The chairs in his new office are better than any other I've sat in - big, comfortable chairs that massage you, making the experience more calming and pleasant. Dr. Ray and his staff are very friendly and kind - they are always helpful in scheduling appointments around school. I am a dental student myself, so I can say from experience that Dr. Ray is a fantastic dentist. All his equipment, materials, and procedures are current, and he is great at explaining what procedures need to be done and why. Received the bill and there was a $39.00 charge for fluoride application. Called their office and left a message saying there was no in office application but would be happy to pay for the fluoride packet/materials. They called back 6 days later and claimed I received the fluoride application in office and the packet I received was an "extra", which was not true. Won't be going back to this provider.
