I had a very disappointing experience at this cannabis club. I purchased a cartridge that appeared to be old, with dark black oil that did not look or perform like a fresh product. When I brought the issue to the store's attention, they refused to exchange it or offer any reasonable solution. I spoke with the manager, Emilio, but he was not helpful and showed little interest in resolving the problem or addressing my concerns. Customer service was poor from start to finish. What made the experience even more frustrating was that the product I received did not match the expectations created by the store's advertising and product descriptions. As a customer, I expect products to be accurately represented and for legitimate quality concerns to be taken seriously. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dispensary. I forget his name, but he was a handsome black gentleman. Even worse, I had him write his name on the bag just so I wouldn't forget, and my mom tossed the bag. But anyway, let's get back to it. We told him what we were looking for, and he started showing me the options available.. We quickly chose what we wanted and asked if there was any kind of discount for our first timer. They didn't give a discount because their products had crazy awesome prices and deals, but they do give new customers a sick ass vibe hat. I was so impressed. I couldn't believe the quality of the hat they just handed us and there was several different choices of colors.. I'm a San Francisco Giants fan so of course I went with the black and orange, but I was really really impressed with the quality. We finished up our transaction and said our goodbyes when we went back outside I knew I wanted to take some pictures because the location is so unbelievably beautiful. Plus, I really like to do yelp reviews on businesses that I think do a good job because it lets everybody else know. I know how these yell reviews can really help a business. So I took some pictures of my mom with her cool hat on and holding product as I was snapping away some photos when we were getting ready to get back in our car, a insanely handsome man smiled at us, and then walked over. When he started talking to us, he said the nicest thing to me.. he said that our presence in the store really lightened up the mood in there and everybody really noticed the aura me and my mom let out and it was super positive and he appreciated it. Being a small business owner myself hearing those kind of things which I pride myself on my CUSTOMER SERVICE makes me feel so good and I really appreciated him coming over and telling me that. I appreciated the hat so much because I am a crafter and hats or something. I do not that I embroider or anything, but it felt really good to have that really nice words he said to us and it left us with a happy smile on our face as well and I'm glad I left the crew doing the same. I stopped here on a total whim while visiting Stockton. I saw quite a few customers exiting as I was parking. Clearly, a hidden gem known by locals just outside of downtown Stockton. I was met by a friendly young lady inside the lobby, verified through proper ID, then welcomed into the sales room; they even opened the door for me. Whoa! Lots of product here. Most amazing - the glass door refrigerators with plenty of product and all my usual product that I buy at home in Palm Springs. Jackpot! As I perused the vast variety of product (refrigerators, wall bins, behind counter displays, etc), feeling a tad bit overwhelmed, Abel approached me to ask if there was anything he could assist. I had tons of questions. He was easy to talk to. I felt like I was chatting it up with a friend, honestly. Stopped by one night to check out the products...it was my first time visiting this type of place so I had no idea what to expect but was very pleasantly surprised. Before you can even go into the shop they have someone outside checking ID's. Then when you go in through the first door, another ID check. Finally you are let into the room where the products are. It is immaculately kept with products on display under lock and key. We were immediately helped by someone who was very friendly and knew exactly what I was looking for. I was also given 20% off for being a first time customer. I only wish they had more flavor choices but beyond that, it could not have been a better experience. Service was terrible, I spend over $100 dollars a month here and I have never had any issues. I bought a cartridge a few days ago and like anyone else would I opened the cartridge and threw away the packaging. They told me straight up that they could not replace the defective cartridge just because I did not have the packaging, they didn't even give me a receipt when I bought it. It's happened before and they have replaced the defective item even without packaging. Their rude attitude is a straight no for me. Can I tell you one of my all time favorite things? I don't know about you, but it's something that I rarely think about until it happens. And then when it does, I think, "I love when that happens!" I have to say that in my mind Vibe was starting out with a couple of strikes against them. The first strike, (thru no fault of their own) was that not only had I never been to their business, but I had never been to a dispensary before. Yeah Yeah, I know... Welcome to the year 2022, right? But seriously, since I'd never been to one before, my thoughts always conjured up a head shop at the corner of Haight & Ashbury. Get the picture? And to be honest, even though I consider the complaints relatively minor, a couple of recent reviews were on the negative side. It put a guarded mindset in my mind. In the end, I still decided to go with Vibe because the complaints seemed somewhat trivial, and EVERYBODY has a couple of bad reviews... Everybody. So I decided to give 'em a try. I was very pleasantly surprised! My first encounter at Vibe was with a female African American security staff. All I can say about this person is, if I had a business I would love to have this woman be my company's first contact with customers. She was polite, warm and informative. She asked if I had ever been to Vibe before, and told me to make sure I let them know on the inside, and they would give me a 10% discount at the register for my first visit. When I finally made my way inside, what I found was so cool! One part pharmacy, one part ice cream parlor and ALL cool! This place was immaculate, organized and completely like nothing I ever expected. In no time, I was approached by a very nice guy named Benjamin, who worked there. Unassuming, informative and helpful is how I'd describe Benjamin. He answered all of my questions, and I ended up buying more than I had planned. But I bought more because of all the info Ben had given me. There was no hard sell going on at all! I probably would've exited out of there ASAP if that were the case. I am strictly an edibles fan, and from what I've paid in the past, I know their prices are VERY REASONABLE. In the end, I had a great experience at Vibe. I will be going back without a doubt, and encourage anyone else to check them out. read more

For the last year or so, Vibe feels like an amateur operation to me. I really like the employees - they're not the real problem - but at the same time they don't seem to have a lot of knowledge about anything. I wish they cared more. They know only a little about the variety of products they do have. Their ordering practices seem absurd. I say this because they carry a pretty regular brand selection, but never seem to know when something will be coming in. Maybe they have a reluctance to having extra stock of perishable products, or maybe they just don't read their inventory as products sell. There are companies in the Bay Area and sac that have employees that are on the ball. They KNOW about their products. They KNOW about their inventory. They KNOW what will give the biggest bang for the money. They KNOW the best way to consume the products and when(!) too. Every time I walk up to the door, there's a security guard who greets and pre-checks clientele outside, and then they check in again inside - which is a good thing. But the security guards (all different) are on their phones watching a movie or gaming - which is a bad thing, and probably unsafe. Once inside the staff seem nice and friendly, but you ask about a product and they can tell you if it's an Indica or a Sativa and that's about it. There was a about two month period last summer where they didn't have any batteries!!! No batteries?!?! There were batteries elsewhere, thank goodness, but jeez... I want my local store to be a great experience. I want to shop local and invest my money here. The employees need to be trained a lot more and they probably need to be paid a lot more. Inventory control needs to be dealt with daily, and essential products should always be available. Many of the good stores I've mentioned have an avid clientele for CBD products. The CBD stock is plentiful and varied. But not at Vibe. I'm not a CBD user, but my wife uses them and now orders them online to the tune of about $200 per month. Previously she got them at Vibe, but their inconsistencies in stock forced her to search elsewhere. She also would prefer to buy locally, by the way. I know this probably qualifies as a rant, but we need an excellent dispensary in Stockton, and Vibe still has potential. Just go their website and honestly look at it. Look at the pictures. What are they selling? You see some flower, you see some cartridges, and you see a bunch of pictures of people looking cool. You do not (at least I don't) get the impression that you'll have an excellent experience with a professional shop that will take care of you. I would recommend that you order online for pickup, if you're going to shop there. Just don't be surprised when they're out of stock of items when you go to pick up. read more
