I just started practicing at this studio. I took the free workshop with Teri back in August. Then I finally signed up on their $40 unlimited yoga promotion for a month. I just do the basic vinyasa flow and I always enjoy the class! The studio is very calming and relaxing. I feel great after the class! I love the infrared heat and every class I feel like I just had a facial or massage my skin glows and releasing all the toxins during practice is great! It also helps me sleep better and my sciatic nerve pain has been improving ever since I started going to Radiant. All the teachers are great! But shout out to Emily! I love how she shares personal life experiences and how it relates to each practice and helps you be at peace and just have a positive energy. This was the most unusual thing I've ever experienced. I had been building a community in this yoga studio for several years. I've been practicing yoga for over 30 years. I even went as far as to take the teacher training here that was a mistake. I gave them my truth, which is kind of deep and they turned on me. The judgment I felt from many individuals in this community was too much for me to bear the last time I went in there I thought well this is it. I can't take this kind of judgment, so I just went in to be playful and I was thrown out by a teacher who looked very angry just because I was saying goodbye to this community. Did it hurt Yes I wouldn't recommend this community to anyone at this point. read more

I've been going to this studio for a few years and recently twice a week. It's been challenging yet rewarding in the hot power vinyasa classes. I am very happy to say it's helped strengthen my back and shoulders. It's relieved a lot of pain in my neck and has lot of health benefits, plus glowing skin and more energy during the day. extremely bad experience. the room was packed like sardines i mean mats were inches away from each other. core power or any actual individual yoga studio is never like this. here doesn't reserve spots like how a yoga studio. they just let anyone and everyone in so even though I had a spot through ClassPass that didn't matter it's first come first serve type of thing GO EARLY. read more

The pacing was perfect and even though it was the first time for 2 of us, all we received was positive encouragement and energy. My friend brought me here for the yin yoga class since I injured my back and was looking for something gentle. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. They have a drop in class rate of $17 or $30 for 30 days of unlimited yoga classes. Great deal right!? The instructor, Diana had some wonderful things to say, particularly one poem she had memorized. Just beautiful. The class wasn't too big, maybe 15 students. They provided yoga blocks which were essential for my tailbone issues. All of the poses had many options so all levels (even beginners) could participate in this class. I didn't sweat which was good because I wasn't looking for a workout. I have been to studios all throughout California, including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, San Francisco, Santa Barbara and San Jose -- this is a jewel of a studio. The owners spent a substantial amount on the heating system, which is clean and dry. The floors are constructed of beautiful hardwood. There are no distracting mirrors so you can become immersed in the experience. This isn't a renovated dance studio with piped in heating, but a world-class studio custom-built for yoga with an amazing sound system as well. Equally important, the staff is first rate. The teachers have been trained all around the world and have converged upon this great facility. It's Vinyasa based, and most classes feature a secular theme such as courage or unanimity along with the benefits of a rigorous workout. read more

Love this place. There used to be nice comfy expanses between the mats, but now every class I go to is jammed packed - feel the love =) The studio is clean, spacious, and hot. The staff are friendly, energetic, and always there to answer questions, and offer modifications if you need. I've been fortunate enough to take classes from many of the instructors. They are all differnent and amazing in their own ways. Kailey brings a lot of energy to the 6am classes and really wakes you up. Mike's classes are mellow and challenging - he loves to pick you up while you are in bow pose, so if you are gonna bring it - so is he. Heather's classes are always a fun, crazy, sweaty, good time . Iwona has a soothing voice - but don't let that fool you - you will work your butt off. Buck brings a great masculine vibe to the class, yet is gentle and helps you power through difficult poses. Sadly, Melissa is no longer a regular instructor, but when she does sub, be sure to catch her class. She brings such a unique, spirtual vibe that you won't want to leave. If you have never tried yoga, or even hot yoga, come here first. It is an amazing space and it feels like home. read more

I really love this studio! Great ambiance, FAR infrared heating which is way more beneficial than forced heat, and the teachers are kind and sweet. Very helpful! This studio also offers Karma classes two days a week for those who don't have money to spend on classes or a gym membership, or just want to try out the studio! They're donation-based (all benefits go to local charities and even animal shelters) so it's nice to bring in a few bucks if you can :) Love this studio. I wish they had more locations read more

