I've been coming to this location since I moved into the area four years ago. Never had a bad thing to say, but what happened today was ridiculous. My husband visited this location to buy me Dorilocos this afternoon. I always ask for the Doritos on the side for obvious reasons. The lady did let my husband know that they were out of some toppings, but they were literally out of everything. He got charged the same price for a small cup of just cueritos and a bag of chips. What I find ridiculous is that they put a single cube of cucumber and a single cube of jicama in the cup. Seems like an insult, like they were making fun of the situation. Not sure if they changed staff, but due to today's experience, we will not be returning here. read more

Well the one in my town Is much better. I got the Tequila pecan ice cream. The flavor was good I just personally didn't like how the pecans were so finely grated. It left this flaky flavor in my mouth. Grainy leftovers in my mouth was not pleasant. I got a whole pecan that seemed to be bad. I bit into it along with a scoop of ice cream and it just popped in my mouth. When I looked at it again, I squeezed it and something came out of the middle. Not very appetizing. They also had different selections of ice cream. Not necessarily a bad thing but you would think if this is a chain of ice cream stores they would have the same flavors. Many unusual and creative flavors. The pistachio is great, flavorable and chuck full of nuts. There are several flavors of mango ice cream, inclufing chilie mango. I like the sweet, perfect plain yummy mango. Yum. The dried fruit ice cream is scrumptious. So many flavors, in a raimbow of colors, and all natural. The service is super friendly. The man who helped me kept urging me to try more samples. So sweet. The cheese ice cream was delicious, as was the strawberry and cheese. What a perfect summer treat - I know that sounds like such a typical soccer mom statement but it's so dank I don't care. I got a large coco (coconut) mixed with piña (pineapple) and I'm slurping the bottom of it at this review comes to an end. I am actually getting out of my car now and walking back inside to go buy another one. My insides feel better. As I wait for her to scoop the sweet juice of the gods - that is more than reasonably priced - into a cup, I drool. This place is tiny and nestled in between a soon to be opened pizzeria and El Rey taquieria. It's filled with many choices and the staff is generally pretty friendly. One thing I dislike is that they don't seem to follow a specific line or order of customers. It's a matter of you approaching the counter and getting the worker's attention. On a brighter note, the ice cream is silky and creamy. It tastes natural unlike other ice cream parlors which serve artificial and chemical tasting ice cream. The paletas are good but I suggest you pay for them first before you ask for them because they melt so quickly. By the time they ring you up for what you're buying, it starts getting watery. They give you ice cream samples if you don't know what to get, which I think is great. The gansito one is so good. They have a cheese flavored one that tastes like Philadelphia cream cheese.
