I originally took my car in for a tire rotation and to fix a clunking noise coming from my front wheel well. They gave me a quote for shock and struts which hurt the pocketbook, but you have to do what you have to do. Upon picking it up I drove it for a week and notice the main reason I took it in(the clunking noise), which essentially made it sound like my wheel was going to fall off, was still present. Needless to say I was pretty fired up. I brought my car back and voiced my complaint. One of the mechanics asked me to leave the car again so he could recheck, so I obliged. Later on I received a call that they had fixed the issue, free of charge and I was free to pick it up when convenient. Now the repair obviously was probably not as expensive as what I had paid for my shocks and struts, but taking care of the issue and making it right I truly appreciated. That level of customer service is not common nowadays. People there are always friendly too. Even if/when I move I will return here as a lot of shops would not do the same.

I called ahead and was allowed to bring the car in without an appointment, even though they were close to closing shop for the day. The team was great at tracking down the exact tire to match the existing 3, and worked to order it from out of state as that particular part is being phased out. It wasn't particularly cheap, but that's the price of a new tire anywhere these days. Appreciate not pushing to replace all 4x on an AWD vehicle that's fairly new! The tire arrived a day early, and the team was able to get us back on the road at the start of the week. Very professional and courteous, and appreciated the fast turnaround and being able to squeeze us in!

The tech identified the issue and confirmed it was just the rotors; the rear pads still had plenty of life left. This was reassuring, as I had replaced the pads only ten months ago. I went ahead and had the rotors replaced, and the price was actually lower than what mobile mechanics had quoted me. The service was so good that I also had them replace my windshield wipers and change the oil. BONUS: Paul and Darren were able to talk to the folks at Synchrony Banks and get my Pep Boys credit card working. This allows me to slowly pay off the work with no interest charged (for six months).

My back right tire was continuing to lose air and I was filling it every few weeks. I finally brought it in after it got lower than usual. The mechanic was great at dumbing things down for me and giving me all the options. He said they could fix it, but that my tires were in really bad shape and it might be better to replace them all instead. I wasn't sure if this was just sales, but he took me to look at my tires compared to new ones and WOW. Whoops, my bad for never replacing them. I told him that I work from home and really only drive to see friends or go to appointments and hardly ever go over the pass, and he showed me some discount tires that would work for my needs without any extras. I liked that he gave me several quotes and options but still recommended the least expensive based on my needs, felt very genuine. He also didn't judge me when I asked what "fixing my alignment means" and showed me how my alignment would affect my driving. This also felt like a genuine add on. For a full set of new tires and alignment repair, I was there an hour and a half. The waiting room is HUGE! Tons of seating and plugs, plus they had popcorn and water. Really clean too. I brought my airpods, laptop, and ipad so I could work and watch tv while I was there. Free fast wifi too! It was a wonderful, quiet, clean place to wait. When I was checking out, the sales associate said that the would send me reminders to get my tires rotated so these would last me as long as possible. This was awesome, because I know I would forget. Within 20 seconds of driving off I FELT the difference in my car. I regret waiting so long to go in and get everything checked out!

This is the best Les Schwab there is…read more Last year, my cars tires got punctured 4 times! Yes 4 times, I think it was because all the construction in the area. But it was free every time. Free. In the last year, I have brought my car there about 6, the 4 punctures. 1 flat tire where they fixed the valve stem, and a tire balancing. I paid $30 for all of it. The only thing that costed money was the balancing. And it was something like $7.50 a tire. Love this place. Best tire shop in Kirkland by a mile.
