We have been in business for 39 years and our local reputation speaks for itself. We currently operate two vessels, The Entertainer on Pensacola Beach and the The Big Zulu II on Perdido Key. Our crews stay with us from year to year, unlike many vessels. We pride ourselves on having the cleanest and nicest vessels on the Gulf Coast. Our fishing knowledge is far superior to many of our competitors. We stride to make every trip the best that you have been on. Due to the very short seasons we have on certain species, we have to fish every day that the weather allows. Unfortunately, everyday is not perfect and many are choppy. Our captains will inform the passengers the morning of the trip, if conditions are going to unfavorable to the novice fishermen. We hold no customer hostage and give each person the option to go or reschedule for another day. Due to short vacation days and time restraints, many customers refuse to take the captains recommendations and assume that MACHO image and go anyway. First of all for the size of the boat and the price per person, this is almost a steal! The inside cabin with a TV, small kitchen, bench seat and a few tables for eating was very clean, modern, up to date! the boat is also equipped with speakers all around it to listen to the radio, Ipod which is handy for anyone who may not be as into fishing as the rest of the boat. I took a group of business clients fishing. We had Capt Rusty and his deck hand George. Rusty put us right on fish, he knew where each kind of fish were too. Depending on whats in season, Rusty put us on them. Rusty would tell us to reel up our rods and what fish we were going for next and he was spot on. George was all over the place and very attentive keeping up with us as we were catching fish. The fishing was great, the boat is simply impressive, the crew is great, and the price is VERY affordable for a good size group. There is an upper deck with bean bags, and plenty of room for everyone to not feel jammed up while fishing. This group was fantastic. I took my father (who suffers from some medical conditions) out for Father's Day and they crew was fantastic about making sure he was ok and checked regularly if he needed anything. I was so appreciative of not only their ability to tend to the entire group aboard but also give individual attention to those who needed it. I highly recommend this company for a fishing charter. We stopped at several fishing spots and no one left without fish. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and will be using them again for my next charter. They were all fantastic, including the younger staff who help with baiting hooks, unhooking and keeping/releasing fish. And all were knowledgeable about the fish we caught. I fished on the Entertainer on St. patricks day 2016. Everyone on the boat caught their limit. The boat is top notch, And the the deckhands Jeremy and Cameron Hustled all day and made the hard work look easy. I wound up getting 3 replicas made of fish I caught that day. Rusty the captain had great gps numbers that we fished on, and he also verified my fish weights and measurements, and submitted the info to Grays taxidermy.( ive had work done there before that was of exceptional quality.) Ive read a few reviews about this charter that were negative, if you get seasick, stay on the pier and fish, its not the captains fault you cant toughen up! Been on a lot of charters, This being right up there with the best. On Thursday, May 14, I had the best fishing trip I've experienced in 65 years! We had 16 people on the boat, and in just one hour we limited out on Vermilion snapper with 160 fish caught. It was an incredible experience shared with people from Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Tennessee, Canada, and of course me from Alabama. Captain Rex, along with Will and Cade, worked hard all day and made the trip enjoyable for everyone. Their professionalism, knowledge, and teamwork were outstanding. What a great fishing experience! Staff is awesome, a tremendous amount of help, We caught A LOT of fish, and at every stop! My family and I have fished with Capt'n Rusty and Capt'n Jerry on a few occasions now, and they're both true professionals! You can't go wrong with fishing aboard The Entertainer! Amazing fishing trip! Captain Rusty and mates sincerely wanted to catch fish and made the trip a memory that I will keep forever. This crew has a passion for catching fish and know how to do it. Me and my gf came to Pensacola for a week and wanted to go fishing. We found entertainer charter and decided to go even with the forecast of rain. Let's just say it's was a lot of rain BUT also the captain was able to find us fish, and a lot of them. Great experience for my first time deep sea fishing. We had a group of 13 that went together. We all had fun and caught several fish. The only thing that we didn't like is that this charter split the entire catch for the trip between everyone on the boat. We didn't get to keep just our catch. The captain and both deckhands Will & Chris were awesome. Took our fish off every time we caught one. They do not bait your hooks on this charter. This charter is GREAT! The sick guys were awesome and on the ball, I don't know how they kept up. The fish were biting and they were right in top of it from cutting and supplying plenty of bait and unhooking the fish to your baskets. They also were also on top of taking care of passengers who got sick or weren't feeling well. We got allot of fish and they cleaned and filleted them at lightening speed. As usual, had a great trip with Jerry on the Entertainer on 6/2/2021. He is a great Skippy and Bobby is a first class deckhand. Would not dream of fishing with any one else, and I have fished in the gulf over a thousand times on private and charter boats. Great trip and lots of fish. You will not be disappointed. Fun and very convenient. Clean boat, A/C, bathroom, lounge, lots of space, gear, tackle and bait included. All you need is something to snack on or drink which can be picked up at the boat dock. Fish is cleaned for you and ice is provided. Breakfast is available next to tackle shop and parking is free.
