This is the best service ever. I live in a condo with 2 small dogs. Working full time, I don't have the time to let them roll and play on grass outside as long as they would like. With this service they always have fresh grass to do their business and to enjoy the sun (when there is sun) on the deck anytime they want, and no more pee pads needed. They followed our instructions "Ignore the barking puppy in the crate" and just went in, did their weekly thing and left" AND they would always sweep up around the area on the balcony. I was trying to leave an alley and their driver was parked in my Lane all the way at the edge of the street. So if I wanted out, I would have to go completely into the incoming Lane. Which is partially blinded by by a building. He couldn't just kindly go a little more down the alley to park...about 10 - 20 ft...so I can pull out safely. She kept overflowing the pad so I found myself having to scrub the bathroom floor every day to clean the overflow. Such an awesome service and the guys who come to change out the grass each week are so nice. They do an amazing job, wear shoe protectors when entering the home, sweep up the area after changing the grass, and have excellent customer service. This company is a dream come true. We moved into an apartment after years of living in suburban houses with yards and doggy doors and weren't quite ready to always have to take the dogs downstairs for potty breaks at all hours of day and night. At first, it was fine but after a month or so, and during rainy season, it really started to wear on us. Condo Pet Pals to the rescue! We have an uncovered patio, and the soil-less sod they bring is brilliant! It's super green, super light and super great! The dogs immediately just went over and did their business, no problems whatsoever. We have two big dogs, 70-80 lbs and have the sod changed every two weeks. Of course, we still take the dogs out a couple of times a day for exercise and stuff, but these get used a lot. I highly recommend this to every apartment dweller with a patio of some type, even small ones. So convenient for both us and the dogs! read more

A great idea, and an excellent service - I can't recommend it enough!! Having the sod patch on my balcony saves me from having to get dressed and leave my apartment building for late-night or otherwise inconvenient quick potty breaks. I thought I might just use the service when my puppy was very young and had a smaller bladder and less control, but I'm spoiled now! We have the 2'x4' size, and the sod gets replaced every two weeks (my pup is 25 lbs). The sod sits in a plastic tray, so my balcony stays clean. Ray is fabulous -- extremely reliable, friendly, and accommodating. Personally I think he should charge more for this service - it really is a great deal. read more

We just moved to Belltown and our two dogs need a convenient way to use the grass on their own time. We have a small balcony but it fits the 2'x3' pod and a door mat perfectly. Our girls took their time to get comfortable on the grass, one thought it was just a nice place to chill on the balcony until the other peed. Then, magic! When moving from CA to Seattle we were bringing our five year old golden retriever from an acre to a fifth floor apt. Life Changer!! No cons all pros with this company! When we moved to a high-rise building, we didn't want to be going up and down elevator all day and night with our young dog. And not a fan of pee pee pads used indoors. Condo Pet Pals was recommended by a neighbor in our building...we called that day. The next day they came out and set up our grass patch on our little deck. You decide how big or small the patch and how often you want them to come and change it. Very simple and convenient. I love Condo Pet Pals! What a difference it makes for my sweet elderly dog. We live in a 3 level townhouse with our bedroom all the way at the top and there are lots of stairs just to get to the front door. I was struggling with a solution to keep our dog from climbing so many stairs. Having the grass on our third floor balcony saves our girl at least three or four trips a day. Real grass patch for the deck in a waterproof tray. Our house is living area all upstairs, like many Seattle houses on a hill. This service and a dog door out to the upstairs deck solved our problem. A few minutes after they came and set up the dog went straight outside and peed on it. Success ever since. They bring new live sod every week and switch out.
