I can't recommend this place highly enough. I just had my Prius windows tinted there, and they did a beautiful job for $190. We've been going there for many years, for broken mirrors, broken windows, and miscellaneous things like a leaking sun roof, and doors that won't open. The prices are always good. Lupe is the boss, and is a dynamo who has everything running smoothly. Edited to add that there is another auto glass place a few doors north, that fits the description of the only bad reviews for this place. I know because I went there once. Yep, Pedro is the man! I took my car there once to replace my windshield and sideview mirror. Also, one day my car batt died. I called Pedro asking what the issue might be b/c they worked on the alarm issue the day before, and he and 2 other friends walk to my location(abt 6blocks) to chk it out--how cool was that?! Let me start from the time managing. I came her, for installation car stereo, which he said, will cost 50$ and will take 30-40min. But, he said , you need to wait about an hour because he is busy. However, waiting time was almost 5 hours, he was taking everybody. Doing everything and keep people waiting. I understand you are busy, but don't tell people to wait about an hour and than taking other people just because their job is easier. You have to learn how to manage time and understand what are you telling people. Anyway customer service is very poor here. Next, the quality of the job. He did it. He was complaining that this is not right time to do this at 9pm. Wait, what? It's your problem!! I don't care. He installed the unit, some things didn't work just because he connected the wrong wire, he didn't put screw together, he didn't put the dash plastic back and he didn't clean the car after his work. What I had to do by myself. Is just because 9pm? Nothing quite impressive just because I paid 50$, that what I got. Customer treatment: very poor Work: not satisfies at all, very bad Time management: They have to know how to manage the time and nobody cares that you are busy. Don't lie to people and don't make them wait 5hours, its ridiculous. I put one star because I was pissed off what service I got. Avoid this place unless you don't have a choice. read more

Really loved there service someone broke my car window, and I came to them. The price they charged me was low they said they had to order a part and it would take about an hour for installation. I dropped my car off and picked it up 2 hours later. Window looked perfect installed really nicely. The reason i took 2 stars off. I inspected the the side they performed the installation, i found lots of scratches to the interior of my car that weren't there before, I was super upset. looked like marks from a screwdriver that definitely could have been avoided with carefulness. SO bottom line, they get the job done, for a low cost and good result. But beware make sure to stay with them as they perform the service, i couldn't stay cause i was busy. I bought an after market radio/cd player from them. After waiting an hour for them ti install it, they told me that they were waiting for an antenna to be delivered. It would be there "" within an hour" and that I could come back any time before closing and they would finish installing it. They wanted me to pay $150 with a small balance. I returned later that day before closing and they still didn't have the part. I insisted that they call me when they had it, so I wouldn't have to make another wasted trip there. They agreed. I waited all day until before 3 pm and finally called them. They didn't have it yet. When there was still no part at 5 pm, I called my mechanic, who had recommended them and asked him to put pressure on them. He did. They said the part would "be delivered the next day", and that they "would call"me. I am still waiting. Finally called them at 7:30 pm, and the lady said Ï told him to call you". Hope to finally get it finished tomorrow, but don't EVER use them if you want decent service (don't know how good the radio is in the end, but want to end this nightmare!)
