Came here on a Sunday afternoon around 6pm on 3/29/26. The first freezer usually filled with ice cream was not filled and said they don't have any more of most the ice cream in that freezer. The girls are rude, they need better customer service. They need to hire new people because this isn't the first time they are rude and I am finally making a post cause I'm tired of them being that way. It makes you feel not welcomed. I am looking at one of the freezers and the shortest girl that was working this day with black hair was telling me to move out the way when I am trying to order from that freezer with the other girl that was helping us. First time at this location . Store very spacious inside with ample seating and tables. My son and hubby came with me. The gentleman who served us was very helpful and courteous. He patiently awaited for our selection since there's too many new flavors to choose from that I haven't tasted yet. This time I got one of my favorite Mexican candy which is the BUBU LUBU. My creamy ice cream had the chocolate, marshmallow and strawberry mixed as flavor. I love this new flavor and for sure next time I'm gonna get it on a banana split sundae. Parking: Located in strip mall with plenty of parking Ambience: Lots of pink everywhere ahaha I didn't see anyone sitting in the metal chairs to enjoy their ice cream--it was more of a grab and go situation. So if you wanted to enjoy it inside, there's plenty of space to do so! Service: Excellent! Can try different samples. Only thing is no gloves are worn by any of the staff as far as I could see, so keep that in mind . . . But I haven't died yet! Nothing at la Michoacána is ever bad, but when you get amazing service that's what makes the difference. Many Michoacanas have pretty young girls working and that comes with a side of sass and half ass. Not here. Wonderful middle aged woman helped me, and had amazing people skills! And I got a lot of stuff so I was going to do a doh le trip to my car, and she walked me out and talked the whole time was just wonderful service! Many new Michoacán's have opened around my home but this one is the most convenient and close one to my home. I love coming here for quick snacks. The staff here is really friendly and are quick to take your order. I have never waited to be helped. They make the best Mexican snacks everything you can think of is on their menu from tostilocos to hot Cheetos with cheese. The tostilocos are made with all the typical toppings and have great flavor. Even the fresh waters taste great! I will continue to go here over any other place from now on. read more

So good. Everything tastes authentic. I wish they had hit Cheeto elotes. They might have them but I didn't see them. I also didn't ask. I tried the tequila ice cream and it tastes exactly like tequila. I was surprised. I thought it was going to have a hint of tequila taste but it was like a shot of real tequila. The place is pretty and big. The employees were nice and the only suggestion I have is that they wrote down special orders so they don't make mistakes and waste food. I told the girl no butter on my corn and she put butter in it. She made me by order how I wanted it with out a fuss but she also wasted an entire order of corn in a cup because they don't write down the orders. Sad to say.. we didn't get anything from here because the girl was super rude. The girl already looked bothered because she had to help us, but not only that.. the 3 girls there, were talking bad about another customer who just walked out. The mangoneada we requested looked super delicious but we requested if it was possible to change one scoop for a different flavored ice cream before she put the last scoop and she rudely said no it's too late, She then asked frustrated "anything else" we said no, when we were going to pay we asked why we couldn't have done at least one scoop if she wasn't finished. She rudely said "no because you didn't say anything and it was too late." We asked why you couldn't have asked and she said rudely "so what do you want another one?" We said no nvm we don't want it. And she rudely said alright fine! Sucks when you go in pregnant and craving something and they kill your vibe. Word of advice to the business owner, if your employees are gonna talk bad about customers at least do it when customers are gone and maybe train the girls to have better behavior. read more

My bf and I have tried every Michoacana In the area and none have compared to this one. We haven't tried much because we crave what we've already tried, it's just so good! No where makes esquite like them. we get the American one because it's cut straight off the cob and doesn't have all the extra juice like the Mexican one. The Aguas are good and aren't usually sweet like others. My favorite is the horchata and agua de Sandia (watermelon) . We love the mangonada, because they really hook it up here and don't skimp out on anything. Finally, their customer service has been amazing every single time we've gone in there and we've been there a lot. We never feel rushed, it doesn't have that weird smell like most michocanas have, they recommend the best items and they are always so polite. Owner is a very nice lady. I've always had fantastic customer service. But this location is my least favorite. I just come here because it's close. She charges extra if you pay with card. Also, when you get a small mangonada, she only wants you to get one flavor ice cream even though it has 2 scoops. The owners are very nice but the workers need an attitude adjustment. I ordered my fruit plates and then my ice cream. The lady for some unknown reason decided to serve me my 4 orders of ice cream and then took 15 minutes to make my fruit bowl, and all while my ice cream was melting. I repeated my fruit choices 4 times!!!!! Still managed to get the order wrong and argued with me about what I repeatedly made clear. I asked for my money back on the fruit so I can just head home with my patience still intact but she leaves to "redo" my order and as I'm standing there not understanding how they don't seem to understand what I'm asking, the other lady proceeds to say I made the mistake of ordering 4 types of fruit because they only do 3! This is the EXACT THING I ORDERED TWO DAYS AGO WHEN I FIRST CAME HERE! The owner didn't seem to have an issue when she gave me my order two days ago! This place is good for simple orders.
