Have been literally coming here several times a month for years! Went tonight with my nephew who is visiting from WI. He's 24 years old and they denied him service yet he had a valid legal ID. Really turned off he would be treated this way. He's a good guy and here visiting for a class for med school. I'm a teacher and would never be out with an underage drinker. Really hurt that an establishment we have loved for years would treat our family this way. In response to your response, this was a Wisconsin ID. His ID does not expire until he turns 27 years old. We took our business down the road to Azool's where he was served. We have also been to Legend's, and Top Golf with him since he's been visiting with zero issues so what we experienced at your business was disheartening and not consistent with other area businesses that we have been to. There have been no laws broken. He's 24 nearly 25 years old with a legal ID. A quick Google search of "Does AZ accept out-of-state vertical IDs?" with an answer of YES! read more

Went here for weekend dinner yesterday and loved the overall experience. Overall I would recommend this place if you are looking for a typical sports bar. Here are my takes: Food/Drinks: Sprimp dinner was good, same as cheese curd that my kid liked. However, the flatbread was disappointing and lacked flavors. The beer blend option was unique here and they have a good selection of drinks option. I can definitely go here again for drinks. Service: Our server was so sweet and she lived up to our expectations. Came to check on us many times and was very vocal in suggesting and recommending as well. Ambiance: Loud just like many sports bars but has a nice decor theme with a bike hanging from the ceiling too. Hygiene: It was good in our opinion and experience. Yikes. Previously been here a few times & it was cool but the last couple times the bartenders are way too intrusive. Their scanner didn't scan my friend's VERY valid ID & somehow that meant I can't have a drink either even though mine scanned valid ? Veryyyyy different vibe then when I first started coming. 30 mins to even get a server to order a drink then can't order a drink bc one of my friend's ID's didn't scan correctly bc they have had "higher fake ID's" during the holiday seasons. Idc you as a seasoned "bartender" should be able to determine between a fake & a real lol . What a joke as a "bartender scene". I don't normally tip bad but when the bar is basically empty and the bartenders are way too busy with talking to eachother and barely looking at the people sitting at the bar it's alittle frustrating. We sat for 10 min to get noticed for initial drinks, never asked us how our food was or if we needed anything, had to absolutely wave her down to order more food because she couldn't be bothered to even look in our direction it was almost comical how she looked absolutely everywhere but us. Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. Sat at the bar. The bartender was super nice and friendly. Very attentive. I ordered Diet Coke (no alcohol for me today) and she kept my glass filled. The veggie plate with Blue Cheese dip was delicious. I also had a steak salad with blue cheese (yep - I like Blue Cheese). The food was delivered quickly. The salad was very fresh and tasty! This is a neighborhood sports bar. Many of the patrons are "regulars" and were greeted by name by the bartender. And the bartender knew their "regular" orders! People were dining inside and outside. Our first time at this local watering hole, but the food was great! I was so hungry that I forgot to take a photo of my chicken salad sandwich, but it was very impressive for a sports bar....super savory! This spot is a Husker bar and they have lots of Husker memorabilia displayed throughout the bar/restaurant. We sat at the bar but the do have a nice dining area inside and a decent sized outdoor patio. On this night they also had live music that was about to start as we were leaving. I have been eating here for lunch 2 or 3 times a week for the last year or so. 6 times on my birthday week. :) I love the music. Might sound like classic rock, but there is a great variety. You won't hear the same song twice. I love the servers and bartenders. Everyone is super nice and friendly. They always bring me a Diet Coke as soon as I come in. I love the atmosphere. Casual, but clean. I love the food. Very good buns not just for a sports bar, but for anywhere. Huge point, get the homemade chips instead of the fries. Amazing. Standouts include Fish and Chips (with chips instead of fries :) ) , French Dip, Pepperoni Flatbread, shrimp (not long ago they were upgraded and are great now), chicken alfredo (best I have had), pulled pork, and the prime rib cheddar melt. My last one was the best sandwich of any type I have ever had. Amazing. I have eaten half the items on the menu, most are great. The standard guy order of burger and fries is just standard ok. I have been here before, but this is by far my worst experience. It was really busy because it was someone's birthday and some sporting events were on tv. So naturally the service was a little slow, but understandable. However, I order Jack Honey on the rocks and to my surprise I was being charged $4 for ice or "the rocks". When I asked The waitress why I was being charged $4 for ice. She replied that "when you order on the rocks, they give you a heavy pour and so they charge you for it." I asked her "shouldn't that be something you asked me if I want? I didn't order a double, I orders a single shot. Your choice to over-pour doesn't add up to me paying extra". She said "this is how their system is set up. When you order a drink 'on the rocks', the system automatically up charges for the over-pour." The waitress was being very nice about the whole explanation, but I think this is ridiculous to charge me because I asked for ice. I doubt I will be returning here as there are many other establishments in the area that do not charge for ice. read more

Came here for a night out, some drinks, and to play some pool with the girls. This neighborhood pub is a good crowd mostly older age group which was ok with us. The drinks were decent and large, the place was clean and atmosphere was friendly. There is security here so make you feel safe and the DJ played any and all of our requests! At one point a friend of mine thought she had lost her purse and was frantically looking around the bar for it. The owner saw her and offered to help. He took a look at the camera footage and found that my friend had actually given her purse to another friend to hold! So the mystery was solved!! He really went above and beyond to help us and was just so kind!! We didn't have any food but would definitely come back here for some drinks and pool anytime we're in town!! read more

Excellent ribeye steak salad. Perfectly cooked; fresh produce and obviously fresh cooked meat. Served with speed and a smile. The atmosphere is relaxed, comfortable and steady for the weekday lunch traffic which is when I had this very good experience. I can't stand leftovers used in a salad, and this hit the spot. 2 Stars - It's was ok and just that. We just purchased a new home in the area and It's the closest neighborhood bar to us and we just weren't impressed. Typical sports bar ambiance, Service was awful for starters and the food was meh.. we aren't picky at all, and we enjoy going and having a cocktail or a couple while grabbing a bite. Probably give it another chance in the future but it will need to be a much different experience. Looking at the other Reviews over the last few months sounds like this place needs some serious help.
