dont recommend I asked for a working car and they gave me a car that didn't work. It was a jeep renegade that was parked there for six months. Izzy said that nobody wanted to buy it and they couldn't get rid of it so they sold it to me came out with so many issues. it went for oil changecame out with so many issues. They said it went for oil change. they didn't call me so I had to call them and they said that they had a transmission problem now the cars paid till the 28th of this month they didn't call me so I had to call them and they said that they had a transmission problem now the cars paid for this month oh they can'tI try to go get it back and have a mechanic look at it and they didn't want to give it back to me because they took it back without being because I didn't sign papers giving it back to them. Do not purchase your car here! These people are all insanely shady. My husband had bought a car here 3 years ago and we've never missed a payment ever, we recently traded the car with a different dealership and bought a new one. They still proceeded to take one of the car payments out of our account which would be no problem at first, a simple error that can just be refunded right? Absolutely not!! Every time we have tried to call, we get a couple sentences into what happened and we've been hung up on multiple times!! It's been almost a week and we have heard nothing about issuing a refund! Do NOT buy a car from here! I purchased my vehicle at the end of November 2019 and it's been a nightmare dealing with this company. 1. They lost one of my receipts and tried to charge me twice for my down payment. Thankfully, the situation was taken care off. However, it took me having to go up there in person to straighten it out. 2. My car battery has already gone bad on top of other problems with my vehicle. Their cars are under warranty but the lady in service. Pretty much told me she can't get my car looked at for a month. It's best I find somewhere else to go. 3. I tried to refinance from my bank. Come to find out. I owe 14k on a car that's worth 4K. SMH this place is a joke! But lesson learned. I'm warning you all DO NOT GO HERE! read more

DO NOT GET A VEHICLE HERE!! Extremely disrespectful staff, no compassion for veterans or their families. I have been a loyal customer for over a year and have made all my payments, a problem happen with the bank, the payment doesn't go through. They repo the car no warning even on the phone asking for options and they keep interrupting me and treating me like garbage. Made me and my wife walk home carrying a 1 year old,a 2 year old, and an 8 year old helping us carry our stuff. 6 miles away mind you. they tried to sell us two different cars that were worth less than 2 grand for over 16,000? and when we said no thank you we got eye rolls from the salesman. they're so pushy and assumed we knew nothing about cars i guess. just because i'm a young girl doesn't mean i'm stupid. i know when i'm getting screwed over. i told the guy i bought my 2017 focus brand new for less than that. he asks where i bought it and i gave him the name of the ford dealership in idaho (where i'm from) and he had the nerve to sassily tell me "well this isn't idaho" i'm sorry, last time i checked a cars value doesn't change per state. no matter where i go a 2002 chevy impala with over 100,000 miles isn't worth over 16 grand. don't get taken advantage of here! read more

These people do not appreciate customer loyalty! And treat every customer as if they are the scum of the earth. On the day not the day after but the day, they have called me 4 times and text me twice and threatened me with repossession. Even though this is my 3rd car with them. With my first car they had a kill switch on the car that would randomly cut my car off even though my payment was made, and they would never admit it. I would call and they would say arw you sure, try it now and it would miraculously come on and they would act as if they didnt do anything to make it come on. With my second vehicle the owners wife would make racist remarks to me, but they assured me that they were divorced and that things were much better. Things started off great this time, but now they are back to there old ways! read more
