The customer service we received was very confusing and with the outside tent, we really were not sure what all pieces we needed. When they arrived to set everything up early, they forgot a couple pieces and had to drive back to get items which was a multiple hour ordeal. PLUS I had requested tent sides, they didn't bring them, and had to get those as well. A few of the guys who arrived to set everything up were nice, but the main contact on the ground was quite rude and not great to work with. One of the tables had a leg that didn't work so we didn't even use that one. This place has affordable pricing, but not great customer service and not great explanation of everything you will need.

Everyone said the food was excellent and the service was delightful. I didn't have to do a thing!! They set up everything, served everything and cleaned it all up and packed and stored all the leftovers in our fridge. They made it so simple and easy for me so that I could enjoy the party. They even served all the kids their dinner too and were so great with the kids. I will definitely use them again! Great food and great service.

Enter Sharon Elizabeth's: it has a user friendly site and it was easy to find a beautiful bouquet that fit my budget. There was a large selection and they delivered to the location I needed. The best part was that the bouquet was so beautiful - and exactly what I was looking for! I've attached a picture that the receiver got. They absolutely loved it too! What I especially loved is that I gave instructions to knock and hand the flowers over personally if they could. I got a phone call from the delivery staff asking if it was okay that they left it by the door since the receivers did not answer. I did end up missing the voicemail and didn't get to respond, but it was so thoughtful of them. I've never had a flower delivery company check in with me like that. I know it's nerve wracking ordering flowers online especially if you live out of state, but I would highly recommend this company. They are customer service oriented and are great and creating beautiful arrangements for your loved ones.

One thing I was not expecting was for her to help me draw up a timeline for the day. I didn't have a wedding planner and kind of cobbled it all together myself. Carrie, based on all her experience, advised me on getting hair and makeup done earlier (she was right), having the flowers delivered earlier (she was right again - especially since the delivery was running late), and leaving earlier to get to the church. As she said, no bride has ever complained about being too early. I wasn't too early at any stage and her timeline actually prevented me from being late and stressed out. The second photographer she came with (Dan) was just as great. After meeting him for the first time on the day of the wedding, I was instantly at ease with him in under 5 mins.
