I cannot say enough wonderful things about Captain Kirk and his incredible Condor 40 trimaran, *Dare II*! We took our three girls (ages 3 to 8) on a dolphin tour with Condor Sailing Adventures, and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip and one of the best family experiences we've had. I'll admit, as parents, we were a little nervous when we saw the "don't get seasick" disclaimer. I mean... seasickness isn't exactly something you choose. But Captain Kirk and *Dare II* put those worries to rest immediately. This boat is basically the Ferrari of the ocean. It's unbelievably smooth and stable. Even our youngest stayed happy the entire time, laughing, pointing out dolphins, and having zero tummy troubles. I've never experienced anything quite like the way *Dare II* glides across the water. Captain Kirk was fantastic--knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely wonderful with kids. He made the whole experience feel personal, relaxed, and fun while making sure everyone felt safe and comfortable. We saw so many dolphins up close, and the small group size made it feel special instead of crowded and touristy. And then came the surprise that absolutely made our girls' day. At the end of the tour, Captain Kirk let each of them take a turn at the helm and "drive" this Ferrari of a boat (with his close supervision, of course). Their faces lit up like it was Christmas morning. Watching them steer *Dare II* was the perfect ending to an already magical day. If you're looking for a truly special, family-friendly experience in the Pensacola/Gulf Breeze area, this is it. We had an amazing trip with Capt Kirk on his super cool Condor racing sailboat watching the Blue Angels practice on Thursday. It couldn't have been any better! You start with a dockside introduction to the boat, some history of the boat, some safety info, and instruction on where to step and where not, what to grab on to if you need to. Easy instructions-if it's white, you can walk there. From there, step on board and relax. Beautiful views of Pensacola Bay. You can decide if you want sit in a comfy chair or dangle your feet in the water. With a limit of six passengers, it's easy to I've around and experience everything. My wife and I sailed with Captain Kirk June 15, 2024 on the afternoon dolphin watch cruise. We had an exceptional experience. Captain Kirk is very knowledgeable and welcoming. We were amazed at the how easily he moved around the boat and his expertise as a sailor. He also encourages you to move around and experience the ride from different areas of the boat. Captain provided us with water and snacks but we also had our bag cooler with our adult beverages. Be prepared to park almost immediately as you cross the bridge to the right. The parking lot for Pier One is immediately after the liquor store. There is also a great little outside bar of the bay side of the liquor store. We are planning our next adventure with Captain Kirk during a sunset cruise. Thanks Captain. read more

Where do I start! The morning of our cruise-A storm was forecasted and I wasn't sure if we were going to be able to go on our 2p cruise and had planned in calling Whitney to inquire, just then my phone rang and Captain Kirk was on the other end...They called me, to say it was a maybe and would call me back by 12:45p with a for sure...I just thought was amazing customer service! The cruise-What a beautiful boat, we had some chop and there was no leaning and no sea sickness, smooth as silk. My parents l, who are both in their 70's were able to move about the boat with no problem and we were very comfortable the entire time! We were tended to the entire time and asked if we needed or wanted anything. The Captain-so enjoyable, he never forgot our names or the other couple (who we forgot were there) and took picture the whole time on my phone--what a gift it was to get home see all those pictures . Very knowledgeable and capable sailor with a fantastic personality! The settle up-We finished the cruise and went back up to the marina and when Captain Kirk piled out the paper framed pics I was prepared to purchase a memory photo, but there was no nickel and dime-ing us, they were included in the price! Cóndor sailing was an amazing experience! I highly recommend them for your next sailing adventure! Captain Kirk was very welcoming, professional and had great communication. Before our trip, there was a lot of rain that day and kept us informed about what time to be there and when the storm would clear up. Another plus about the trip is how stable the sail boat is! There was very little lean on the boat and the boat takes the waves extremely well providing great stability. This felt like a private sailing trip for my husband and I. What an awesome trip! Captain Kirk really knows sailing. After leaving the dock and putting up the sails we were free to walk around the boat. From the email they send you before your sail, (giving all info before your trip) a safety talk and history of boat and how it all works and totally fabulous trip! I've taken sailing lessons and I much prefer to be a passenger! The Dare is a beautiful trimaran sailboat (Condor 40) and Capt Kirk is a talkative, knowledgeable, helpful captain. He loves his boat and to share his passion with his guests. He'll also take the pictures you want in between tacks and steering! He really did think of everything: wine glasses, cork screw(s), blankets, comfy moveable lounge chairs for the trampoline deck/surface to just sit back and enjoy the ride in luxuriously. Seriously an enjoyable experience that I'd recommend for lovers, great friends, and families or just about anyone that likes a good relaxing view and enjoys being on the water. Tips: -Bring a jacket, the sailboat can go like the wind and it can get chilly when you are underway. -You may get wet slightly so plan for that as a possibility. -There is a bathroom on board, it's a small and uncomfortable marine toilette so remember that when you are downing the wine! read more

My husband and I went out on a whim after finding on Yelp and couldn't have been happier. We went on the sunset cruise and there was only 2 other people. It is basically a private boating experience. We love boating, but have never sailed and it was exhilarating! I get very motion sick usually so I was happy to not feel any waves and have a smooth ride. We've done other boating excursions and sunset cruises. I liked this better because you could move freely, hear great stories from the captain, dip your toes in the water and no annoying drunks! A little late but I had to give my absolute five star rating to Captain Kirk and his wife for my daughters 25th birthday sail! Both my kids (22 and 25) loved this adventure! It was so peaceful gliding out in to gulf! Captain Kirk played the boat a bit to allow us viewing of the dolphins swimming. We pretty much free movement on the boat and both my kids saddled the front end, were given the opportunity to captain the boat, and learned about sailing. It is clearly Captain Kirk's passions and we thank you for sharing it! Also special thanks to Mrs. Kirk for the awesome surprise gourmet birthday cupcakes!
