We were lucky enough to have Jed as our guide for the day. Pick up was on time and we went rolling on. Given the choice to book travel myself and cut off my pinky finger or work with these guys again, goodbye pinky finger. Whenever I have a question, I get snotty and argumentative answers from Alex. I get tons of calls from them asking for information they could have covered in one call. Maybe we got off on the wrong foot when they wanted to book my flights at a higher cost than I could find them online and I decided I'd rather book myself and pay less. But ever since then every conversation feels like a battle with someone who thinks they are too good for me, as opposed to a helpful call with a professional. They also told me that I couldn't take a flight home that left before noon because I wouldn't be able to get there from our cruise. So I called the cruise to confirm, and they said that I should be able to take any flight after 10am. So the travel agency was programming in an extra two hours of sitting in an airport. Honestly, theses guys are making everything worse, not better. I would pay more to NOT have to deal with this company ever again.

We already had an itinerary in mind, but he is happy to provide recommendations if you're new to the area. In fact, he did take us to one place not on our list and we fell in love with it. Since Ken has established good relations with many of the wineries in Paso, most of them extended special discounts to us. We enjoyed the convenience and comfort of having our own vehicle -- being able to stay and linger at our own pace. Plus Ken provided good company and great service -- he handled all of our wine purchases during the day, and even marked them so we knew which belonged to whom.

He said that he could offer it at a discounted rate if we didn't mind having a slightly older limo. I said that it was fine, happy to get a cheaper tour and booked it. The day of the tour my party and I were waiting outside our hotel, excited for the fun day ahead of us.....or so I thought. They were a few minutes late, so I called to check in. He said there had been a delay, but that the driver was on their way and would arrive in 20 minutes. 20 minutes, no driver. I called my contact, he said it would be another 10 minutes. 10 minutes, no driver. Called again....at this point, he decided to stop answer my phone calls. Real professional, right? Luckily, we spoke to the hotel and they referred us to some other limo companies, one of which we booked a last minute tour with. (Elegant Image - I would give them 4 or 5 stars, highly recommend!) An hour and a half after the tour with AYS was supposed to begin I get a call from the driver. She has arrived and is ready for us. I told her we no longer required her services as we booked with another company. She actually had the nerve to act put out. I'm sorry, what would she have done in our position when they weren't answering our calls?! I went to the door of the room and looked in to the parking lot and saw the limo driving away. At this point, I get even more pissed at AYS limo. The limo he had sent was totally 80's fully equipped with the boomarang antenae on the trunk. I would say a 20 year old limo is more than a slightly older model!! Bottom line don't use these guys, unprofessional, unreliable.
