When you walk into Over Easy you just feel so warm and happy with the bright colors of the wall. We shared the cheddar biscuit dip, it was phenomenal. The dip was creamy and full of flavor and married perfectly with the deep fried biscuits. I ordered their loco moko and the presentation was exceptional but taste wise wasn't your traditional Hawaiian style loco moko. Wish it had more gravy and 2 eggs instead of two patties. My BF ordered the chimichanga breakfast burrito out of their special menu and that sucker was huge and quit tasty. The steak inside was juicy and was flavor-town. We definitely needed a brunch spot in Dove Valley, can't wait to try others on the menu. read more

Made this our new breakfast place. Stopped in this morning and decided I'd get the Bloody Mary called 'The OG' - I didn't name it, they did. When the waitress came to take my drink order I asked for 'water and a The OG'. Her response was 'The OG?' I said 'Yes, a The OG'. She again responded 'the Bloody Mary?' like there's 5 other things on the menu named 'The OG' and she needed clarification! I then opened the menu and pointed to where it says 'The OG' and said 'Yes, The OG'. To which she said, 'Oh, the bloody Mary'! Then came the check which I paid in cash. My change should have been $14.44, but she only gave me $14. When I asked about the $.44 she said 'Oh, we don't do change here' like it was a perfectly normal thing that they expect you to pay any amount under an additional dollar, but if you have change coming under a dollar, they're just going to keep it! I originally gave them 5 stars because of their food. After the frustrating experience today, 3 is the best I can do. read more

Bright and inviting space, although the modern music made me feel like I was shopping for clothes. Service was attentive, and the food was mostly above average. I had a delicious 505 Hatch Benedict (great hollandaise!), but the Potatoes O'Brien were 98% diced potatoes. Thankfully they had Cholula to give them some flavor. My dining partner enjoyed the scrambled eggs and sausage, but commented the hash browns were a bit too buttery. Good food for a chain restaurant though. read more

I am usually happy with this location, however yesterday nothing was good. The restaurant was empty and they had been opened for just a short time. The server was slow and unorganized. We had to ask for everything several times. Part of the food was not prepared correctly. The person that may have been a shift manager was not happy to help when asked. The restaurant was not cleaned from dust on everything, tables not washed down. Flys dead and alive. Definitely won't keep going back if this was more than a usual experience. read more

I have been to another one of these locations on a busy weekend and the food was great and the service was good considering. I'm super excited to see more Businesses move to dove valley. The food came out quickly and the ambience was nice. I wasn't super impressed with the bar service. She did not seem like she actually wanted to be there doing the job- I wasn't checked on her asked if my food was good or if I needed anything else, but that could just be the person and the day. My wife and I have visited this location of Over Easy twice. Overall food satisfaction was average at best. Chicken and waffles is supposed to be one of their favorites. Waffles could have been eggo, and the chicken were strips, not whole pieces, and were dry and stringy. On return trip my wife ordered French toast. It was served on a plate with 4 pieces with powdered sugar. No garnish, nothing. So much for presentation. Waited minutes for any syrup to show up...last thing, how in the world do the owners think that blasting music is ok for the customer? Liter- ally could not have a conversation. We stopped in for breakfast on Friday morning. We were greeted at the door and given the option to sit where we liked. The server brought us our drinks right away and kept them filled up. I ordered the Hatch chili pork Benedict and it was very good. The poached eggs were done perfectly and the pork was very tender and delicious. The only thing I didn't really like were the biscuits that the pork and eggs were served on. Just personal preference but I thought they were too dense. I chose tater tots for the side and those were nice and crisp. My husband had the buttermilk pancakes and he thought they were really good, along with a scrambled eggs. Brand new inside, friendly service and fast. Food was okay - the jam was super runny. Booths are a bit tight so if you have larger tatas it is a bit uncomfortable. The patio was also closed because they are still working on it but we will try again once that's open. read more

Our first time at this restaurant. We were seated promptly. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Our server Victoria was very accommodating and kind. Since this was our first visit she allowed us extra time and pointed out a few specials. The facility is new so it was clean and designed well. The food came out in a timely manner. One dish could have been a little hotter, however the taste was great. The serving size was appropriate and generous. I am sure in time the place will be bustling since it is the middle of some new buildings. I hope to try the bar seating outdoors to enjoy the scenery. Truly disappointed in this location since other Over Easy spots are usually the best! My friends and I sat at the bar and immediately the staff was annoyed that we sat down, giving us the biggest eye roll. The service was terrible to say the least. We waited over 40min for our meals and the people around us, who arrived after we did, were served and finished before we even received our food. This is not a complicated place and our meals did not have big modifications- only ask was for no cheese on one item, which they did not follow. While we waited for our food, the server never came to check on us nor acknowledge that the wait was a bit longer. The entire experience felt like they did not want to be bothered nor be at their job that day. read more
