The price was well within reason for the size of the project. Sherri stayed true to her initial quote. My project called for adding a new parking pad alongside my existing driveway. The team showed up on time and jumped right in grading the area being extremely careful not to damage burred TV/Internet cables and power lines (marked off by 811 survey team). The team communicated every step of the way with me, amongst themselves and the driver of the concrete mixing truck. The entire project was well-choreographed showcasing the team's professionalism and comfort with working together. Sherri was onsite overseeing the team adhering to my project requirements. After the work was done the job site was power washed and cleared of all stray concrete, loose gravel, dirt and lawn debris. After the required two days Sherri came back out and removed the wood forms, tidied up the flower beds and washed down the entire job site again.

James replied to my request from his Craigslist add to install a driveway on my property. He quoted me $1200 and they arrived the next day to start work. His 1 worker worked for 2 hours then James asked for the $1200, in which I paid him. Later he stated it will be a little more and asked for another $500 because it would require more work and another $500 later. He also stated I needed to rent a backhoe (Costing me$1800+) for the week so they can complete the work. The entire time he assured me this was the least expensive route and they could knock it out in a few days. I rented the equipment and in addition he then told me he had to have more money to buy a hammer for the bobcat to help break the rocks. I sent James an additional $620. I agreed to this because he already had the initial payment and would keep going with out it but advised him of my budget and I did not want to go over this new amount. They did not work even one full day over the course of a week. Instead they took numerous breaks talking, smoking(Ned). The 7 days totaled approximately 26 hours total that they worked on destroying the property. Instead of cutting the road forward, James back-filled my parking spot making it useless. I can not even park on property anymore. He initially told me he had to cut the road in another direction to do what I wanted so he NEVER even cut any of the road I paid for and left me with a mess. James and his employee Ned left in the middle of the job with no explanation or refund. He dodged every conversation with "I am coming in the morning". The work they did caused the rain to erode the dirt and mud washed out into the roadway twice causing me to get a fine from the county of $1000. James then told me he was coming to fix everything and take care of the fine at least 5 times and he did not show. When I confronted James by text message he stated he was in the hospital every time. This man is a crook. He was nice, well knowledgeable and talks a good game. I did not see this review in time. I am going to post this everywhere I can to keep anyone else from falling victim to this companies lies and deceptive practice.

Suffice to say, they botched the job beyond belief. The guy played me for months afterwards as if he was going to do some other work to make up for the $1,500 I paid him. It was one broken promise after another. He pretend to be sincere and friendly, but it was all just pure and utter bullshit. It was all just a scam from a master. Further warning... McCree Paving & Concrete got my job through another shyster, Brandon McDowell d.b.a Master Concrete, who also screwed me for even more money. These guys know each other (or are related somehow is my guess) and go around screwing people like me and other unsuspecting people. Walk, no run! Get far away from this company.
