I often come to Crumbl - Sierra Lakes to takeout some of their delicious cookies. This is a small but nicely decorated dessert shop in Fontana. The moment you get into the shop, you'll experience a sweet and pleasant smell that will make you hungry. The inside of this shop is very clean. You can see the entire cookie-making process in front of the kiosk. I am a huge fan of Crumbl cookies. I like their Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies a lot and I often buy them. I also love their Caramel Toffee Butter Cake. Last week, I was able to try their Dubai Chocolate Brownie after a few failed attempts. The brownie was literally so delicious and undoubtedly one of the best Dubai Chocolate products I've tried so far. Unfortunately, the brownie was available only for a week (August 17 - 23). I wish they could continue Dubai Chocolate Brownie for a while! Crumbl is home to one of the best desserts and cookies in town. Their weekly rotating menu features delicious gourmet cookies and desserts at a bit higher price but the taste is worth it without any doubts. The cookies are always warm, fresh and soft. Stopped into to Crumbl to try the new cake and Dubai chocolate brownie with strawberries. They were both yummy. The Dubai brownie is very rich so 1 or 2 bites might be all you can handle. The service was on point today. I've never seen 5 people working and it was a great move for such a busy week. The ambiance is sweet and pink. read more

Unfortunately, this was the worst Crumbl experience I've had and I've been to about six locations within a 50-mile radius. I ordered 4 cookies, but they were placed in a 6-pack box, so the cookies were sliding around during the drive. When I opened the box, the cookies didn't look great, they looked messy and sloppy compared to what I'm used to from other locations. Presentation matters, especially at Crumbl. The employee was nice enough, but there was very little eye contact and the interaction felt rushed and not very welcoming compared to other stores. Overall, the quality and service just didn't match the Crumbl standard I've experienced elsewhere. I don't think I'd return to this location. read more

Crumbl...you should be ashamed to send an order of strawberry cheesecake that looks like this. Looks nothing like your advertisement. Of course I wasn't expecting perfection, but why is the strawberry jam so thin and watery? I guess I'll just stick to the Rancho Cucamonga location, cuz they've never done me dirty like this. Very disappointed with the service and the presentation. I placed an order on Friday to be picked up on Saturday at 4pm. I got to the store around 4:10pm and my order wasn't ready. I waited until about 4:30pm and had to leave for work. I spoke to the associate and let her know I'd be back to pick up my order. I was unable to go back to the store, so I had my husband pick up the order. The order wasn't ready, so he waited about 10mins for it. When he got the order it was a mess. read more

Rude rude customers. Granted you can't really blame the establishment for rude customers but you can definitely help the situation out by putting up lines and arrows and things of that nature for those who are waiting for their ordere, or those who have already ordered, versus those who needs to use the kiosk. But when you put everything at the front table, it really just congests everything. And for new customers, how am I suppose to know that I'm suppose to order at the kiosk? Call me uncultured. Call me a noob. But how am I suppose to know? The inside here, with the customers, and the people working here reminded me of being at the DMV. Just very dull and depressing and impersonal/lifeless. When I eventually put my order in, it took only about 5 min for my order. Any longer and it would've been a 2 star review forsure. This location has disappointed me twice now. In two instances, they had fulfilled my order wrong. When I had gone today, the store was not busy, so I do not understand how a mistake could be made. The employee that had given us our order seemed exhausted, so I can have some sympathy there. I did not bother to go back and have it corrected since it would seem like a burden to them. I would return again, but maybe for just a simple order like 1 cookie. read more

This Crumbl is by far the worst in our area. I went in last week for a cookies it said they had in the oven and the two young men running the store informed me that "marketing updates what's baking and it's not ever correct." So when I questioned what happens to the cookies at the end of the night, they said they freeze them and sell them when they open the next business day....oh so I'm paying $5 for a two day old cookie on Monday?! Then today I went it for the cookies and cream cake and the pictures who what I was given after waiting 40 minutes for what I was told would be a 15 minute wait. There was only one person in the store and she was not capable of running this on her own, as you can see by what I took home. I go back inside to show them to be honest about the mistake cause my 10 year old got the box of cookies the girl said ok hold on. She gives me 4 minis and one large one. That's not what I paid for. Absolutely pointless to pre-order and pre-pay for pickup when the staff there does not reserve your order. You still have to wait in line along with anyone that has ordered in person. Especially annoying when they sell out and give away what you already paid for. 100% not worth the aggravation. "Sorry we sold out" upon arrival of a pre-paid order is unacceptable. read more

However, I ordered Saturday night and received a wrong cookie, which could have gone horribly wrong if myself or family had a peanut allergy, as they gave me a cookie with peanut butter (hate peanut butter btw) instead of the tres leches one that I ordered. Of course by the time I got home and opened the box, the store was already closed and didn't open until Monday. Very slow service and minimal acknowledgement from employees. This inside of this crumble location felt eerie. It was chilly inside and there was no where to sit while we waited basically communicating that we had to order and leave. The employees were quiet and focused, though one person did greet us when we walked in. We placed our order on the kiosk which asked for a tip, for what? Then when we got the cookies the red velvet one did not have the crumbles like it did in the picture and example they put in the front case.
