I've dealt with autoimmune pain for years & I know what a good rheumatologist looks like. Dr. Bajaj couldn't have cared less about my pain, acted like I was being dramatic, & never took my symptoms seriously. I had multiple bones fused together, no mobility in my hand & pain spreading to my foot/elbow & the entire right side of my body... & she still treated me like I was overreacting when I said I was hurting. Every visit felt the same. Like a literal nightmare. I hated going. But it was my only option because I would choose to believe she was making me feel better. She'd ask if I was in pain, I'd say yes, & she'd just stare at me with no emotion or urgency, just how fucking goldfish stares out the glass bowl. The first injection I ever got there was done by someone named Emily, & it was so badly placed that I couldn't use my arm for days. I've never cried from a shot in my life, but after it I could barely move my arm. She also took me off the medication that worked for me for over five years & put me on another medication, which has never worked well for my body. It gave me migraines & horrible acne, & my pain got worse. I explained that what she thought was an "allergic reaction" was actually a reaction to a new lotion-perfume I used that same day... I even had the same reaction again when I retried it another time. I fucking begged her to put me back on my original medication & she refused. So I had to take low dose prednisone just to be able to walk & go to work or move at all, & then she would get angry at me & make me feel like shit for taking the prednisone that she left me no choice but to rely on. & the insurance issues... another fucking nightmare. I was being charged full price because her office repeatedly failed to send paperwork to my insurance. I called my insurance multiple times & they kept telling me they hadn't received anything. When I called the office, they literally admitted they never sent it. This dragged on for MANY weeks. Then when the new year hit, I had to redo the whole process again, without medication & in so much pain. Day & night I was in pain. Their office rarely answers the phone, & when they do call back, it's at random times when I'm at work. They make everything more difficult than it needs to be. I will say, the new staff seemed better near the end, but I didn't stay long. My appointments with her were always 15-20 minutes of me trying to ask questions while she barely responded, barely reacted, & made me feel like I was annoying her for needing any sorta help. All of this sent me into one of the lowest times of my entire life. Super similar to when I was first diagnosed. I was depressed, anxious, & constantly crying because I was in so much pain & felt so ignored. My boyfriend felt so bad because he couldn't help me, & I know he felt helpless watching me hurt. There were times I'd tell him what was going on with the office & he'd get so mad because they weren't doing their jobs... but we couldn't say anything because I relied on her for my care. Everybody I loved had to watch me go through all of this too. Everyone around me saw how bad things were while this doctor acted like it was nothing. I've since switched doctors & the difference is unbelievable. My new doctor actually listens, explains things, & performs injections correctly. It made me realize how poorly I was being treated at Dr. Bajaj's office. I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone who actually needs attention, compassion, or real management of a chronic condition. My experience here was painful, stressful, & honestly traumatizing. I deserved so much better, & so do other patients.

My Dad received an advertisement mail for Miracle Ear Hearing for a free hearing test that included…read morea $20.00 gift card to Walmart!. Sadly, he passed away. So, I called Miracle Ear Hearing and asked, if, I can use it. The Receptionist gladly said, Yes! So, I went there Friday afternoon. It was a nice location right next to the Tropical Cafe. It's clean, cool and spacious inside. The have complimentary water and snacks. The Receptionist was nice and was prepared for my visit. I did not have to wait for the Audiologist. Her office is huge and the Audiology room is so cool. It's hard describe. You will have to see it for yourself. The Audiologist looked at my mailer. She said, you usually have to have some sort of problem hearing.The mailer did not indicate that. So, they were able to accept it. My gift card will come in 8 weeks. The Receptionist said, 3-4 weeks but, oh well. I would definitely recommend Miracle Ear Hearing. It's easy to find, the staff is friendly, personable and hospitalable. If you need a hearing aide check this place.
