I just do the basic vinyasa flow and I always enjoy the class! The studio is very calming and relaxing. I feel great after the class! I love the infrared heat and every class I feel like I just had a facial or massage my skin glows and releasing all the toxins during practice is great! It also helps me sleep better and my sciatic nerve pain has been improving ever since I started going to Radiant. All the teachers are great! But shout out to Emily! I love how she shares personal life experiences and how it relates to each practice and helps you be at peace and just have a positive energy. Thank you also to Kim who answered all my questions before I signed up. I highly recommend this studio!

I even went as far as to take the teacher training here that was a mistake. I gave them my truth, which is kind of deep and they turned on me. The judgment I felt from many individuals in this community was too much for me to bear the last time I went in there I thought well this is it. I can't take this kind of judgment, so I just went in to be playful and I was thrown out by a teacher who looked very angry just because I was saying goodbye to this community. Did it hurt Yes I wouldn't recommend this community to anyone at this point.

First timer here! I have never tried hot yoga before and I…read moremust say I had my doubts about the class. Located in a small complex by Kohl, you will find this hidden gem. There is plenty of parking so no need to worry about that! If you will see a big "Yoga" sign above you are at the right place. When you come in, you will be greeted by your instructor/the receptionist. With that said, sometimes, if you call during the class, the instructor may not be available to answer the phone. If you need a mat, you can rent one along with a towel as well. Otherwise, you are welcome to bring in your own mat and towels. What to bring: Yoga mat Towel to go on top of your yoga mat Water/electrolytes drink ( if you are inclined to shower after the class they have showers available too!) Tip: Don't be late! Once the class is in session, the front doors are locked. Even though the heat is evenly distributed throughout the room, I was told that if you are closer to the window, you will get a little less heat on that side . Yoga etiquette: Find a spot in the room, where you can see yourself in the mirror, but do not block anybody behind you. No talking during the class. Do not leave the class early. If you're a beginner like me, you will enjoy taking Amanda's class ! She goes through the class step by step and is very clear about each yoga move/position. I'm so glad to have taken my first Hot Yoga class with her. I will definitely be back to take more of her classes!
