Wanted to add to this review. This spot is close to my casa. I normally hit packs Or Authentic in Modesto. I actually normally grow every summer but this area is trash af with its ppl types. I only come to connect it when I have run out of my own flowers that I've grown so I made a order online for pick up this morning just got two small eights from West Coast trees got home did some work sat down to enjoy after I prepared my flowers for smoking after one puff I realized that this is the worst I have ever had. Will I grow for my own medical issues was nine times to 10 times better I could not believe that this is being sold out of a dispensary. West Coast trees you should basically grow your products and throw them away if that's what you insist on doing but don't give them to dispensaries to sell them this is a bad product don't buy anything from West Coast trees. I was referred to this place from someone's comment on Facebook so I checked it out. I've never been to a dispensary ever, let alone associated myself with weed in general. So coming here I was super uncomfortable. But the staff was very very friendly. The wait wasn't long, however the debit machine was down so I went to take cash out. I got my dog his cbd oil and Carolina was the one that helped me. She was extremely dope! As in cool and very helpful! I'll be coming back here to get my dog his oils when need be. read more

I was looking to purchase a product that I've never used before and "Zay", was especially helpful. He answered all my questions, listened to what I wanted and hooked me up with exactly what I was looking for! When I got home and told me husband how nice and helpful he was, he knew right away who the gentleman was that had helped me. He said he had a really great experience with him also!! Terrible customer service. I have been a loyal customer for years. Doing my online paying online ect. I have a paper ID which has been taken in the past and accepted SEVERAL times. I asked to speak to a manager and he came up super annoyed and rude. I tried to explain the situation and he cut me off and told me well next time bring the ID. I continued to explain that I only have a paper ID for DMV SEVERAL times. He was extremely rude and disrespectful I asked for his business card and his name which he refused to give me. An employee wrote down the number on a blank card not a business card and after I refused to leave without his name I finally got his name he was the short manger working evening Tuesday night. I have been here a few times before and waited in line but today I saw the line it was long and obviously it's corona virus time so I didn't want to stand in the line and it was hella hot so I decided to order on the line! BEST DECISION EVER! I orders it was simple, very straightforward and hassle free. I chose curbside pickup, pulled up and I only waited a few minutes and Thomas came out made sure it was me and went inside and came back out not too long after with my order. Not only did I not have to get off my car and make a transaction inside but I was able to pay an extra fifty cents and get a nice pre roll thrown in. Tbh that's love! I have been going here for years, but today was the final straw. Order curbside got my product ended up having to go back and return it since both cartridges and battery did not work. This has happened before,but today was different. I don't understand how a supervisor doesn't help a customer who just purchased curbside knowing they do curbside to not get off the car but instead having to get off to exchange.After explaining to Marlin that I have already waited my time and that I should be expedited since it your fault your product is faulty , but instead he was not trying to help me out and said sir this is the expedited line and to wait in Line. After I explained to him I'm already going out my way to return the garbage product which is a huge inconvenience already. As a supervisor I would think if a customer who just purchased something 10min ago and seem already iterated by having to drive back to return. common sense would make me think let's solve this problem since it is our product that faulty and this customer has already being inconvenienced.
