Been going here for a while but we will be moving on, rude and arrogant service staff, left a message for an issue and person the responded back was an ass and come through fully lacking knowledge and exuded arrogance this too after I let them know what the issue was that I was trying to resolve. If you can't speak to customers with respect and haven't learned to leave your arrogance at home, you will not have our business. If you can't explain thoughtfully and show respect in a 5 min conversation that could have brought you the business of my family and kids, you as a representative of the service department of Conecelli and the HONDA BRAND are providing me a strong data point that you will not respect and treat my car correctly for the the repairs I was calling about, yet you were quick to throw out again w arrogance the pricing for diagnostic and repairs, being some what pissed without fully knowing my circumstances for why I went to another place already to get a diagnostic for free seemed to be the trigger for your arrogance. I highly recommend Conecilli to review the call Logs of their service managers, get rid of assholes that are not respectful of the customers, your business will lose because of arrogance, not a competitive advantage since consumers have more options than you realize and this next generation will not tolerate disrespect by any means. This is definitely not just a flag on the service dept, Conecelli but I am certainly concerned about buying another Honda if respect is not what they ensure in the dealer and their staff. On Saturday, after talking to Mom, we decided that maybe she should get a new car. I mentioned that I really loved the Honda CR-V and she did her own research. We were planning on going on Monday, but I thought maybe we should just go Saturday to see if she likes it and see how much we could get for a trade-in. We got there a little more than an hour before closing and met with Julio. Mom knew which type of car she wanted and Julio found the car on the massive lot. We decided that she should get the car, but we felt bad that it was about to be closing time. Julio constantly assured us that it's fine, but we thought it would be better to wait until Monday. My mom put some money down on a deposit and we soon left. On Monday, we returned to finish the paperwork. To us, it was going to be a complicated sale due to multiple names on the trade-in vehicles, but the entire staff were incredibly helpful. Kristina in finance was hilarious and honestly, I never had a more fun time signing paperwork at the most stressful part of the car buying process. My mom and I were laughing and enjoying ourselves. My mom's only bit of nervousness throughout the entire process was Monday morning before we went to actually buy the car. She was a bit panicked that she was buying this car, but no one went over how everything worked. I told her that they won't waste time on that until you buy the car. Without fail, after talking to Kristina, Julio greeted us and went over all of the features with mom. I sat in the backseat to try and remember everything, because I'm going to be tech support... For everyone... Julio was patient and ensured that my mom knew all of the features, prior to us leaving. By far the best car buying experience I've been apart of. I know where I'm buying my next car. Also, earlier in the week, I went with some co-workers to the pre-owned Honda location. The staff there were incredibly friendly as well, even though my co-worker didn't buy the car that day. My most recent trade in experience with Conicelli was incredibly disappointing. I have purchased multiple cars from this dealership and have always had a pleasant buying experience. My most recent trade in was listed for 8k more than I was offered days after the transaction. During the negotiation I was told that the car would be listed for 4K less due to wear and tear. The service here was great, I was going here for years, but I think being told it's a three week wait to get an oil change is unacceptable, particularly when you add in I called about a pressing safety concern (seat belt), I also didn't like they literally took down all my info before telling me that. I guess for a state inspection three weeks is fine but most of us who call for service have pressing issues. Im driving ten minutes further to have my car serviced at the end of the week by another Honda dealer instead. A shame. read more

I brought my car in at 8:30am for an Oil Change, to a my brakes looked at, and to have the driver side lights checked out as well since one wasn't working. While checking in, I asked Anthony to check the brakes and lights and he said "We'll check everything." He even stated that I should know this, since this isn't my first time here. Two hours later, I get call from anything and he states there are no issues with the brakes and the lights are fine. I pick up the car and it still has a problems with the lights and the brakes. I was told by several employees standing in front of one another that a manager is unavailable until Monday, at the Nisan building and/or unable to help you today. I walked over Nisan for a supervisor who guided me back to Honda's main office. Mark "Hamol" (a manager) told me that on weekends they don't have techs of the same quality as Monday - Friday. A started a Three way call with Anthony who confirmed all the tech did was look at the brakes and lights, but didn't inspect them because the techs who know what to look for are not there. Mark then walks outside me and looks at the lights and notices the issues. He states I can take my car back the Honda Service and they will replace the bulb. The Service within 5 minutes then notices over $2000 dollars in repairs they can make while stating they don't have anyone here today that accurately assess the issues. read more

