Get docusign or something. Gave me an impossible timeline for me to jump on the phone call. We were scheduled for 2 hours after my initial call, but then in the email he said he needs all documentation and forms filled out 1 hour before our consultation. So I had to go through trying to figure out how to get his documents signed and get all my documentation together. Not a realistic time frame so I asked to reschedule. He sent me an email to reschedule the next week but I decided I wanted to wait until I had something actionable. I requested to wait until after I had moved out and wasn't only speculating about my landlord's actions (I didn't want to pay $300-$600 for a phone call when I may be wrong about what my landlord was doing). He then emailed me to refer me to attorneys in Tacoma and Everett. Once my landlord had actually done what I was speculating they would do he declined my matter. When I inquired about other attorneys in Seattle he stated he was the only one. When I asked why he'd refer me if I'm in Seattle and the apartment I was renting was in Seattle he again only stated he declined my matter.

Pros: They got the job done…read more Cons: 1. They are very unorganized. They usually put you on hold between 5 - 10 minutes to look for your case; and they charge you for it. They even charge me when they are asking about my military background when that has nothing to do with the case; and charge me for it. 2. I understand current eviction cases volume are very high and takes time. However, we were passed on to 3 different lawyers in the firm within 6 months and have to constantly resend them information when everything is already annotated sequentially. 3. They DO NOT get back to you. They sometimes get back to your email if you send them a follow up email a week after. If you don't follow up with email, they will not even get back to you. Calls are a hit and miss. Sometimes they will answer you and sometimes they will tell you they'll call you later. They do not call you. You'll need to call them.
