TLDR: got told a lie to get me in the dealership only for the result to be exactly what I told them was the reason I didn't want to come in. I was called by one of their sales people about buying a vehicle I have for sell. I told them I don't believe they would be able to give me what I wanted based based on the value hence why I hadn't sold it yet and was just planning on keeping it. I was assured that they have an active buyer wanting the car and would be willing to go over list value for the vehicle to get it. Against, my better judgement, I drove the 30 minutes up there after a long day at work only for them to offer less than the other offers I had gotten. The people were nice but being lied to in order to get me there is ridiculous. Bought my vehicle a few months ago and it took them WEEKS to get my vehicle to me. Not only that but when I went in to purchase my vehicle they tried to sell it to me for 25k, my sister negotiated and got them to drop it. I've had to go back MULTIPLE times to sign paperwork and when I had gone back the last time to sign because they "lost the paperwork" they put my car price back to 25k without me knowing. Somehow, now I'm paying 50k for a used car that had 55k miles on it, not even just that.. they didn't even fix my car, they just turned the engine light off and it came right back on. Don't buy your car here. They are snakes. I bought a new Chevy Trailblazer in December. At 9,000 miles it was in the shop 3X for same problem. It was in there for a total of 4 months in service. When I was going to file Lemon Law they very eagerly told me that they could do a buy back and said it would be an even trade with my Car. Manager Ali just called and told me now that I was going to have to put $2000 down and my payments were going to go up $60 a month. They are liars and thieves. Beware, internet and advertised sales prices are a scam. I thought I was close to a deal on a new car after dealing over the phone and went to dealership to buy vehicle. Test drive vehicle and was ready to buy but then I was told by the manager that they don't honor their advertised prices and those prices are just to get people in the door. I have had our vehicle well over 2 weeks and still not finished with it I called and left a message the manager call me back 48 hours later and assured me the vehicle would be done Saturday for pickup well here it is Monday and the vehicle will never was completed properly. Buyer beware! They advertise one price then change it up when writing it up. Adding on $2995 "add on" that no one has spoke about or listed anywhere. Be sure to read EVERYTHING before moving forward in any legally binding contracts or purchase agreements. Tried to blame the fact those fees weren't listed on GM, saying they "aren't allowed to list them in advertising ". Glad we caught it before our young daughter signed anything! read more

After days of negotiating and a final email from a manager no less, encouraging me to come in and complete the deal, i set up a time to come in and pick up the car. It was all just not true. Was told the car had sold on Saturday. I emailed several times on Friday and someone even called me on Saturday. I missed another deal at another dealership thinking this one was real. They never intended to sell me the car evidently. This is not the first car I've been told just sold. I'm about to give up and just keep driving my Malibu. It works great, no issues, etc. Wish we could just order a car from the manufacturer and buy it. Lost faith in dealerships. Sad. read more

On May 24, I purchased a new 2024 Chevy equinox. On May 27, I brought it back in letting them know about noise that occurred when I unlock the doors. They had me bring my car back on June 3 when a loaner was available. They've went back-and-forth whether or not the noise is what I have been told by two other mechanics or whether the noise is the fuel pump I got a call on June 6 saying that they had figured out it was in fact the door locks that they were raising a ticket with GM to get tech specs so that they can work on the car. June 11 | got a call back saying never mind we've decided it is just a fuel pump even though they had confirmed that no other vehicles on the lot makes the noise and they've asked me to come get my vehicle. At this point, Ive been advised to take it to another dealership. Chevrolet has been involved, but the dealership is unwilling to listen to the actual issue because it does take several hours for the car to be locked to make the noise and even though they ve confirmed it does make the noise and the noise is not normal now they're saying the opposite. This is the first car l've purchased in 13 years and this is honestly been a horrible experience. read more

I am out of state, and I went through a lengthy process to purchase a vehicle I found on the Confidence website for my senior citizen mother. The availability was confirmed through a phone call, the "Out the Door" price was confirmed in an email, and a time was set up to finalize the sale. However, once my mother got to the dealership to finalize the purchase, they claimed they had no record of our discussions or emails (which I have all the emails) and tried to sell her a different car. They then claimed that the desired car had a recall, so they "couldn't sell it," but they couldn't tell us what the recall was for. (Cars can definitely be sold with a recall.) The Sales Manager, Quinton Gentry, had zero care or customer service. I tried to talk to him over the phone while my mother was with him and the salesman, but he wouldn't discuss the issues and handed the phone back to my mom and literally walked off. I tried to call later to reach him or another Sales Manager, but they wouldn't answer the calls or return calls. They still have the car of interest listed on their website and on Auto Trader along with another one almost identical to it. However, they never would show her the car in person....I don't think they even have it. They definitely appear to be running a bait and switch dealership. I definitely would not recommend doing business with them. read more
