We did our fireplace, kitchen backsplash, bathroom floor, shower wall, master bath floor, master shower floor, master shower wall, and master shower soap box. EIGHT different tiles. Tile City was amazing in their help. Heidi and Debbie were great at assisting us in the Showroom. Both we eager to help and they gave us options in the style/color we were looking for. Really helped out. Jon at the warehouse was great. We had to get more tile after our initial order and also return some tile as our contractor miscalculated some of the tile we needed. He was very helpful along the way and got us a refund on some of the extra tile. I would highly recommend Tile City to everyone. We love showing off our remodel and Tile City can be seen throughout the whole house.

Problem #1, it took 7 days and only part of the order came in the rest was back ordered for 4 weeks. Problem #2, I gave the dimensions of my bathroom floor and Tile City ordered 15 16"x16" pieces of tile for a 60 x65 bathroom. The 16x16 tiles were actually 15.75" which made the order short by 3 inches all around. So I had to order more tile because of their miscalculation. The tile I ordered was $65 the delivery fee was $105 making the total price $170. Problem #3, I picked up the order along with the back ordered tile. The warehouse person, John, assured me that both orders were on the palate. I get home the back order tile was not there. I called John, he investigated and said he needed to find the tracking number. Ooops, he discovered he had them all along but for me to pick them up is going to cost me another $76.00 delivery fee. I called up the owner and told him the story and asked him to waive the $76 delivery fee, he refused and hung up on me.

We had a house fire and had to rebuilt pretty much from the ground up. We ended up buying every tile for our entire house from Simi Valley tile and marble , we did three bathrooms, two fireplaces, flooring for living room, family room, two bedrooms and a 2 hallways. Amazing quality ! They gave us a good and fair price everything that we purchased. Our sales person Javeed was excellent! On top of that, he recommended a great tile person, Mark Adams also a wood floor installer named Carlos. Beautiful work from both of them. They both showed up when they said they would they did the job correctly, couldn't have been more happy with both of those craftman.

They look so beautiful and with some baseboards and new paint I think my kitchen is going to look so warm, cozy, nostalgic, and beautiful! We have nicknamed the style we are going for in our house "Vintage Californian" and we want to mix historic colors and materials like this beautiful southwestern tile from Mexico. Don't listen to the haters who think everything has to be black, white, or gray. There is a world of beautiful tile out there of all types of textures, colors, and cultures. Explore and have fun! I love that this tile was hand made and that someday when this house is eventually destroyed this tile will return to the earth from which it came. From clay back to clay. Dust to dust. I think you can find cheaper tile elsewhere, or if you are a more experienced buyer, but the quality seems very good and I am satisfied with my purchase as a first time home owner. I love my kitchen!

I dealt with many different contractors during the remodel and anyone who's remodeled knows how exhausting that can be), but Tony was by far the best to work with. The entire process was stress-free, smooth nd professional am start to finish The craftsmanship is outstanding. My floors look absolutely amazing flawless color, perfect flow with the molding, and top-tier quality throughout. Everything was done with great attention to detail. I'll admit, I'm very Type-A and particular, so that says a lot. Tony exceeded my expectations in every way. On top of all that, the pricing was very fair for the level of work Delivered.

I sent 9 photos as requested. The immediate reply was to stop Yelp messages and text him instead, mentioning a colleague (Zack) was unavailable due to a family matter, then insisting I call his cell (805-888-8005) with no mention of the photos. When I called this approach rude, his tone turned defensive--mirroring "extremely rude" back at me, questioning my view, citing Yelp app issues with loading images, and claiming no one else would help for under $600 minimum while promising better pricing directly. He never addressed the photos or job. Frustrated by the pressure and lack of progress--all via text-- Unprofessional; wouldn't recommend.

They did a stellar job and the floors are super clean. Communication was great and everything went well. The insurance company paid for the job, so I'm not certain what the costs were. After nothing for 30 minutes past the time, I call and they said they would be there in 20 minutes. Shows up one hour past the scheduled time...it happens, I understand, but maybe you should at least apologize and give me a heads up? Apologizing after I call you out is not comforting. Very nice in person, Takes measurements and discusses. This was a Friday, so I understand we might not get the estimate soon. I'm told, if not this weekend, I'll get it to you by Monday eod. No worries, that's reasonable. Heck, it can be any day, just do what you promise. Monday nothing. Tuesday nothing. Call Wednesday. Says I'm really busy, No apology until I call them out on what they promised. I didn't set the expectation, they did. I tell them, if we don't even have a contract and you're being like this, what am I to expect? Next day, I get a text about the room to be done, is it upstairs or downstairs, and the bathroom, is it being done? I'm totally confused, we never spoke about a bathroom and the room is upstairs. I get the quote finally. It's ~$30k more than another quote I got from a 5 star Yelp business. WTH. Looking deeper into the quote, it's talking about terracota tile and grout...we never spoke about that, we spoke what I already have downstairs, which is laminate. They even stated, that's a manufactured piece we can't get anymore but we can get something close to match. Don't always believe Yelp reviews, but I'd believe this one.