I lease my cars all the time and I leased a 2024 Honda HRV and they promised me that they were going to give me all weather car mats and that they wouldn't take out a car payment until the next month, well I never received car mats and they took my payment that same month ... This is a very strange period of time to buy a car. Practically no one has any inventory, Cars are being sold at MSRP and usually, there's a supplemental dealer charge on top of that. It's a seller's market but if a consumer does his homework, it takes a lot of edge off the buying process. Prior to contacting Conicelli about purchasing a 2022 Civic hatchback, I delt with a local Honda dealer. That experience left such a bad taste that I vowed to never go back to them again for any reason. Despite the fact we bought three Hondas from them over the years didn't matter. I won't mention their name since it's irrelevant to this review. To save time, gas, and energy, I emailed Conicelli and was put in touch with a very wonderful person in internet sales- Margaret Shephard. She supplied me with a quick and honest OTD price for the car I was looking for. After several emails, my wife and I made an appointment for a visit on 5/31. When we got to the dealership, we met our sales rep, Darren Geathers. Darren was a pleasure to deal with. He confirmed our OTD price which Margaret gave us and checked to see if the particular Civic we wanted was in the pipeline. It was and will probably arrive in 2-3 weeks. Meanwhile, the car we are trading in, a 2016 Civic in pristine condition, was being evaluated for the trade. The offer they gave us was extremely close to the amount I was looking for, so we decided to complete the Buyer's Order and leave a deposit. From start to finish, it was a pleasant experience and we dealt with some great staff all along. The pros of this experience? There was absolutely no pressure and no upselling of any additional packages that we don't want or need. Of course, we still have to go through F&I when the car arrives and we finish up all the remaining paperwork, so that's another story. Cons? None at all. Funny thing- as part of Conicelli's advertising, they say, "A nice place to do business." I found that to be 100% true. One more note. I asked that they put no badges or decals on the car when it arrives. I hate doing free advertising for any car dealer. I was told, "we don't do that to our cars." Wow! Who does that? read more

Not only did I have some service-related issues on my second leased car (including multiple visits on what ended up being a simple low fluid issue) but what happened at the end of my lease was just sad. We came in to talk about buying our beloved 16 CRV, asked for a price comparison on a new lease (new safety features as we start a family) and were given a number on each that was significantly higher than my monthly payment on my previous two leases (almost $500 a month) - is that any way to treat a loyal lessee? We've purchased a used RAV4, and our next Honda (or any other car) will come from somewhere besides Conicelli. Just some weird attitudes with all the people working at the service desks. I get it, gotta deal with some difficult people and its extremely busy, but thats never an excuse not to smile once in a while. Some of the guys were spot on. Its easy to bring your car here through the garage and drop off. The waiting room is comfortable and great to do remote work while you wait for your car to be fixed. The only thing that really bugged me is they said they would call me to come pick up my car when it was ready but didn't. I had to call myself and figure it was ready. read more

Horrible. No respect. Never again! Horrible experience trying to buying a new car at this dealership. I will NEVER ever buy a new or used vehicle from Concelli Honda ever again. I tried to buy a brand new car from Conicelli a few years ago. I came in the agreed night to buy the car. The salesman had conveniently "lost" my paperwork when I got there. The old salesman tricks he used on me were just uncalled for. The salesman treated me poorly, ignored me, made me fill out the "lost" paperwork again, flirted with many different women at the deanship all while claiming he was "extremely busy." The way this salesman treated me was "embarrassing", all because I was a woman. The lack of respect the salesman gave me was beyond unacceptable. He was just wasting my valuable time. After an hour or so of watching him "pretend to busy" and ignore me, I finally got up and left because NO ONE deserves to be treated this way by anyone EVER. I walked to my car (he didn't even notice because he was too busy flirting with one of his co-workers), pulled out of the parking spot and began driving away. The poor excuse for a Honda salesman tried to chase after my car yelling at me only to "match" the price for Sussman Honda, which I drove directly to and bought my car from that night. I bent my wheel lock for my Accord while changing my brake pads and needed one lug nut removed so I can change my brakes from destroying my rotors. I stopped by to see if someone can take 1 min of their time to find the correct wheel lock and just loosen it so I can take it off. I was told nobody was available on this Saturday and that the only service workers they had only do oil changes on Saturday's.
