We actually found Vibe completely by accident during a very stressful Stockton adventure trying to handle an emergency dentist situation (which unfortunately did not work out ) but somehow this place made the drive and the day feel well spent. They aren't kidding with their name, vibes are goooood here! Everyone was super welcoming, relaxed, and genuinely KNOWLEDGEABLE. They were even giving away free lemonade inside when we showed up, which was such a perfect touch. These guys understand cottonmouth and their audience Their selection was awesome, prices were actually affordable, and everything we grabbed was great quality. The setup has this homey, approachable feel instead of being overwhelming, antiseptic, or simply way too bougie (a far too common problem now with dispensaries IMO.) Y'ALL, though, the best part? We (me) were outside sweating and struggling trying to get a cute picture with the sign because obviously we (again me) had committed to the mission at that point. One of the guys working there noticed, came outside, and offered to take it for us Such a small thing, but that's exactly the kind of stuff that makes me want to actually hop on Yelp and write a review! I had a very disappointing experience at this cannabis club. I purchased a cartridge that appeared to be old, with dark black oil that did not look or perform like a fresh product. When I brought the issue to the store's attention, they refused to exchange it or offer any reasonable solution. I spoke with the manager, Emilio, but he was not helpful and showed little interest in resolving the problem or addressing my concerns. Customer service was poor from start to finish. What made the experience even more frustrating was that the product I received did not match the expectations created by the store's advertising and product descriptions. As a customer, I expect products to be accurately represented and for legitimate quality concerns to be taken seriously. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dispensary. They began spraying excessively the aerosol products throughout the building while making inappropriate comments about odors and laughing in front of customers. What a wonderful location.. Pulling into the address, my mom and I looking around. Shocked at how nice this spot is.. The building looks so corporate, you wouldn't know a dispensary was here. The man who greeted us at the door was so friendly so my first contact was wonderful. Plus he had a really cool hat. Then we went into the store. We kind of knew what we wanted right away so we didn't look around. We waited for one of the people to approach us which only took about 30 seconds and a very friendly. Please forgive me. I forget his name, but he was a handsome black gentleman. Even worse, I had him write his name on the bag just so I wouldn't forget, and my mom tossed the bag. But anyway, let's get back to it. We told him what we were looking for, and he started showing me the options available.. We quickly chose what we wanted and asked if there was any kind of discount for our first timer. They didn't give a discount because their products had crazy awesome prices and deals, but they do give new customers a sick ass vibe hat. I was so impressed. I couldn't believe the quality of the hat they just handed us and there was several different choices of colors.. I'm a San Francisco Giants fan so of course I went with the black and orange, but I was really really impressed with the quality. We finished up our transaction and said our goodbyes when we went back outside I knew I wanted to take some pictures because the location is so unbelievably beautiful. Plus, I really like to do yelp reviews on businesses that I think do a good job because it lets everybody else know. I know how these yell reviews can really help a business. So I took some pictures of my mom with her cool hat on and holding product as I was snapping away some photos when we were getting ready to get back in our car, a insanely handsome man smiled at us, and then walked over. When he started talking to us, he said the nicest thing to me.. he said that our presence in the store really lightened up the mood in there and everybody really noticed the aura me and my mom let out and it was super positive and he appreciated it. Being a small business owner myself hearing those kind of things which I pride myself on my CUSTOMER SERVICE makes me feel so good and I really appreciated him coming over and telling me that. I appreciated the hat so much because I am a crafter and hats or something. I do not that I embroider or anything, but it felt really good to have that really nice words he said to us and it left us with a happy smile on our face as well and I'm glad I left the crew doing the same. I would absolutely recommend this dispensary and I know I will be coming back once I come to this area again. Go check it out. I stopped here on a total whim while visiting Stockton. I saw quite a few customers exiting as I was parking. Clearly, a hidden gem known by locals just outside of downtown Stockton. I was met by a friendly young lady inside the lobby, verified through proper ID, then welcomed into the sales room; they even opened the door for me. Whoa! Lots of product here. Most amazing - the glass door refrigerators with plenty of product and all my usual product that I buy at home in Palm Springs. Jackpot! As I perused the vast variety of product (refrigerators, wall bins, behind counter displays, etc), feeling a tad bit overwhelmed, Abel approached me to ask if there was anything he could assist. I had tons of questions. He was easy to talk to. I felt like I was chatting it up with a friend, honestly. Abel led me to the product I knew that I wanted; tuned me into the sales of the day, which I did take advantage of one 50% off deals, plus Abel reviewed the sales of the next day. Stopped by one night to check out the products...it was my first time visiting this type of place so I had no idea what to expect but was very pleasantly surprised. Before you can even go into the shop they have someone outside checking ID's. Then when you go in through the first door, another ID check. Finally you are let into the room where the products are. It is immaculately kept with products on display under lock and key. We were immediately helped by someone who was very friendly and knew exactly what I was looking for. Service was terrible, I spend over $100 dollars a month here and I have never had any issues. I bought a cartridge a few days ago and like anyone else would I opened the cartridge and threw away the packaging. They told me straight up that they could not replace the defective cartridge just because I did not have the packaging, they didn't even give me a receipt when I bought it. It's happened before and they have replaced the defective item even without packaging. Their rude attitude is a straight no for me. Not one picture with the river in the background. It's such a beautiful landscape that you're not even using it. So let's review based on the employees I know. Emelo right now is the OG budtender. Let his wisdom and knowledge guide you. Then they have Kayla, the Cannabis expert. She knows all about the pot. if you need a recommendation, she can push it in the right direction. You have Chelsea who treat you like you're part of the family. And delivery, I think this is the only dispensary that delivers in town. There are a few other delivery services out there, but I really like the relationship. I have built with the delivery drivers at Vibe. Named Chris and Levi, not only these guys get me my weed on time, but they drive the speed limit. And no way do they put people in danger. Like I said, I've built relationships with these people. The first strike, (thru no fault of their own) was that not only had I never been to their business, but I had never been to a dispensary before. Yeah Yeah, I know... Welcome to the year 2022, right? But seriously, since I'd never been to one before, my thoughts always conjured up a head shop at the corner of Haight & Ashbury. Get the picture? And to be honest, even though I consider the complaints relatively minor, a couple of recent reviews were on the negative side. It put a guarded mindset in my mind. In the end, I still decided to go with Vibe because the complaints seemed somewhat trivial, and EVERYBODY has a couple of bad reviews... Everybody. So I decided to give 'em a try. I was very pleasantly surprised! My first encounter at Vibe was with a female African American security staff. All I can say about this person is, if I had a business I would love to have this woman be my company's first contact with customers. She was polite, warm and informative. She asked if I had ever been to Vibe before, and told me to make sure I let them know on the inside, and they would give me a 10% discount at the register for my first visit. When I finally made my way inside, what I found was so cool! One part pharmacy, one part ice cream parlor and ALL cool! This place was immaculate, organized and completely like nothing I ever expected. In no time, I was approached by a very nice guy named Benjamin, who worked there. Unassuming, informative and helpful is how I'd describe Benjamin. He answered all of my questions, and I ended up buying more than I had planned. But I bought more because of all the info Ben had given me. There was no hard sell going on at all! I probably would've exited out of there ASAP if that were the case. I am strictly an edibles fan, and from what I've paid in the past, I know their prices are VERY REASONABLE. In the end, I had a great experience at Vibe.
