The one thing I'd suggest they improve is the design process. When we met with the design consultant upfront, he put together a rough drawing. We were told it was mostly just to ballpark costs and that the real design would come together closer to install. The issue is we never actually received that drawing, so we ended up having to finalize everything with the construction manager kind of last minute. It really wasn't a big deal, especially since we asked them to hold off on starting for several months while we finished up some other backyard projects. A clearer process there would make an already great experience even better. We would absolutely recommend System Pavers. Great work, great people.
