I sent my car here after my insurance company sent me a list of "approved" body shops. I really had to just cross my fingers and hope for the best since I did not find any reviews of listed body shops on Yelp or other places. I am glad to report my experience has been great with Conn's II Body Shop. John the manager was very professional from the beginning. The shop was clean and well organized. The claim process (thanks to it being on "the list") was very smooth and easy. John gave me realistic estimates of cost and time it takes to fix the car. He also called and updated me with new findings. The job is done on the day he said it would be done. My car is as good as it was before the accident. I hated having to go to a body shop, but I am thankful for this positive experience. read more

Came here because I was side swiped and had to have some work on my car. This place is a State Farm approved shop and I didn't have to pay anything since I wasn't at fault in the accident. Dropped my car off Monday, picked it up Friday. Someone there added 100 miles on to my car. Gas tank is more than empty and left a giant black grease stain on my drivers seat. Body work is just ok. Wont ever come back here. Choose another body shop. read more

They tried to charge $100 for a vehicle inspection that ended up costing $22, at a place one mile away. I'd always prefer patronizing local businesses, but in this case, I'm glad I called around. Can't believe I'm the first to review this place. If you ask residents of the Highlands, this name pops up as an excellent place to have work to your car done. Since family normally works on my car, I've only used this place twice. Both times the got the job done. The prices they charge are fair. They do quality work and seem like a friendly bunch. Have Liberty Mutual insurance and selected this shop to get my appraisal on their behalf. The appraiser spent very little time looking and going into detail over the damages on my 2017 A3. The lady gave me an estimate $2500 less than Audi. She only put to repair instead of replace. The car was two weeks old and had been driven 150 miles. She was very rude and unfriendly. I would not recommend using them for any repairs. There was no attention to detail or my cars value at all. Unfortunately i have to give them at least a star rating. Really wasn't sure what to expect from Conn's when I took my car in for repairs. Now I am so glad I chose them from State Farm's list - John is so honest and helpful and they do excellent work. I haven't had any work done yet, but I intend to. I stopped on a whim, they squeezed me in, spent at least 30 minutes on diagnostics, and charged me NOTHING. A very popular place down the road couldn't get me in for a 30 minute appointment for a week and a half and wanted to charge me $50. They didn't treat me like a naive dumb girl, and even put the car up on the lift to show me the parts they were recommending replacing. I had my car repaired here for over $4,000 for rear end damage and I am incredibly unhappy. they left my car in very poor condition completely unrelated to my accident. I was rear-ended and all of the damage was in the very back. for some very strange reason they pulled both of the sun visor extensions out and and flip them up so they got really bent out of shape by the Light area in the middle. second they left some random dirty plastic mug in my car. third when I picked it up it was completely on empty with the gas light on after they had to drive it around a bunch of different places for a lot of different reasons I guess. 4th this was completely out of voidable but they had some how change the car from eco mode which is 50 miles per gallon to power mode which is around 25 miles per gallon. when I went out of my way to go back to this for them to make it right all they really had to offer was if the visor doesn't just snap back into place on its own call back in two weeks. who knows what's wrong with the repairs under the surface. I am sure if they were that careless with the non damaged Parts on my car that they weren't super thorough with the damaged parts. read more

I had my BMW 128i at Conn's Body Shop, Inc. for repairs following an accident caused by a second party. When I picked up the car I noticed that the trip odometer had 379.8 more miles logged after I took it in than before, even though the mileage odometer was 1 mile different. I also noticed several other differences including: odor of cigarette smoke, seat position and side mirrors radically change, dashboard vents closed, a/c temperature set to 60 degrees, personal items moved. Further the fuel gauge registered 1/2 tank of gas in spite of the gauge reading slightly more than half. All are indications that the car was driven some 400 miles while in custody of Conn's and inconsistent with driving one mile at the site. I asked the owner how this was possible and got no answer. I have subsequently found that if a particular fuse is pulled the electronic odometer is disconnected and does not function; however, the trip mileage counter is not affected, thus accounting for the difference between the odometer and the trip meter. I presented these issues to the owner who denied that the car was driven off the premises. I was told that the car was put in the locked fenced lot over the weekend of November 4-7, 2016. I drove by the lot Sunday afternoon to see if the car would be ready Monday, November 7 and the car was not on the lot. The owner still says that the car was in the lot and never left the premises, in spite of the facts listed above. read more

Would not go back, found David owner to not be completely honest with estimating cost. All is just from my person experience, nothing more. Was given estimate and when asked how calculated, was told by computer. I was told if calculated for hour and if estimated hour charge , at that time 35.oo an hour, and needed 1 1/4 hours would not be charged for 15 min. which is good, but I asked if calculated for 1 hour and took only 30 min to 45 min. would there be an adjustment. Told no, so be it. Will say best mechanic on site is Joe and if he ever went to another facility, I would follow him, just not Conn's. Found brother in Jtown a bit more honest with his pricing. read more

I stopped in Conn's just before Christmas when my car had break fluid issues right as I was leaving for a big road trip and Conn's happened to be the closest place to me. I am SO GLAD I stopped here!!! They admitted they were super busy that day (as it was right before the holidays) but they stopped everything to get my car checked out immediately and they fixed an issue (free of charge!!) that another repair shop had incorrectly repaired a few weeks before. I was astounded by their generosity and am now telling everyone what wonderful people and skilled mechanics they are. I also appreciated that they took time to explain exactly what was going on with my car. I often feel like car mechanics keep me in the dark about why exactly I need something repaired or what my options are for a repair, and it's so refreshing to find a place that takes time to help you understand your own car better.
