What horrible experience... I made the mistake of thinking that because this shop works on extremely expensive vehicles that they would have a better craftsmanship and work ethic then say MACCO! I was wrong. The process was a trying and miserable one.
My car sat here for 30 days b4 they even did any work to it. They lied to my face several time telling me so BS about the insurance company showing up late and so I contacted the insurance company and they had no clue what I was even talking about nor had the had any contact with this shop until the day after I contacted them. So, that one example of a Shiitty company and people, who wants to be lied to? Crazy. I then try contacting them after the insurance company has. Ow spoken with both of us and we are on the same page.... Another two weeks go by and nothing - no update, bo call, no nothing... so I call the insurance company "we haven't heard from them we assume the work has been started".... I call Steve, is unreachable... I call again - 4 times I call in one day from open to close and they just leave me on hold or tell me he's not there and NO ONE else can help me. I then send an email and no reply, and Another and another - three emails me four phone calls in a week after my car has been here for a month in a half... I take off work and arrive the same week Friday. Oh Steve out, ok when will he be back? IDK! Ok, I'll sit here and wait. He comes in and immediately I ask " I have to take off of work and sit here to get a reply about my car? He says "stop calling and don't call here I'll tell u when the car is finished!" Hahaha wow! Never in my life would I have ever expected such from a "high end" luxury repair shop! Then, "so what's the status of my car, Steve? The car is fully disassemble and waiting to be fixed - if u want I can put it back together and u can take it with u!" So let me get this straight Uve had my car for almost two months and u are pissed at me for wanting my car fixed when u originally sold me on "oh Dino this is easy, car will be done in a week" when I should up looking to buy ur services? So, strike two rude, disrespectful and completely unprofessional! These guys should win and "total @$$hole" award and then be shot down. Ok, "so Steve, when can I expect the care to be done? Mid next week I'll flatbed it over to Audi. Ok, thx goodbye." Mid next week comes, end of next week comes - no call, no email, no communication at all that we missed our deadline and here's the new one! The following week, nothing! Mid week... another day of work taken off to show up at the shop Bc this guys can't do their job! I arrive Tuesday/Wednesday I'm unsure at this point... "Where my car, Steve? Oh, it's all done and it's great and let me show u around and tour the place and, and, and, and (mr Fcuk'n Belvedere act)!" My mind is blow at this point - he takes me to see the car looks good minus one small paint run and the fender just doesn't align correctly. He says he'll fix the paint run with 3k sand paper and readjust the fender/bumper - never readjusted the fender/bumper and delivery the car to Audi next day. I got to Audi and review the car with the technicians these guys put my car back together so shiitty u wouldn't believe. The glued my parking sensors into my grille (see pictures attached) they left the fender liner hanging out so when u opened the passenger door u could not only see it but the door we rubbing against the panel and hinge. And when reassembling the front bumper they broke the tabs they go into the underbody cover where the oil pan. When I get in the car there rubber Gary missing from the "stoage" compartment - I assume some lazy worker vacuumed it up when attempting to clean the car! It's a $15 rubber mat and it about 1 x 2 inches WTF no respect for the contents or your personal property! My car was snot a priority for this company and in the end it was rushed and handled poorly! Horrible quality. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Not sure why rich ppl come here, aahhhhh I forget their rich they get treated differently when u show up with a Ferrari! I've contacted them about all of this and no one has gotten back to me nor have they paid for any of the damages they caused that Audi needed to repair and fix.
