Was very happy with the finished landscape job by Connor's Landscape. Joe came out and bid on the back patio area at my townhouse (needed to then get approval from my HOA so had to jump through those hoops). The yard area had the original cheap drip/irrigation system put in by the builder that was basically doing nothing but watering dirt as most of the ground cover and plants had died over the 6 years since move in (not to mention much of the rubber tubing had disintegrated). I wanted something basically maintenance free. They removed all the debris, prepped the ground, put in a new irrigation system with new valves, repaired irrigation system in a different part of the patio that was not being landscaped, laid decomposed granite, put mulch around trees/bushes remaining, and added "drips" to the few potted plants. The estimate was not inexpensive but I liked Connor's Landscape professionalism and didn't want to try and find a "cheaper" company. The job took 4 days and they had to work around a major hassle (I have no gate into the yard so they had to remove a section of wrought iron and climb over a 2' block wall with all the materials -- pain in the neck I'm sure). The crew that was sent worked very hard (and unobtrusive). Casildo (the foreman) was excellent and was a great representative of the company. (They followed Covid protocols and wore masks when they interacted with me.) read more

Professional, courteous and on-time! I have had a sprinkler issue for months and called at least five other companies. Some came out to look at the problem but never sent me a quote and others said they would come and just didn't show up. So I searched Yelp and found Connors Landscape. Not only did Mike from Connor's Landscape answer his phone when I called him, he responded to my subsequent calls and texts and best of all, he showed up on time to our appointment! When Mike Connor arrived to sod a large area of lawn in my backyard, he waited for a crew of non-English speaking men to arrive late. As soon as they arrived, he almost left the site but I stopped him and requested he stay to manage his crew. He wasn't happy but complied. They did a good job with the sod but when he left, I had to ask him to make sure the sprinkler coverage was ok. It looked ok to me but he said one corner sprinkler looked like there might be a root system from the nearby planter that could be a problem later. That was in March 2018. End of April 2018 that corner of lawn is dying and the sprinkler has no water pressure. I have had to hand water the area for about a week now. I called Mike to have him fix the sprinkler. His reply, "I'm too busy. Maybe I could fit it in this weekend, don't when or what time, of course it will cost you. A minimum of $250." I called another yelp landscaper with 5-star rating who is happy for the business. read more

I received several bids from various licensed landscapers I found through Yelp to have sod replaced. I ended up going with Connor's Landscape and it was, without a doubt, the right decision. They are responsive, thorough, professional and respectful with very competitive pricing. From the start, communication with Mike was quick and never lacking. When it came time to start chemical treating the old sod to kill it off, they applied an additional treatment than what was in the contract to make sure the old sod, Bermuda, was completely dead as the new sod was not going to be Bermuda. It looked dead to me, but they took that extra precaution, which I greatly appreciated. At the time of installation, they were extremely thorough prepping the area for the new sod; from complete tilling of the soil, removing roots that I didn't know even existed, constantly checking the irrigation to see if any damage had occurred along the way to then grading. The grading is a great improvement from how the area was before. I had asked for some leveling, but they also improved it with subtle slopping to increase the drainage. I hadn't asked for that, but they took that extra step. Upon completion, they took great care to make sure everything was clean. Conner's fell into my very short list of those that do this right. Much appreciated! Lastly, Mike's team goes above and beyond just the scope of work. Along the way, I had run into a separate issue and had asked for them to look to get an estimate. The gentleman looked at the issue for me and fixed it immediately! Furthermore, when the install team was done, I had asked for a piece of the leftover sod so I personally could replace a small section in my front yard. They asked where it was and replaced it! They had been here all day, had just finished cleaning up, all tools had been put away and I am sure were ready to call it quits. Not Conner's team. Recently had our front and back yards landscaped by Conner's Landscape. Our yards were nothing but dirt. Mike and his crew transformed our house from the worse looking house in the neighborhood to the best looking house in the neighborhood. Crew of six hard working, knowledgeable guys completed our job in three days!! Simply amazing!! Other bids we received said it would take three weeks. Lupe is very knowledgeable in all things irrigation and landscape. He upgraded our 30+ year old sprinkler system to a thoroughly modern drip system and beautiful lighting throughout our yard. Fast, efficient, professional, courteous, budget friendly, knowledgeable....everything you would want or need when landscaping a yard. We have an extremely steep slope in the front of our house and Mike and his team conquered it with no problem. We received a referral to Connor's Landscape after calling a few other landscaping companies that weren't willing to take on a job under $10,000. All we needed was a tree stump fully removed (after the first tree removal company left the majority of it), as well as a sprinkler system set up in our side yard, parkway, and little patch by the driveway, and landscaping. Mike showed up when expected, gave us a quote that was mostly the price of the plants that would be used and got the job done in one day. He had great input as to what type of plants would do well in our yard and offered a 2 month warranty on all of the plants used (minus the super finicky plants used in the side yard that my I insisted upon). Since the plant installation, we've had several numbers come by and comment on how lovely our yard looks. I would definitely use Connor's Landscape again. read more

I called and spoke with Mike within five minutes after leaving a message. Amazing. He came out to give me a quote in the rain. Others would have rescheduled. He was on time and prepared to look over what I wanted done and then provide me with a quote within a day. After meeting with him I was confident that he was the one to re-sod my backyard and re-work my sprinkler system. I had been putting this project off for years dreading finding the right person I could feel confident with during the project and also after if anything came up. He answered all my questions, and I had alot, with honesty. He even was able to start the project a week early and finished a day early. My backyard looks so nice with all the green grass, the sprinklers work great and he gave me ideas on how to take good care of it. He is just a good guy. All of his workers were polite and cleaned up afterwards each day. No trash left behind and all of the old sod, tree roots, etc. were gone. I am thrilled with his work and would recommend him. Mike and Joe did a great job listening to what I had in mind and developing a plan and a plant list that implemented my ideas. Ernie managed the project from the demo of all existing landscaping, through installing the new irrigation system (which turned out to be fairly complicated due to our specific plumbing and electrical situation), to planting the front, back, and side yards. We have been in the process of transitioning to drought tolerant landscaping at our church. We approved the project several years ago, and have had a hard time pulling all the pieces together to make it happen. We were in the middle of the first phase, doing some tear-out of the existing landscaping on one portion of our property. It was taking months with the vendor we were working with for this one small part of our property, and we were getting increasingly frustrated. Then we called Mike from Connor's Landscape. He was professional, responsive, and incredibly clear about process, price, and how everything would happen. He did the work as promised in one day, and exceed our expectations. We then went on to do the rest of the work as planned with the installation of plants and decomposed granite. Fast-forward about a year, as we are looking to do the next phase, which is the majority of our property (we have a large commercial property, and the scope of work seemed a little overwhelming). We were working with Mike for tear-out of existing plants, someone else for Decomposed Granite, someone else for irrigation, and then an additional nursery for plants. As Mike was reviewing the tear-out process with us, he asked some questions about our plans, and offered to give us a bid to do the full scope of the project (tear-out, landscaping, irrigation, everything). His bid came in under the full budget for our project. We used him for the rest of our work, and his team got the job done smoothly, and seemingly effortlessly in about a week! We have been so impressed with the service and results that we have transitioned to using Connor's Landscape for our normal bi-weekly maintenance on our campus.