Tucked away in the upstairs area of another health club, Radiant has a warm, welcoming environment where you will find very competent instructors and challenging, enjoyable yoga. Where to start....I spent the better part of a year wandering from yoga studio to yoga studio "testing" out different locations as well as different types of yoga. When I finished my first class I knew Radiant was going to be my permanent yoga home! First thing is walking in the studio it has a very warm feeling (yes the studio itself is really warm) but also the staff is incredibly welcoming! Jesse who is the first face of Radiant because he is often at the front desk, always has a smile and generally can greet you by name. When you actually go into the yoga studio the room is always clean, and the instructors all have their own style that adds to diversity of the studio. But don't be fooled...this isn't your typical yoga class. Most classes will work your booty into shape. And if you need a more relaxing experience they offer yin yoga to balance out your practice. They also have workshops to help those who are interested in learning different types of yoga. Can't afford yoga? Short on cash for the week? You don't have an excuse not to practice because 2x a week they offer "karma" classes that are FREE (albeit donations are always accepted for charity for the center for violent free relationships) but not required! I honestly do not have a single complaint with Radiant yoga. They have created a very warm and welcoming yoga studio that I am very happy to be a part of! read more

After a few years doing yoga at various local gyms, I joined Leap Yoga in Folsom. While I still attend Leap. I now am trying the $30 for 30 days at Radiant because they offer amazing "workshops" on the weekends with over-the-top instructors like Buck Lewis, Rachel Miller, Taylor Langdale and and Diana Vitantonio. A plus is that there isn't an additional charge for these classes and I appreciate that. It's alittle too hot for me, but I'll live through it just to experience the uniqueness of this studio. Amazing studio! I've been practicing power yoga for over three years, and this is one of the best studios I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. On my first visit, I arrived a few minutes later than I wanted to, and despite a very busy room, the person at the front desk made sure to welcome and greet me, sign me up and in quickly, and pass me a clean mat, mat towel, and cold bottle of with plenty of time left over for me to get into the room and get settled. Now, on to the heat. There are many ways to heat a yoga room, and it makes all the difference in the world to have it heated properly. Radiant Yoga does an exceptional job. There were no hot spots in the room, and the air quality was exceptionally high. Despite there being thirty+ people in the room, it did not feel crowded, and it was not stinky. Finally, the instructor was clear, experienced, attentive, and smart. The class was paced very well, with plenty of room for modifications of all kinds. This place is awesome! The owner is very friendly and dedicated. The teachers are amazing! I have been doing yoga for over 4 years and love the IR heat source which makes the class NOT too hot and you still sweat buckets! I joined initially with the $30 for 30 days and now I am hooked! If you want to feel alive again and enjoy the company of a yoga family dedicated to deepening your yoga experience, hard work and making a difference this is the place! Radiant Yoga is the best! From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted with a smile from the staff, who work to learn everyone's name. The far infrared heat is detoxifying and healing, and supplements the yoga well. The teachers are top notch. You'll never be stuck doing the same flow over and over to boring music. There are assistants in many of the classes, who along with the teachers, provide adjustments and massages. Each teacher and each class is different, so if you like variety, this is your place. The only bad thing I can say about Radiant Yoga, is that when I'm on vacation, I cannot find any yoga studios that meet my high expectations, since being a member HERE. read more

I have been going to Radiant Yoga for over a year now. I am so impressed by every instructor. They are all caring and extremely knowledgable. Hot yoga has changed my life. I love to deep stretch it provides. I no longer have aches and pains in the morning. It's also my remedy when I have over done it at another exercise. Immediately I fell better. I recently went to James Kapika about a sore shoulder I have had for over a week. He really listened and asked pointed questions about where the pain was radiating and when I feel it the most. Then he proceeded to show me the proper body alignment to do a push up. Guess what, no more shoulder pain. Just amazing!! I've participated in several special clinics and they are all well planned and lots of fun. The thong I love the most is the amazing community of people that are so friendly. I recently started practicing yoga and was not the most experienced. The warm and friendly environment let me feel free to try new poses and focus on my detoxifying workout. It is very easy for beginners to follow along and the heat is dry so I don't feel overheated. They also have super cute yoga clothes, mats, headbands, etc for sale.
