The food is prepared in house as opposed to other daycares who give frozen foods. I was assured my toddler will be getting fresh food with variety and she will be exposed to lot of cuisines. Activity wise also they teach them lot of things and i was surprised to see my toddler's vocabulary had suddenly increased and she could count, tell colors apart and alphabets.. I am happy with the move.. only con i would say the price changed steeply from 1 year to other and i wish the prices stay under 500 per week

Over the past 13 months she has bonded so well with her teachers and her peers and she has mastered many skills (both verbal and physical) along the way. The center's food menu has a great variety and, honestly, I feel less stressed not to have to worry about packing her lunch and subsequently she has learned not to be a picky eater at all. With both of us having 10+ hour work days including our commutes, it truly gives us a peace of mind knowing that our daughter is in good hands. The facility is very clean, convenient location for commuters, and the teachers are very knowledgeable. I'd recommend this facility to any parent looking for childcare.

I did not want to write this review, in fact 4 months ago I contacted Primrose corporate to provide…read morethis feedback and all they did was forward it to the center with zero intention of actually helping them. They were was nice and responsive when we were first signing up. We could not see the place due to Covid, which was not a huge deal. However, as soon as we signed up and they had my deposit, it seemed as though every question I had annoyed them. Once we started, it got worse. While they were always very responsive, I felt like I was talked to like a moron. I do have a traumatic brain injury and I don't remember things as well as others but the way they spoke to me was not acceptable. I became afraid of asking questions, something that no parent should ever be. Certainly not the kindness that Primrose preaches for its students. A few weeks in, I was ready to cut my losses and run. However, my daughter was doing OK and we decided to stick out the year. I do want to point out that safety and Covid protocol was AWESOME. The teachers were also great but the turnover was insane. While I understand some turnover my daughter had 5-6 different assistant teachers in her 9 months there. I could not even tell you how many teachers she had since we were not always kept up to date on who the teacher was/when teachers left etc. While we were always required to (and did) follow the rules it seems as though the center itself didn't need to follow their own rules and keep us up to date on changes to teachers. This year my daughter is constantly afraid when new teachers come in her new school's classroom, she seems to literally traumatized by the revolving door of teachers from last year. In the time we were there I received zero calls about my daughter having a behavior or sickness issue, we are not a problematic family. However, I never received her evaluations on time and I had to wait months and escalate before I got them. One evaluation they sent her home with some other kid's report and I sent it back and asked for ours, which I got 3 months later. To top it all off, you are not allowed to speak to teachers or other parents. You can't have their contact info (even with permission) and the app they use goes right to the main office and teachers aren't allowed to respond. It wasn't until they realized that we were going to leave as soon as the school year was over that they started being nice again. But honestly, I could not do another year at the school as a parent even though the Private K program was perfect for us. I know this school is still pretty new to the area and I think eventually the way parents (and my guess is teachers given the turnover) are treated is going to catch up with it. It's a shame because the education and program that Primrose has is awesome.

I have 2 kids, one started in the infants room and has moved up to toddler. My oldest started in preschool and now is in the after school program. All of my experiences have met or exceeded expectations. They have a solid leadership group that is committed to providing more than just a babysitting service. There is an educational curriculum at all age groups, and extracurricular activities including music class, sport camps, computer time, culinary skills, a large indoor gross motor room, a splash park outside, and use of the Wide World of Indoor Sports during the long cold winters. They have a nurse on staff who visits both campuses, and the staff is very communicative about any of those unavoidable outbreaks of common kid illnesses. In addition, when my oldest was experiencing some behavioral challenges, the teachers and administration all worked with me to develop a plan that best suited my child's needs. During the COVID-19 crisis, being able to see her teachers and friends via Zoom was great and we appreciated being sent activities to do (and to be able to do activities on the Facebook page). We're thrilled to be going back and I know she can't wait to get back to her "Purple Cows!"

After a couple of months in the little-ones room, one of his teachers asked us if he was also very quiet at home and that we could check with the Dr. for some hearing problems. Sure enough, he was not hearing well! The pediatrician even said that a school/teacher that can recognize something like this is a keeper, and we were happy to found out early as we could correct the issue. My son loves the school and all the teachers. It is a very inclusive school teaching both sign language and Spanish. During COVID, the teachers kept in touch and the school organized events to keep in contact with the students which I found quite nice.

My son is almost 9 and he still talks about what a nightmare his last few months at this place was, but does have good memories of his first year here with the male teacher. They told me my kid was the hardest kid they have had in 30 years -- and if that's the case I'd be FLOORED. No behavioral issues. No acting out. Nothing. Bad behaviors have emerged with other kids during their time there. They have no concept of what age appropriate behavior is. The man is nice but the woman is a nightmare. Steer clear. I wouldn't send my younger there if they paid me.
