This was confusing and rude, especially since they usually yell "fresh bread" to encourage customers to grab the newest items. To make matters worse, a man walked in just two minutes later and requested three of the exact same fresh breads, and the same employee gave them to him without hesitation. The inconsistency and blatant lack of customer service were incredibly upsetting. It is disappointing to be told you have to take "old" product while others are given the fresh items you specifically waited for. Sad...what a waste of time coming here. We ended up not buying the bread. lol and the manager just responded in a typical way but offered no free bread for us to return...that would be the proper way to operate.
