until now to tour this business as being amazing. Love to all their staff . This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. My doctor called in a prescription last week for me and I never got any confirmation that they had received it and were processing it. I finally called my doctors office last Friday and they contacted the pharmacy and supposedly they were now filling it. This past Monday, I contacted the pharmacy myself only to find out they were sitting on the order because my insurance didn't cover it. No one called me or let me know this was the case. I told them I would pay for the order out-of-pocket if they could get it to me as soon as possible. Initially they told me they would waive the overnight delivery charge. But in the meantime, I decided I wanted to call my insurance to confirm that the prescription was not covered. When I found out it wasn't covered, I decided to pay out-of-pocket for the medicine, I called the pharmacy back and then I was told I would be charged the overnight delivery charge. I explained that previously I've been told that they would waive it and they gave me a hard time and were not very nice about it. They transferred me to a supervisor and he was very rude. He finally acquiesced and said he would waive the overnight charge and he took my credit card for payment. As of this morning, my credit card has not been charged and I cannot get through to this pharmacy to find out what's going on because they keep putting me on hold. It's been a week now and I still don't have my prescription and I have called my doctor and told him I never want to deal with this pharmacy again. Update.....they were supposed to deliver my prescription yesterday. I never got it. This is appalling that they would leave a customer without their prescription for over a week. There has been zero communications from them! How they can remain in business is beyond me. read more

New pharmacist can't order needed medication. His "authorization could take a few weeks". I completely understand that these things take time. He is new and can't order class 2 medication without approval. What I cannot understand is not communicating this information to the doctor who sends the prescription or to the patient who is expecting to pick up the medication. They had the script for 3 days. It was only when I called to confirm their receipt of the script and confirm pick up for the following morning, that I was informed of the new pharmacist. After being a customer for over 7 years, ordering the exact same medication every month, you would expect the pharmacy to either inform their customers OR the doctor that the new pharmacist is not authorized to order or fill the medication critical for the patient's survival. My doctor leaves for vacation tomorrow and apparently now I need a new prescription from him. Concierge has No ability to transfer script to another pharmacy and offered no assistance or advice about finding a local pharmacy that could fill my scrip. When you don't feel well, the uncaring, unhelpfulness of others cuts pretty deep. These people clearly just don't care. read more

The concierge Pharmacy offers a variety of prescriptions with selective coupons where you can save on the portion that you insurance doesn't cover. Prescription called in on 12/17 and when I received multiple calls and texts informing me that they were ready to pick up. when I arrived today I was told that it would be 10min because they needed to fill it. ummmm it was filled on 12/17 but it's ok it all worked out. read more

This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a pharmacy! On multiple occasions, I've come to pick up my prescriptions and they were not ready on time. I showed up on my lunch break on a Friday to find out my Rx was sent back and knowing I wouldn't be able to pick it up on Saturday since they're closed, I shared my frustration with them. I had CVS immediately contact them to transfer the prescriptions so that I can pick it up on Saturday. Concierge never transferred the prescription over on Friday so I had to wait to the following week. CVS requested the transfer again on Tuesday and still no response from Concierge. I had to use my lunch break on Tuesday to drive down to concierge pharmacy to ask them in person to transfer it, finally it was a success. Next time I'm not satisfied with a businesses services, I will make sure to stay quiet so that they do their job. read more

I am so delighted to write this review. I was struggling with a prescription for several days and our local pharmacies ( the well known ones ) were not helpful. In fact trying to contact them became a chore. I was informed by my physician to give Concierge Pharmacy a try . I am extremely pleased with the assistance they provided me. This is my number one pharmacy. I would have a my medications through here if I could. Use for all my dermatology medications and they have the best prices and overall best staff. Also live near by but always had it delivered and finally visited cause needed to pick up one medication that day. The staff is so amazing and nice and personal, well with me :) . I also got some amazing lotion recommended and AMAZING. I have bad eczema and the wonderful lady has experience with my skin type. My only lotion I use now. I had an incident with a prescription expiring too soon, Michael, the manager was very helpful. He listened to my concern and offered to exchange my medication for one that expires at a later date. I was introduced to this pharmacy by my dermatologist who prescribed a cream not covered by my insurance; she thought their cash price would be reasonable and she was right -- it was lower than my copay would be, if it was covered. So, when I found out my insurance no longer covers a pain med, I called to find out the cash price and it was the same as the insurance when it was covered. Amanda here treats you like you are trash. I have been coming here for years but won't be anymore so disappointed in the customer service and dispensing my my medications. They screwed up my medications for past few months and lied said my doctor would not refill my doctor said that was a LIE! They did the same with my daughter's. The pharmacy charged me for my prescription and didn't deliver it. When I called they mixed up the day I asked it to be delivered. They didn't bother to let me know. They then told me I needed to call my doctor to get a new prescription because they couldn't figure it out. This is by far the best pharmacy. Doctor calls prescription in and then you'll get a phone call or text saying ready. This also works for re fills and you never miss your prescription. From there you can have it delivered at no cost (only billed your co pay) or you can pick up. Usually takes only one day to receive and all done through app. Every person that works there is friendly, helpful and resourceful. I wouldn't think of choosing any other pharmacy.
